技术领域:
本实用新型属于旋挖机技术领域,具体涉及一种聚晶金刚石旋挖机截齿。
背景技术:
在现有技术中,硬质合金旋挖机截齿结构由两部分组成。其中一部分为旋挖机截齿钢体,旋挖机截齿钢体由特殊合金钢材制成(如42CrMo、35CrMnSi等常规合金钢材);另一部分为硬质合金,硬质合金焊接在旋挖机截齿钢体头部。硬质合金旋挖机截齿结构广泛用于旋挖机的干挖作业、有泥浆护臂的情况下进行湿挖作业及配合冲锤钻碎坚硬地层后进行挖孔作业。在实际工作过程中,在遇到高硬度的全岩层时,受到较大的冲击载荷和磨擦,硬质合金旋挖机截齿磨损较快,严重降低了旋挖机的工作效率。硬质合金旋挖机截齿的失效形式主要有两种:一是随着硬质合金的磨损,旋挖机截齿变钝,当整个筒钻上的旋挖机截齿磨损达到一定程度,挖掘效率将显著下降。二是由于旋挖机截齿钢体耐磨性低,工作中旋挖机截齿钢体头部四周先于硬质合金磨损,严重磨损时,旋挖机截齿钢体失去了对硬质合金的支撑保护作用,从而使硬质合金还未完全磨损就整体脱落,旋挖机截齿失效。

综上所述,为了克服现有技术问题的不足,本实用新型提供了一种聚晶金刚石旋挖机截齿,包括截齿钢体及聚晶金刚石复合片,截齿钢体为非回转体,以一定的角度固定在滚筒上,通过滚筒的转动带动截齿钢体转动,而截齿钢体本身不做旋转运动,同时,将聚晶金刚石片固定在截齿钢体上,作为主要的受力磨损部件,以提高旋挖机截齿的耐磨性能,从而克服现有旋挖机截齿结构形式的不足,提供一种可切割更高硬度岩层的旋挖机截齿。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种聚晶金刚石旋挖机截齿,其中:包括截齿钢体及聚晶金刚石复合片,截齿钢体的头部固定有多个聚晶金刚石复合片,所述的截齿钢体为非回转体结构。
进一步,所述的聚晶金刚石复合片包括聚晶金刚石层及硬质合金底座,硬质合金底座的底端与截齿钢体固定,聚晶金刚石层固定在硬质合金底座的顶端。
进一步,所述的截齿钢体的两侧固定有硬质合金镶条。
进一步,所述的聚晶金刚石层的厚度为0.1mm~5mm。
本实用新型的有益效果为:
1、本实用新型包括截齿钢体及聚晶金刚石复合片,截齿钢体为非回转体,以一定的角度固定在滚筒上,通过滚筒的转动带动截齿钢体转动,而截齿钢体本身不做旋转运动,同时,将聚晶金刚石片固定在截齿钢体上,作为主要的受力磨损部件,以提高旋挖机截齿的耐磨性能,从而克服现有旋挖机截齿结构形式的不足,提供一种可切割更高硬度岩层的旋挖机截齿。
2、本实用新型是将聚晶金刚石复合片的高耐磨性、较强的抗冲击能力应用在旋挖机截齿上,充分发挥旋挖机筒钻的切削能力和切削速度、降低了断齿率、提高了挖掘效率,延长了旋挖机截齿的使用寿命,减少了旋挖机截齿更换次数,进而降低施工成本,提高工作效率。
3、本实用新型的截齿钢体本身不能做回转运动,只能是将截齿钢体固定在滚筒上,滚筒与截齿组成筒钻结构,滚筒的转动带动截齿钢体转动,避免了由于旋挖机截齿钢体的磨损而失去了对聚晶金刚石复合片的支撑保护作用,导致聚晶金刚石复合片还未完全磨损就整体脱落的失效形式的出现。同时由于没有活动件,工作可靠性大大提高。

如图1、图2所示,一种聚晶金刚石旋挖机截齿,包括截齿钢体2及聚晶金刚石复合片1,截齿钢体2的头部固定有多个聚晶金刚石复合片1,截齿钢体2的两侧固定有硬质合金镶条3。所述的截齿钢体2为非回转体结构。所述的聚晶金刚石复合片1包括聚晶金刚石层4及硬质合金底座5,硬质合金底座5的底端与截齿钢体2固定,聚晶金刚石层4固定在硬质合金底座5的顶端。聚晶金刚石层4的厚度为0.1mm~5mm。
本实用新型截齿钢体2为非回转体,以一定的角度固定在滚筒上,通过滚筒的转动带动截齿钢体2转动,而截齿钢体2本身不做旋转运动,同时,将聚晶金刚石片固定在截齿钢体2上,作为主要的受力磨损部件,以提高旋挖机截齿的耐磨性能,从而克服现有旋挖机截齿结构形式的不足,提供一种可切割更高硬度岩层的旋挖机截齿。

2.根据权利要求1所述的聚晶金刚石旋挖机截齿,其特征在于:所述的聚晶金刚石复合片(1)包括聚晶金刚石层(4)及硬质合金底座(5),硬质合金底座(5)的底端与截齿钢体(2)固定,聚晶金刚石层(4)固定在硬质合金底座(5)的顶端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚晶金刚石旋挖机截齿,其特征在于:所述的截齿钢体(2)的两侧固定有硬质合金镶条(3)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的聚晶金刚石旋挖机截齿,其特征在于:所述的聚晶金刚石层(4)的厚度为0.1mm~5mm。
