(一)、技术领域
本实用新型涉及复制领域,尤其是一种压感自显纸贴。
(二)、背景技术
目前,人们为印取车辆、设备上的号码或者其它标记时,大都采用透明胶带涂红色印泥压印,然后将胶带压印于保存的薄纸上,撕去胶带,使用显示有号码或者标记的印迹留于薄纸上,再把留有印迹的薄纸贴存。这种复制方法操作不方便,费时费力,在压涂时不易操作,且字迹模糊,不易辨认,又难于保存。同时,不具有防伪功能。
(三)、发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种操作方便、结构简单、拓印的字迹清晰、可以长期保存的印取车辆、设备上的号码或者其它标记的压感自显纸贴。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下方案实现:压感自显纸贴,其特征在于:依次包括:显影层、复合于显影层上面的紫外防伪光学薄膜、印刷层下面的不干胶层及保护基层。
本实用新型所述的显影层采用压感液晶微球胶囊材料。
本实用新型所述的复合于显影层上面的紫外防伪光学薄膜是印刷在光学薄膜上的紫外荧光油墨。
本实用新型所述的压感自显纸贴,其特征在于:所述的保护基层是纸或者塑料膜。
本实用新型结构简单,粘性强,成本低,实用,效果好,操作方便快捷,拓印的字迹清晰,可长期保存,广泛适用于车辆、设备上的号码或者其它标记的快速拓取;其中的复合于显影层上面的紫外防伪光学薄膜具有防伪功能。

(五)、具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,显影层2采用压感液晶微球胶囊材料,这种材料在用硬质的物件或工具摩擦、按压时,即发生化学的压力色变,其中的压感液晶微球胶囊材料显漏而出现颜色。所述的复合于显影层上面的紫外防伪光学薄膜1,是印刷在光学薄膜上的紫外荧光油墨,其在紫外光(200-400纳米)照射下,能发出可见光(400-800纳米)的荧光防伪印刷图案。通常长波紫外线激发可见荧光防伪印刷图案,激发波长为365纳米。显影层2下面涂复不干胶层3,不干胶层3下粘贴保护基层4,保护基层4可以是纸或者塑料膜。
本实用新型的使用方法是:首先撕掉其保护基层4,将压感自显纸贴粘在车辆、设备上的号码或者其它标记部位上,在均匀来回压刮紫外防伪光学薄膜1,压刮后的压感自显纸贴显现出所需的号码或者其它标记,然后将压感自显纸贴取下粘贴于所需位置,以便长期保存。
为了适应不同的车辆、设备上的号码或者其它标记的使用,其可以制成不同规格、不同形状系列产品。

1、一种压感自显纸贴,其特征在于:紫外防伪光学薄膜(1)复合于显影层(2)上表面,显影层(2)下表面依次设有不干胶层(3)、保护基层(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的压感自显纸贴,其特征在于:显影层(2)为压感液晶微球胶囊材料。
3、根据权利要求1所述的压感自显纸贴,其特征在于:所述紫外防伪光学薄膜(1)是带有紫外荧光油墨的光学薄膜。
4、根据权利要求1所述的压感自显纸贴,其特征在于:所述的保护基层(4)是纸膜或者塑料膜。
