本实用新型涉及一种太阳灶沼气池,主要由抛物面聚光器集热水锅、循环水管、预热器、水管组成,在沼气池外面的地面上安装有一个抛物面聚光器和集热水锅,集热水锅分别连接着循环水管和水管,循环水管和水管又分别与预热器连接并相通,集热水锅的直径Φ为400mm至1000mm,高度L为600mm至1200mm,厚度S为4mm至10mm;预热器的直径为80mm至200mm,长度为2000mm至8000mm。本实用新型通过在沼气池外面的地面上安装有一个抛物面聚光器和集热水锅,充分地利用太阳能产生的热量对沼气池增温加热,使沼气池在一年四季都能正常产出沼气,大大提高了能源的利用率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种太阳能和沼气相结合的技术,具体地说是一种利用太阳灶为沼气内的沼液增温加热,使沼气池内的发酵料液在春夏秋冬常年都能正常产出沼气的太阳灶沼气池。
背景技术
国内外现有的沼气池所产出的沼气,只有在盛夏季节里,当气温在15℃至40℃的温度时,沼气池才能正常产出沼气,在气温较低,当气温在15℃以下时沼气池不产沼气,因此,在我国北方地区,沼气池每年只有4-6个月的产气时间,所以沼气池达不到常年产沼气的目的。从而影响到沼气的大面积的推广应用。
发明内容
本实用新型为克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、使用方便、能够实现常年产沼气的太阳灶沼气池。
本实用新型的目的是采用下述技术方案实现的:一种太阳灶沼气池,主要由抛物面聚光器集热水锅、循环水管、预热器、水管组成,在沼气池外面的地面上安装有一个抛物面聚光器和集热水锅,集热水锅分别连接着循环水管和水管,循环水管和水管又分别与预热器连接并相通,集热水锅的直径Φ为400mm至1000mm,高度L为600mm至1200mm,厚度S为4mm至10mm;预热器的直径为80mm至200mm,长度为2000mm至8000mm。
本实用新型通过在沼气池外面的地面上安装有一个抛物面聚光器和集热水锅,充分地利用太阳能产生的热量对沼气池增温加热,使沼气池在一年四季都能正常产出沼气,大大提高了能源的利用率。

具体实施方式
实施例:如附图所示,在沼气池6外面的地面上设计安装上一个抛物面聚光器2和集热水锅3,集热水锅3分别连接着循环水管1和水管5,循环水管1和水管5又分别与预热器7连接并相通,这样构成了一个由集热水锅3、循环水管1、预热器7、水管5组成了一个完整的闭合回路系统。抛物面聚光器2主要是用他的抛物面的焦点经太阳光线照射聚焦后对集热水锅3进行聚焦加热。根据沼气池的体积的大小(沼气池的体积一般为8立方米至1000立方米)所需的预热温度大小不同,沼气池体积越大所需的温度越高,因此抛物面聚光器2的抛物面越大,焦距也越大,抛物线的长度越长,焦点温度就越高。
由于采用抛物面聚焦,焦点的温度很高,一般可达到100℃至500℃。集热水锅3的固定位置就设计安装在抛物面聚光器2的焦点位置,所以集热水锅3内的水很快达到沸点的温度100℃。如图2所示,集热水锅3的设计直径Φ为400mm至1000mm,锅的高度设计L为600mm至1200mm,厚度S为4mm至10mm,它是用金属材料制成。集热水锅3内的水达到100度时,锅内将形成热水蒸汽,这时集热水锅3内的水蒸汽经水管5、预热器7、循环水管1又流回到集热水锅3内。预热器7的设计直径为80mm至200mm,设计长度为2000mm至8000mm。当热水蒸气流过预热器7时,由于预热器7设计安装在沼气池6的底部,沼气池6内的沼液温度随时逐渐增加,所以当沼液的温度增加到大于15度的温度时,沼气池6内的沼液即可产出沼气,因而保证了沼气池常年不断的产出沼气。

1、一种太阳灶沼气池,主要由抛物面聚光器集热水锅、循环水管、预热器、水管组成,在沼气池外面的地面上安装有一个抛物面聚光器和集热水锅,集热水锅分别连接着循环水管和水管,循环水管和水管又分别与预热器连接并相通,其特征在于:集热水锅的直径Φ为400mm至1000mm,高度L为600mm至1200mm,厚度S为4mm至10mm;预热器的直径为80mm至200mm,长度为2000mm至8000mm。
