Abstract

一种太阳能光电互补智能型供热装置。见附图,本装置由真空管式集热器1,集热循环泵2,储热水箱3,供热循环泵4,补水泵5,净水器6,看缸7,电磁阀8,温度控制器9,暖气片10等组成。克服了管路易冻,储热水箱热散失大,内部易被污染,不能满足个别用户要求等缺点。它能为高纬度地区冬季取暖提供了一种新的技术手段,用清洁的太阳能代替传统的化石能源。

太阳能光电互补智能型供热装置
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种太阳能供热装置,特别是可用于冬季取暖的太阳能光电互补智能型供热装置。
背景技术:
随着太阳能真空集热管的生产规模化,其成本也不断下降,使太阳能热水器日益普及。但这些太阳能热水器大多存在以下不足:1.集热器管路尽管采取了保温措施并设置了电加热的伴热带,但在北方气温太低时管路的拐角处仍时有冻阻及冻裂现象发生。2.由于储热水箱放置在室外,尽管有保温层但热量散失仍相当大,造成多日寡照时不能正常供热。3.没有净化装置,用一段时间后,集热器等部件即被污染,影响供热效果。
发明内容:
鉴于上述情况,我采取了一些技术措施设计了太阳能光电互补智能型供热装置。其特征是:把多个集热器连起来和内部带有电加热器的储热水箱分体安装。储热水箱放在室内,为用户提供生活用热水和冬季取暖。
采用本供热装置可利用几乎取之不尽的清洁的太阳能源代替数量有限宝贵的煤炭及石油等化石能源并有效地减少温室气体的排放。

具体实施方式:
现对照图一详细说明实施方式。首先由补水泵5将储热水箱3充满水。集热循环泵2再把水送到放置在屋顶的真空管集热器1中,在阳光的照射下水温升高,被加热的水在集热循环泵2的推动下回到储热水箱3中,并和储热水箱3中的温度较低的水混合。如此循环使储热水箱3中的水不断地被加热,温度升高,若达到设定值集热循环泵2进入间歇工作状态,节约电能;若(进入傍晚后或遇多日寡照)水温低于设定值则集热循环泵2停止工作同时储热水箱内的电加热器自动投入工作,继续提高水温直至达到设定值。当集热器1管路拐角处的温度低于设定值时集热循环泵2做短时间工作,以防结冰。
供热循环泵4由用户端电磁阀8控制,只要有电磁阀8开启则供热循环泵4就工作,否则停止。用户端的电磁阀8由各用户端温度控制器9控制。室内温度低于用户设定温度的下限时电磁阀8开启,热水流经暖气片10时散热使室内温度升高;室内温度达到用户设定温度上限时电磁阀8关闭。
管路中设置了净水器6,可去除水中杂质。透过看缸7可看到水的颜色及浑浊程度,以便及时清除杂质。

1.一种太阳能供热装置,其特征是:带电加热器的储热水箱安装在室内,把多个安装在屋顶的真空管式太阳能集热器并连,然后用管道把集热器和储热水箱连接起来。
2.根据权利要求1所述太阳能供热装置,其特征是:采取用储热水箱中热水自动加热管道的办法防止室外管道结冰。
3.根据权利要求1所述太阳能供热装置,其特征是:在储热水箱出水管路中设置净水器及看缸。
4.根据权利要求1所述太阳能供热装置,其特征是:在用户室内管道中安装电磁阀,用户可用温度控制器控制室温。
