一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种制药机械,特别是涉及一种制药机械中压制药片的旋转式压片机上的加料器内物料吸尘装置。
二、背景技术
在我国的药品、化工、食品等行业中通常将具有一定作用的固体颗粒压制成片剂形成药片或保健品。人们也常将这类机械称为压片机,而中模安装在转台上并随转台一起旋转的机械称为旋转式压片机,在旋转式压片机中,一般均有一种关键的部件叫加料器,其功能是储存物料并使物料进入中模。目前市场上常见的加料器无物料吸尘装置,加料完毕后会有少量物料从加料器的底面与转台工作面之间漏出,在压制单色片时,影响不大。但压制双色片、三色片时,前道充填后漏出的不同颜色的物料会进入下道工序,常导致片剂混色,造成药品不合格。
三、实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种新型的加料器内物料吸尘装置,能在压片过程中将前道从加料器底面漏出的物料吸净,以解决片剂混色问题。
这种加料器内物料吸尘装置是在原来的加料器内增加一吸尘口,通过与吸尘器连接,吸除前道漏出的物料。这种加料器内物料吸尘装置的技术方案是:它是由加料器、吸尘接头、吸尘管、吸尘器等零件组成。其中,吸尘接头装在加料器的底面与转台工作面之间吸尘口位置,吸尘管连接吸尘接头与吸尘器。当启动吸尘器时,加料器上吸尘口区域产生负压,将物料吸除,达到物料吸尘的目的。
按照上述技术方案制作的加料器内物料吸尘装置与现有技术相比有如下优点:由于采用了加料器内物料吸尘装置,只需启动吸尘器就能将前道漏出的物料吸除干净,避免片剂混色问题产生。

如图1所示:加料器内物料吸尘装置是由:加料器(1)、吸尘接头(2)、吸尘管(3)、吸尘器(4)等零件组成。其中,吸尘接头(2)装在加料器(1)的底面与转台工作面之间吸尘口位置,吸尘管(3)连接吸尘接头(2)与吸尘器(4)。
工作时,当启动吸尘器(4)时,加料器上吸尘口区域产生负压,从加料器底面与转台平面之间漏出的物料经过吸尘区域时被吸除,达到物料吸尘的目的。

1、一种加料器内物料吸尘装置,它包括加料器(1)、吸尘接头(2)、吸尘管(3)、吸尘器(4),其特征在于,吸尘接头(2)安装在加料器(1)上的吸尘口位置,吸尘管(3)连接吸尘接头(2)及吸尘器(4)。
