一种集合式太阳能热水器属于日常生活设施技术领域,主要包括塑料底板、设置于塑料底板上的若干相通的金属吸热管以及与金属吸热管相通的金属桶。把装有金属吸热管的塑料底板安装在房顶上作为房屋屋面,在两块屋面相连接的屋脊上安装金属储水桶;如果仍不能满足用户需要,可以在能被阳光照射到的墙壁上安装金属吸热管。本实用新型具有结构合理、外型美观、使用方便、安全、节约成本、对房屋屋面和墙体有永久性保护作用、使用寿命长等特点。

本实用新型属于日常生活设施技术领域,具体涉及一种集合式太阳能热水器。
背景技术
目前工厂生产、住户使用的太阳能热水器,都是桶管式的,即由一桶数管组成(分户使用)。当这种太阳能热水器被安装在房屋的屋面时,会对屋面造成损坏,导致屋面漏水。当这种热水器被安装在较高的楼房屋面时,屋面由于安装户较多,一是显得拥挤,有的根本就安装不下,而且对屋面造成损坏特别严重,同时也影响美观,投入成本也大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是将现有分户使用的太阳能热水器的集合和放大。优点在于,将金属管集中排列在塑料底板上(所有的金属管内部都是相通的),可根据屋面选择设有金属管的底板作为房屋屋面,在两块屋面相连接的屋脊上安装金属储水桶(热水桶),如果楼房层数较多,屋面的太阳能热水器不能满足需要,还可以在能照射到阳光的墙壁上安装金属吸热管(并与屋面的金属管相通)。
本实用新型是这样来实现的:它主要包括塑料底板、设置于塑料底板上的若干相通的金属吸热管以及与金属吸热管相通的金属桶。

具体实施方式
在塑料底板3上安装金属吸热管2,管粗和管长由屋面及楼房层数决定(屋面长,吸热管就长;楼房高,使用人多,吸热管就粗)。把装有金属吸热管2的塑料底板3安装在房顶上作为房屋屋面,金属吸热管2与金属吸热管2之间连接要紧密,金属吸热管2与塑料底板3之间要设点支撑,保证留有空间,用于散热和保护屋面塑料底板3。在两块屋面相连接的屋脊上安装金属储水桶1(金属桶1与金属吸热管2内部相通)。如果仍不能满足用户需要,可以在能被阳光照射到的墙壁4上安装金属吸热管2(并将上下金属管都相连接)。然后将自来水管与金属吸热管2相连接,最后将各用户使用热水的设施接在通往屋面顶部的金属储水桶1的管道即可以使用。
本实用新型具有结构合理、外型美观、使用方便、安全、节约成本、对房屋屋面和墙体有永久性保护作用、使用寿命长等特点。
