Abstract
一种建筑构件式太阳能热水器。以取代部分窗下墙的方式安装在建筑物的阳面,与建筑成为一体,它主要是由太阳能真空管、集热器、固定支架、防护罩和墙体式储水箱组成。集热器通过上连管和下连管固定在由多个子储水箱组成的墙体式储水箱上。太阳能真空管的一端插入集热器内,另一端插入固定支架内。墙体式储水箱的两侧安装下侧窗,上部安装上窗。固定支架与集热器之间安装防护罩。进出水管和溢流管伸入楼板内到达用户的卫生间和厨房。使用时,先加满水。太阳能真空管内的水吸收太阳能被加热并向集热器内运动,集热器内的热水通过上连管向墙体式储水箱运动,冷水则通过下连管向集热器运动并到达每一根太阳能真空管,墙体式储水箱内的水被加热。

随着石油、煤等能源物资的日益紧缺和科学技术的发展,人们在太阳能利用方面做了大量的科学研究工作。太阳能已广泛应用于发电、取热和生物工程等领域,其中最为普及的是家用太阳能热水器。但是由于城市建筑中的高层和小高层越来越多,坡形屋顶越来越多,建筑美学和城市景观的要求日益上升,给太阳能热水器的使用带来诸多不便。为了解决上述问题人们开发出了多种方式的阳台热水器。归纳起来有以下三类:一是用支架把真空管热水器强行固定在建筑物的外墙上,其缺点是缺乏安全性影响建筑美观,受物业管理和安全限制,很少使用;二是阳台壁挂型热水器,它的集热管安装在阳台的南侧墙面上,热水箱安装在阳台顶部或室内。有的采用光电互补方式、有的采用热管传热方式、有的采用强制循环方式等等。它表面上较好的解决了建筑一体化的问题,但如果不是所有居民都安装并且都安装同型号的产品,建筑一体化问题还是没有彻底解决,而且由于其紧贴墙面安装,使采光面积相对减小和采用介质换热的原因,影响换热效率,导致热水器的价格提高了1.5~2倍,很难让居民所接受;三是集中供热型,它是在建筑物的南侧外墙或楼顶通过统一的设计、规划安装建筑一体化太阳能设施,并采用光电互补、热表计量等措施,力求解决建筑太阳能一体化问题,但是它只适用于公共建筑,对住宅建筑则面临较大限度的影响开发成本和因入住率以及维护费用造成用水价格波动的挑战。不易被居民和开发商所接受。综上所述,我国的太阳能利用技术有了可喜的发展,但随着城市化进程的加快、楼层的增高和城市美观的要求太阳能热水器的使用却大幅度相对减少。其原因是现有的太阳能热水器产品没有从根本上解决城市美化、建筑一体化以及房产开发成本、太阳能热水器运行成本和居民入住率、居民购买力之间复杂的矛盾。
发明内容
为了解决现有太阳能热水器存在的问题,本实用新型提供了一种建筑构件式太阳能热水器,较好地解决了建筑一体化问题,且不受居民入住率的影响,同时具有造价低、维护方便、运行可靠的特点。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在建筑物的阳面居室南侧阳台间的外侧伸出一个挑台,用于放置固定支架和集热器。集热器的内部装有导流板。集热器的两端通过上连管和下连管固定在由多个子储水箱组成的墙体式储水箱上,各子储水箱用连箱管连接在一起。固定支架的一端固定在挑台上,另一端固定在建筑物的外墙上,太阳能真空管的一端插入集热器内,另一端插入固定支架内,固定支架的中心线和集热器中心线在同一个空间平面上。墙体式储水箱的外侧与建筑物的外墙齐平,顶替部分窗下墙。墙体式储水箱的两侧安装下侧窗,上部安装上窗。固定支架与集热器之间安装防护罩。墙体式储水箱的进出水管和溢流管伸入楼板内到达用户的卫生间和厨房。使用时,向墙体式储水箱内加满水,同时集热器和太阳能真空管内也被加满水。根据热力学原理,太阳能真空管内的水吸收太阳能被加热并向集热器内运动,集热器内的热水通过上连管向墙体式储水箱运动,冷水则通过下连管向集热器运动并到达每一根太阳能真空管。如此循环,墙体式储水箱内的水被加热。用户开启安装在卫生间里的微型射流泵或微型管道泵和用水阀门,就可以使用到热水。
本实用新型有益的效果是:在建筑物阳台间的外侧伸出一个挑台,在挑台上安装集热器和固定支架,并在固定支架和集热器间设置防护网,有利于安全;通过设置侧下侧窗可以方便更换太阳能真空管;由多个子储水箱组成的墙体式储水箱可以代替部分墙体,减少空间占用,且有利于冬季防冻;集热器内的导流板起到导流和防止真空管内的水在用水时流干的作用;这样,将太阳能热水器做成一个建筑构件,做到了造价低廉、维修方便,从根本上解决城市美化和建筑太阳能一体化问题。

在建筑物的阳面居室南侧阳台间的外侧伸出一个挑台(8),用于放置固定支架(3)和集热器(5)。集热器(5)的内部装有导流板(7)。集热器(5)的两端通过上连管(14)和下连管(15)固定在由多个子储水箱(13)组成的墙体式储水箱(1)上,各子储水箱(13)用连箱管(12)连接在一起。固定支架(3)的一端固定在挑台(8)上,另一端固定在建筑物的外墙上,太阳能真空管(9)的一端插入集热器(5)内,另一端插入固定支架(3)内,固定支架(3)的中心线和集热器(5)中心线在同一个空间平面上。墙体式储水箱(1)的外侧与建筑物的外墙齐平,顶替部分窗下墙。墙体式储水箱(1)的两侧安装下侧窗(2),上部安装上窗(6)。固定支架(3)与集热器(5)之间安装防护罩(4)。墙体式储水箱(1)的进出水管(11)和溢流管(10)伸入楼板内到达用户的卫生间和厨房。使用时,向墙体式储水箱(1)内加满水,同时集热器(5)和太阳能真空管(9)内也被加满水。根据热力学原理,太阳能真空管(9)内的水吸收太阳能被加热并向集热器(5)内运动,集热器(5)内的热水通过上连管(14)向墙体式储水箱运动(1),冷水则通过下连管(15)向集热器(5)运动并到达每一根太阳能真空管(9)。如此循环,墙体式储水箱内的水被加热。用户开启安装在卫生间里的微型射流泵或微型管道泵和用水阀门,就可以使用到热水。

1.一种建筑构件式太阳能热水器,是由墙体式储水箱(1)、下侧窗(2)、固定支架(3)、防护罩(4)、集热器(5)、上窗(6)、导流板(7)、挑台(8)、太阳能真空管(9)、溢流管(10)、进出水管(11)、连箱管(12)、子储水箱(13)、上连管(14)、下连管(15)组成,其特征是:集热器(5)通过上连管(14)和下连管(15)固定在由多个子储水箱(13)组成的墙体式储水箱(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑构件式太阳能热水器,其特征是:太阳能真空管(9)的一端插入集热器(5)内,另一端插入固定支架(3)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的建筑构件式太阳能热水器,其特征是:集热器(5)内安装导流板(7)。
