Abstract

一种触控板固定装置,用于将触控板固定于笔记本电脑的顶板,所述触控板固定装置包括固定板,所述固定板设有压制所述触控板的弹片。触控板固定装置通过弹片将触控板压制固定于顶板,使其固定稳固,不易晃动。

【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种触控板固定装置。
【技术背景】
现有笔记本电脑的键盘下方通常设有触控板作为辅助输入装置,以方便操作者控制光标。触控板通过一块固定板压制装设于笔记本电脑顶板的一个收容空间内,所述固定板通过螺丝锁固于所述顶板。但是有时由于制造公差或固定板变形等原因,这样固定的触控板和固定板之间可能会留有间隙,以至于触控板固定不够稳固,使用时产生轻微晃动。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种安装稳固的触控板固定装置。
一种触控板固定装置,用于将触控板固定于笔记本电脑的顶板,所述触控板固定装置包括固定板,所述固定板设有压制所述触控板的弹片。
相较现有技术,触控板固定装置通过弹片将触控板压制固定于顶板,使其固定稳固,不易晃动。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1,为本实用新型触控板固定装置的较佳实施方式,其用于将一块触控板20固定于一个笔记本电脑的顶板40上。所述触控板固定装置包括一块固定板60。
触控板20为一块长方形感应板,其上设有电性连接装置22。
顶板40设有一个开口42,顶板40的内侧面、邻近开口42边缘处设有若干凸棱44,这些凸棱44所围成的区域形成一个收容空间,触控板20可收容于其中,触控板20的感应面则通过开口42外露于顶板40,以便使用者操作。顶板40上位于开口42的右侧设有一对钩扣部46,左侧设有一对固定柱48。其中,每一钩扣部46自由端的钩扣460向远离开口42的方向弯折,每一固定柱48包括一螺孔480。
固定板60为一块薄板,其包括一块板体62,板体62上对应触控板20的电性连接装置22开设有一个穿槽620。板体62的右侧对应顶板40的钩扣部46设有一对卡孔64,左侧成形有一片“L”形的折片66,折片66上对应顶板40的固定柱48设有一对穿孔660。固定板60上还设有若干开槽68,每一开槽68的边缘成形有一片弹片680,这些弹片680是略向靠近触控板20的方向弯折的。
请参阅图2,安装时,将触控板20放置于凸棱44所形成的收容空间内,将固定板60装设于顶板40。顶板40的钩扣460穿过固定板60的对应卡孔64,并卡扣于其边缘,一对螺丝80分别穿过固定板60的穿孔660,锁固于对应固定柱48的螺孔480。此时,固定板60的板体62和弹片680共同压制于触控板20,从而将触控板20牢固固定于顶板40。触控板20的电性连接装置22穿过穿槽620外露于固定板60,以方便触控板20与笔记本电脑的电性连接和数据传输。

Claims (7)

1.一种触控板固定装置,用于将触控板固定于笔记本电脑的顶板,所述触控板固定装置包括固定板,其特征在于:所述固定板设有压制所述触控板的弹片。
2.如权利要求1所述的触控板固定装置,其特征在于:所述弹片向靠近所述触控板的方向弯折。
3.如权利要求1所述的触控板固定装置,其特征在于:所述顶板设有钩扣部,所述固定板设有卡孔,所述钩扣部卡扣于所述卡孔将所述固定板装设于所述顶板。
4.如权利要求3所述的触控板固定装置,其特征在于:所述钩扣部的自由端设有钩扣,所述钩扣向远离触控板的方向弯折。
5.如权利要求1所述的触控板固定装置,其特征在于:所述顶板设有固定柱,所述固定板开设有穿孔,以螺丝穿过所述穿孔锁固于所述固定柱,将所述固定板固定于所述顶板。
6.如权利要求1所述的触控板固定装置,其特征在于:所述顶板设有开口,所述顶板的内侧面邻近所述开口设有凸棱,所述触控板收容于所述凸棱围成的收容空间内,所述触控板的感应面通过所述开口外露于所述顶板。
7.如权利要求1至6中任何一项所述的触控板固定装置,其特征在于:所述触控板设有电性连接装置,所述固定板开设有穿槽,所述电性连接装置穿过所述穿槽外露于所述固定板。
