Abstract

一种热塑性聚氨酯与聚己内酰胺双组份复合纤维,它是以热塑性聚氨酯为芯层以聚己内酰胺为皮层的皮芯复合纤维。本实用新型大大地缩短了加工工序,同时也大大地降低了生产成本;不仅兼有氨纶及锦纶的优良特性,同时强度也高于现有技术的强度;本实用新型成品的规格为40-150旦,用它可制成具有透明肤色的效果、华丽、舒适性好的高档面料。

热塑性聚氨酯与聚己内酰胺双组份复合纤维
技术领域    本实用新型涉及一种化学纤维。
背景技术    用热塑性聚氨酯生产出的纤维为氨纶,它具有诸如弹力大等许多优良的性质,但织物全部采用这种材质成本高、耐磨性差。为弥补上述缺点,人们采用成本低、耐磨性好的聚己内酰胺生产出的纤维即锦纶缠绕在氨纶纤维上,如图2所示,获得的以氨纶纤维为芯,锦纶为包裹纤维的纱线即为氨/锦缠绕包覆纱。它的不足之处是:1.分别通过氨纶及锦纶纺丝设备生产出的氨纶和锦纶成品纤维,再经过包覆机缠绕加工工序长、成本高。2.锦纶包裹在氨纶外面,它们是可分离的两体,因此强度差一些。3.纱线较粗,使织成的面料档次低。
发明内容    本实用新型的目的在于提供一种加工工序短、成本低、两组份合为一体的热塑性聚氨酯与聚己内酰胺双组份复合纤维。本实用新型是以热塑性聚氨酯为芯层(内层),以聚己内酰胺为皮层(外层)的皮芯复合纤维。该两种组份合为一体的复合纤维,它是由热塑性聚氨酯与聚己内酰胺在同一特制的双组份共纺设备中制得的。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有如下优点:
1.本实用新型用一套纺丝设备即可获得,不仅节省了另一套纺丝设备和程序,而且还节省了包覆设备和程序,大大地缩短了加工工序,同时也大大地降低了生产成本。
2.热塑性聚氨酯与聚己内酰胺两组份合为一体,不仅兼有氨纶及锦纶的优良特性,同时强度也高于现有技术的强度。
3.本实用新型成品的规格为40-150旦,用它可制成具有透明肤色的效果、华丽、舒适性好的高档面料。

具体实施方式    在图1所示的热塑性聚氨酯与聚己内酰胺双组份复合纤维的截面示意图中,该复合纤维是以热塑性聚氨酯为芯层1,以聚己内酰胺为皮层2的皮芯复合纤维。
