Abstract

一种数字门锁,具有用作紧急电源的超级电容器。该数字门锁包括:电源,用于在平时供应电能;钥匙识别装置,用于接收从外部打开门锁所需的钥匙;门锁开/关装置,用于通过比较从钥匙识别装置输入的钥匙与存储在该门锁开/关装置中的钥匙来开/关门锁;紧急电能产生装置,用于产生紧急电能,并将产生的电能转换为适于电容器充电;以及电容器单元,设置有多个电容器,以将紧急电能产生装置提供的电能存储到多个电容器中,当电源不能供电时,电容器单元将存储在多个电容器中的能量供应给门锁开/关装置。由于不用单独的紧急开/关装置来应对电池完全耗尽的情况,所以该数字门锁具有简化的结构。

Description

具有超级电容器的数字门锁
技术领域
本发明涉及一种数字门锁,更具体地,涉及一种具有超级电容器的数字门锁,其中该超级电容器可用作紧急电源。
背景技术
通常,门锁安装在例如住宅、公寓以及办公室等处的门上,以防止未授权的外来者侵入房屋内。
锁定装置安装在门锁上,使得门不能随意从外部打开。使用钥匙来闭锁或开锁的机械门锁是最普通的门锁。但是,机械门锁结构简单,安全性脆弱。
为了解决此问题,广泛地使用数字门锁,数字门锁利用密码、指纹识别或者卡片识别来操作螺线管电磁体和离合器,进行闭锁或开锁。
数字门锁在门内有电池,以操作其电子元件。但是,如果电池耗尽,就难以从外部将门打开。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术的问题而设计的。因此本发明的目的是提供一种当门锁中所用的电池完全耗尽时,能够产生并供应紧急电能的门锁。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种数字门锁,该数字门锁包括:电源,用于在平时供应电能;钥匙识别装置,用于接收从外部打开门锁所需的钥匙;门锁开/关装置,用于通过比较从所述钥匙识别装置输入的钥匙与存储在该门锁开/关装置中的钥匙来开/关门锁;紧急电能产生装置,用于产生紧急电能,并控制所产生的电能转换为多个电容器充电所需的电能;以及电容器单元,设置有多个电容器,并将所述紧急电能产生装置提供的电能存储到所述多个电容器中,当所述电源不能供电时,所述电容器单元将存储在所述多个电容器中的能量供应给所述门锁开/关装置。
优选地,所述电容器单元包括:平衡电路,用于控制所述多个电容器的充电电压的平衡;以及输出电路,用于将分别存储在所述多个电容器中的能量一起输出。
优选地,所述电容器单元还包括能够选择性地连接所述平衡电路和所述输出电路的开关装置。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图,详细描述根据本发明的优选实施例。在描述之前应当理解的是,本说明书与所附权利要求书中使用的术语不应解释为仅限于通常的或字典上的含义,而是应根据发明人为了最好地进行说明而可适当地定义术语的原则,基于对应于本发明技术方案的含义和概念来解释。因此,这里提供的描述仅仅是为了说明目的的优选实例,而不是为了限制本发明的范围,因此应当理解的是,可作出其它等同物或改型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。
图1为示出根据本发明优选实施例的数字门锁的方框图。参照图1,该实施例的数字门锁包括:电源100、钥匙识别装置200、门锁开/关装置300、紧急电能产生装置500以及电容器单元600。
电源100用于在平时向门锁开/关装置300提供电能,并采用普通电池组。
钥匙识别装置200用于识别输入的数字钥匙,以确认数字门锁的开/关,并且可使用能够接收数字钥匙的装置例如键盘(keypad)、指纹识别装置或者RFID读卡器。
此外,钥匙识别装置200构成为可更改数字钥匙,并且接收将要临时存储在门锁开/关装置300中的数字钥匙。
门锁开/关装置300具有用于存储数字钥匙的存储器(未示出)。门锁开/关装置300将存储在存储器中的数字钥匙(k1)与从钥匙识别装置200输入的数字钥匙(k2)进行比较。此外,门锁开/关装置300检查两个数字钥匙(k1与k2)的一致性,然后开或关门锁。
紧急电能产生装置500产生将要存储在电容器单元600中的能量。此外,紧急电能产生装置500将产生的电能提供给电容器单元600。
电容器单元600将紧急电能产生装置500所提供的能量转换为操作门锁开/关装置300所需的电能,并且当电源不能供电时将此电能提供给门锁开/关装置300。
图2为示出根据本发明优选实施例的紧急电能产生装置500的详细方框图。参照图2,此实施例的紧急电能产生装置500包括:发电机510、整流电路520、恒压/恒流电路530、控制电路540以及指示灯550。
发电机510产生将要存储在电容器单元600中的能量(参见图1)。
优选地,发电机510为普通的手动发电机510,包括:壳体;电磁体,安装在壳体内,并且在其中旋转;以及发电线圈,固定在壳体中,围绕电磁体。转轴设置在电磁体的中心,为了能够手动旋转,转轴的一端延伸并暴露在壳体外。延伸并暴露的转轴连接至用于手动旋转的旋转手柄。
在此实施例中,通过旋转连接至电磁体的旋转手柄而产生感应电动势的于动发电机已示例性地描述为发电机510。但是,本发明并不限于此。例如,能够产生将要存储在电容器中的能量的装置,例如太阳能发电机,也足以使用。
整流电路520将从发电机510输入的交流电转换为直流电。此外,整流电路520将从发电机510输入的交流电转换为一定电位的直流电,然后将直流电传送给恒压/恒流电路530。
恒压/恒流电路530以恒压/恒流模式向电容器单元600供应充电电能。也就是说,在电容器单元600的起始充电时刻,保持为恒流模式。然后,如果电容器单元600的充电电压已经饱和,则切换为恒压模式。
控制电路540是一种微处理器,监测充电电流和充电电压。此外,控制电路540因此而控制恒压/恒流电路530,从而适当地切换恒压模式和恒流模式。
此外,如果控制电路540在监测电容器单元600的充电电压时,确定充电过程完成,则控制电路540打开指示灯550,然后通知用户电容器单元600充电完毕。
图3为示出根据本发明优选实施例的电容器单元600的详细方框图。参照图2,此实施例的电容器单元600包括平衡电路610、多个电容器620以及输出电路630。
平衡电路610对分配给各电容器620的充电电能进行平衡,使得从紧急电能产生装置500输入的充电电能可以均匀地充至各电容器620。
电容器620接收充电电能,并将其作为电能存储。优选地,电容器620为能够存储大量充电能量的EDLC(电双层电容器),但是不限于此。
输出电路630串联连接至设置在多个电容器上的电极,并通过一对电极(+、-)向外部发出充电电能。
电容器620的充电和放电是通过一对电极(+、-)来进行的。因此,优选地,电容器单元600还包括能够选择性地连接平衡电路610和输出电路630的开关(未示出)。通过控制电路540的操作,该开关选择性地将电容器620的一对电极(+、-)连接至平衡电路610或者输出电路630。
下面,参照以上元件描述根据本发明实施例的数字门锁的操作。
在平时,门锁开/关装置300从电源100接收电能。
门锁开/关装置300将从钥匙识别装置200输入的数字钥匙(k2)与存储在存储器中的数字钥匙(k1)进行比较。当两个数字钥匙(k1与k2)一致时,打开门锁。
同时,如果提供给电源100的电池的电能全部释放,则通过有目的地操作发电机510来产生预定的交流电。上述交流电通过整流电路520而转换为一定电位的直流电,然后输出。从整流电路520输出的直流电通过恒压/恒流电路530而被提供给平衡电路610。此时,控制电路540正常地监测恒压/恒流电路530的输出电压和输出电流,以控制恒压/恒流电路530的操作模式(恒压模式或者恒流模式)。此外,控制电路540根据监测的电压和电流值,检测电容器单元600的充电状态。然后,控制电路540利用指示灯550或类似装置来输出充电状态。
然后,平衡电路610根据电容器620的充电状态,分配所提供的充电电能,从而能够整齐地保持各电容器620的充电电压。
如果所有电容器620都完全充满,因此从恒压/恒流电路530提供给平衡电路610的电流减少,则控制电路540检测到这种情况,并中断平衡电路610与电容器620之间的连接。此外,控制电路540将输出电路630连接至电容器620。
最后,通过输出电路630将存储在多个电容器620中的能量供应给门锁开/关装置300。因此,利用紧急电能而临时操作门锁开/关装置300。
在本发明的实施例中,AC发电机示例性地描述为发电机510。出于这种考虑,将用于转换交流电为直流电的整流电路520设置在紧急电能产生装置500中。但是,也可采用DC发电机作为AC发电机的替代物。在此情况下,则不必在紧急电能产生装置500中设置整流电路520。

工业实用性
根据本发明,将超级电容器用作紧急电源,因此不需使用单独的紧急开/关装置来应对电池完全耗尽的情况,从而能够简化门锁的结构。
此外,由于能量可以长久地在超级电容器中存储和使用,因此这种门锁设备可以实际上永久地使用,而不需要任何对储能装置的维护。

Claims (6)

1.一种数字门锁,包括:
电源,用于在平时供应电能;
钥匙识别装置,用于接收从外部打开门锁所需的钥匙;
门锁开/关装置,用于通过比较从所述钥匙识别装置输入的钥匙与存储在该门锁开/关装置中的钥匙来开/关该门锁;
紧急电能产生装置,用于产生紧急电能,并控制产生的电能转换为多个电容器充电所需的电能;以及
电容器单元,设置有多个电容器,并将所述紧急电能产生装置所提供的电能存储到所述多个电容器中,当所述电源不能供电时,所述电容器单元将存储在所述多个电容器中的能量供应给所述门锁开/关装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的数字门锁,其中,所述电容器单元包括:
平衡电路,用于控制所述多个电容器的充电电压的平衡;以及
输出电路,用于将分别存储在所述多个电容器中的能量一起输出。
3.如权利要求2所述的数字门锁,其中:
所述电容器单元还包括能够选择性地连接所述平衡电路和所述输出电路的开关装置。
4.如权利要求1所述的数字门锁,其中:
所述紧急电能产生装置包括发电机,所述发电机为利用感应电动功率的手动发电机。
5.如权利要求1所述的数字门锁,其中:
所述紧急电能产生装置包括发电机,所述发电机包括太阳能发电机。
6.如权利要求4所述的数字门锁,其中:
所述手动发电机为交流发电机或直流发电机。
