Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种和电流输出端相连的安全插座。
背景技术
如所知的那样,用于家用的电能分布网络的电压的额定值并不是在所有的国家都相等。
在使用者需要的功率相同的情况下,较低的网络电压就会产生较大的电流强度,并且因此由于焦耳效应会产生较大的功率耗散。
因此,在网络电压较低的国家,电流输出端和插入其中的插座会存在较大的强过热的风险。
这种过热可能会由于电流输出端的接触片的氧化和/或老化以及缺乏弹性而产生,这会增大与插座的外部触点之间的电接触电阻,并且因此在电流通过插座循环的期间会由于焦耳效应以热量的形式耗散相当多的电能。这种过热会使电流输出端的塑料罩盖产生变形,并且由此导致插座的塑料罩盖产生变形,甚至达到燃点。
当前,存在带有电流保险丝的安全插座,它可以在短路的情形下断开电供给。
这种安全插座的复位需要替换供电缆线和/或保险丝以及其它需要的物品的有资质的人员在场,而不论故障是否取决于安全插座。
发明内容
因此本发明提出的技术任务是形成用于连接至电流输出端的安全插座,该安全插座可以消除现有技术中所报告的技术缺陷。
在这个技术任务的范围内,本发明的一个目的是提供一种连接至电流输出端的高安全性能的安全插座,该插座能够在可能产生过热从而导致燃烧的异常操作的情形下断开电流循环。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种用于连接至电流输出端的安全插座,在不归因于它的异常操作时能够保持它和供电缆线的完整性,其中该操作异常可能会产生过热从而导致燃烧。
本发明的最后一个但不是最次要的目的在于提供一种用于连接至电流输出端的安全插座,该安全插座能够向使用者提供关于其电厂中的电流输出端的状态以及可能需要的维修操作的信息。
解决本发明的技术问题是通过提供一种连接至电流输出端的如权利要求1所述的安全插座来实现的。
在后续的权利要求中还界定了本发明的其它特征。

具体实施方式
参见所引用的附图,显示了特别用于但不仅仅用于家用的用于连接至电流输出端的安全插座,其中整个插座用参考数字1表示。
安全插座1包括罩盖2,该罩盖2包含用于从电流输出端引出电流的安全插座1的外部触点5和6,以及用于通过供电缆线7供给使用者的安全插座1的内部触点11和12之间的电连接。
有利的是,安全插座1设有电流输出端的故障检测装置,在电流流通时安全插座1和故障检测装置连接。
这种检测装置包括温度传感器10,该温度传感器10在电流输出端发生故障时,对电流输出端产生的过热很敏感。
更确切地说,电连接包括将外部触点5与温度传感器10连接起来的第一导线16,将温度传感器10与内部触点11连接起来的第二导线3,其中供电缆线的相线8的端部通过夹具13连接至内部触点11,还包括将外部触点6与内部触点12连接起来的第三导线4,其中供电缆线7的中线9的端部通过夹具14连接至内部触点12。
温度传感器10优选是至少一个电连接的至少一个断开开关(未显示)的受控恒温器,在这种特定的情形下,它断开了第一导体16和第二导体3之间的电路。
温度传感器10与至少一个点连接直接接触,并且在这种特定的情形下与每个导体3、4和16直接接触。
导体3、4和16插入到罩盖2的底面和温度传感器10的底座之间,温度传感器10又通过紧固螺钉19规定至罩盖2。有利的是,由恒温器控制的开关是双稳的,特别地,是双稳板簧。
为此,有利地提供了使开关闭合的手动复位装置。
复位装置包括设置在罩盖2的表面上位于罩盖2外部的开关按钮20,与之相对地提供了外部触点5和6。
在按钮20的操作器件,按钮20使被触发的板簧上的压力重新接通第一导体16和第二导体3之间的电路。
通过所描述和显示的内容,依照本发明的安全插座的操作会变得明显,特别地,内容如下:
实质上,在电流通过安全插座1循环的期间,电流输出端在发生故障的情形下会产生过热,该过热从出口传递至插座1的外部触点5和6并且从这些传递至与温度传感器10相接触的内部电连接16和4,这样温度就会升高直到达到使板簧触发的阈温度为止,从而断开导体16和3之间的电连接并且因此断开电流循环。
安全插座的操作可以仅仅在它冷却之后通过复位按钮20手动地复位。
如果故障仍持续着,开关就会重新分开,断开电流循环并且由此通知使用者电流输出端的缺损性质。
当然,超出已有的描述的改进和变化是可以的;例如,安全插座的外触点可以是圆柱形或者叶片状的。
由此构思的安全插座可以进行多种改进和变动,这些都包含在本发明的构思中。此外,所有细节都可以替换为技术上的等效元件。
实际上,可以依照需要和现有技术使用任何类型或者尺寸的材料。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于连接至电流输出端的安全插座,该安全插座(1)设有在电流流过所述安全插座时对所述电流输出端的故障进行检测的检测装置,其特征在于,
所述的检测装置包括在电流输出端产生故障的情形下对所述电流输出端生成的过热敏感的温度传感器(10),
其中所述的安全插座(1)包括罩盖(2),该罩盖(2)包含用于从所述电流输出端引出电流的安全插座(1)的外部触点(5,6),以及用于通过供电缆线(7)供给使用者的安全插座(1)的内部触点(11,12)之间的电连接,
其中所述的电连接包括将所述外部触点(5)与所述温度传感器(10)连接起来的第一导线(16),将所述温度传感器(10)与所述内部触点(11)连接起来的第二导线(3),其中所述供电缆线(7)的相线(8)的端部通过夹具(13)连接至内部触点(11),还包括将外部触点(6)与内部触点(12)连接起来的第三导线(4),其中所述供电缆线(7)的中线(9)的端部通过夹具(14)连接至所述内部触点(12),
其中所述的温度传感器(10)与每个所述的导线(3,4,16)直接接触。
2.如上述权利要求1所述的安全插座,其特征在于所述温度传感器是至少一个电连接的至少一个断开开关的受控恒温器,该受控恒温器设置在所述插座内部,位于外部触点和内部触点之间,其中所述插座的外部触点用于从所述电流输出端引出电流,所述插座的内部触点用于通过供电电缆线供给使用者。
3.如上述权利要求2的安全插座,其特征在于所述开关是双稳的。
4.如上述权利要求3的安全插座,其特征在于所述开关是双稳板簧。
5.如上述权利要求2的安全插座,其特征在于该安全插座设有用于闭合所述开关的手动复位装置。
6.如上述权利要求5的安全插座,其特征在于所述复位装置包括设置在所述罩盖外侧的按钮开关,在所述罩盖的表面,与之相对地提供了所述外部触点。
