Abstract

本发明公开一种芯片卡固持结构,其与一本体配合而固持一芯片卡,该本体内设置有一容置部,该芯片卡固持结构包括一拉杆组件,该拉杆组件可移动地设置于该容置部内,用来将该芯片卡固持或推出于容置部。所述芯片卡固持结可将芯片卡稳固固定于便携式电子装置中、且使用方便。

芯片卡固持结构
【技术领域】
本发明是关于一种芯片卡固持结构,尤其是关于一种用于便携式电子装置的芯片卡固持结构。
【背景技术】
现今,可用于存储记忆的芯片卡种类繁多,如CF(CompactFlash)、SD(Secure Digital)、SIM(Subscriber Identification Modulecard)等,这些芯片卡被广泛使用于各类电子装置中。随着移动通讯事业的迅速发展,移动电话等便携式电子装置已成为越来越多消费者日常工作及生活不可缺少的工具。移动电话的芯片卡,例如用户识别卡(subscriber identification module card,以下通称SIM卡)系一种装有IC芯片的塑料卡片,其具有记录个人用户号码及通讯簿等功能,通过更换SIM卡,一支移动电话可以供多个用户使用。
请参阅图1,一种现有的芯片卡固持结构,其用于固定移动电话等便携式电子装置中的芯片卡,可使芯片卡(图未示)和芯片卡连接器60电连接,主要包括一基座62及一闭锁组件64。基座62上开设有一安装口621,安装口621内设置有连接器60,安装口621与芯片卡尺寸相当,用于容纳芯片卡。闭锁组件64设置于基座62上且邻近安装口621,其可以如图所示箭头方向往复移动。
安装时,拨动闭锁组件64,使闭锁组件64朝远离安装口621方向移动,即自安装口621上方退开,然后将芯片卡装于安装口621中,并反方向拨动闭锁组件64至安装口621上方,以将芯片卡扣于安装口621内。同样通过拨动闭锁组件64也可取出已装于安装口621内的芯片卡。
然而,上述芯片卡固持结构中,拨动闭锁组件64,即可轻易地使闭锁组件64于基座62上往复移动,故当便携式电子装置不慎落地时,外力的冲击会使闭锁组件64极易从安装口621上方退开,如此将会使芯片卡无法有效地与SIM连接器60电连接,甚至使芯片卡自安装口621中脱出,进而严重影响便携式电子装置的使用性。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可将芯片卡稳固固定于便携式电子装置中、且使用方便的芯片卡固持结构。
一种芯片卡固持结构,其与一本体配合而固持一芯片卡,该本体内设置有一容置部,该芯片卡固持结构包括一拉杆组件,该拉杆组件可移动地设置于该容置部内,用来将该芯片卡固持或推出于容置部。
相对于现有技术,所述芯片卡固持结构通过一可移动的拉杆组件实现对芯片卡的固持及拆卸,结构简单、使用方便。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图2及图3,本发明较佳实施例中以移动电话为例进行说明,该移动电话包括一本体10及一印刷电路板30(PCB,PrintedCircuit Board),该芯片卡固持结构包括一拉杆组件20,其可与本体10配合,该印刷电路板30可将拉杆组件20可滑动固持于本体10上。
本体10一端开设有一收容腔101,该收容腔101用于容纳电池(图未示),其一端具有一端壁102,该端壁102上开有一入口103及一条形缺口104,条形缺口104与入口103相通,且宽度小于入
103。本体10与收容腔101相邻处形成一容置部105,其具有一底壁1051,该底壁1051与入口103相对正且于邻近入口103两侧处各设有一凸条106,其间距与入口103宽度相当。容置部105远离入口103的一端于底壁1051上设一多个凸壁107,该多个凸壁107围成一方形,其邻近凸条106的一端设置有一凸片1071。容置部105邻近入口103的一端于底壁1051上设一“U”形挡片108,其与底壁1051形成方形开口1081,该方形开口1081朝向凸片1071。本体10上还设置有安装柱(图未示)。
请同时参照图4,拉杆组件20包括一拉杆201及一弹性件202,拉杆201包括一主体203,其为矩形薄板,宽度略小于条形缺口104,其中央开设有二相邻的第一矩形孔2021及第二矩形孔2022,第一矩形孔2021及第二矩形孔2022之间由一隔板2023隔开,隔板2023中央朝第一矩形孔2021垂直延伸有一固定柱2024。主体203邻近第一矩形孔2021的一端向一侧垂直延伸有一操作部2025,其为长条形,宽度与主体203相同,且其朝向第一矩形孔2021的一端开设有一凹部2026。邻近第一矩形孔2021两侧的主体203侧壁垂直延伸有二矩形滑板2027。主体203邻近第二矩形孔2022的一端向与操作部2025延伸的方向相反的另一侧垂直弯折延伸有一抵挡部2028,其为长条形,宽度与主体203相同,该抵挡部2028自由端邻近两侧位置分别朝隔板2023方向延伸有一固持部2029,其为钩状。弹性件202为一压缩弹簧。
印刷电路板30为一方形薄板,其上开设有二固定孔301,其分别开设于方形薄板边缘处,印刷电路板30邻近其中一固定孔301处设置有一芯片卡连接器302,其两侧设置有各一凸片303,其高度大于芯片卡连接器302。
组装时,先将弹性件202置于拉杆201的第一矩形孔2021内,并将一端固持于隔板2023的固定柱2024上,将拉杆组件20置于容置部105内,使其矩形滑板2027分别抵持于凸条106上,使本体10的凸壁107的凸片1071伸入拉杆的第二矩形孔2022,操作部2025从容置部105伸入收容腔101内,并抵持于本体10的条形缺口104处的端壁102,其弹性件202另一端抵持且固连于挡片108并容置于方形开口1081内,然后通过二固定孔301与本体10上的安装柱配合将印刷电路板30固定于本体10上,且通过印刷电路板30的凸片303抵持滑板2027而将拉杆201固持于本体10上,由于芯片卡连接器302对正拉杆201的主体203,如此印刷电路板30与拉杆201之间形成一容置空间(图未示),其用于容纳一芯片卡40,芯片卡40可为CF(Compact Flash)、SD(Secure Digital)、SIM(SubscriberIdentification Module card)等,芯片卡40一侧上设有金属触片(图未示)。
请参照图5,安装芯片卡40时,将芯片卡40置于收容腔101具有入口103的一端,对芯片卡40施加外力,使芯片卡40经由入口103向印刷电路板30与拉杆201形成的容置空间内滑动,当芯片卡40一端滑至并抵顶拉杆201的抵挡部2028,此时芯片卡40完全滑入入口103内,此时弹性件202处于未压缩状态,由于拉杆201的固持部2029固持芯片卡40一端,芯片卡连接器302紧贴芯片卡40的金属触片,其可产生摩擦阻力阻止芯片卡40滑出,如此可将芯片卡40稳定地固定于印刷电路板30与拉杆201形成的容置空间内。若需取出芯片卡40,于条形缺口104处向外拉操作部2025,拉杆201的抵挡部2028将芯片卡40部分推出2入口103,而此过程中弹性件202因受挡片108的抵挡而被压缩,如图6所示。当停止推拉拉杆201时,由于弹性件202的弹力作用,拉杆201被推回入口103内,而芯片卡40因其金属触片未与芯片卡连接器302接触,故摩擦力较小,而不会随拉杆201被推回,如图7所示,如此可捏住芯片卡40部分继续外拉直至芯片卡40从入口103被完全取出。

Claims (10)

1.一种芯片卡固持结构,其与本体配合而固持芯片卡,其特征在于:该本体内设置有容置部,该芯片卡固持结构包括拉杆组件,该拉杆组件可移动地设置于该容置部内,用来将所述芯片卡固持或推出于容置部。
2.如权利要求1所述的芯片卡固持结构,其特征在于:该本体一端开设有一收容腔,该收容腔一端具有一侧壁,该侧壁上开有一入口及一条形缺口,且该条形缺口与该入口相通。
3.如权利要求2所述的芯片卡固持结构,其特征在于:该容置部与收容腔相邻,其具有一底壁,该拉杆组件包括一拉杆及一弹性件。
4.如权利要求3所述的芯片卡固持结构,其特征在于:该拉杆包括一主体,其为矩形薄板,宽度略小于条形缺口,其中央开设有二相邻第一矩形孔及第二矩形孔,第一矩形孔及第二矩形孔之间由一隔板隔开,隔板中央朝第一矩形孔垂直延伸有一固定柱,该容置部远离入口的一端于底壁上设一凸壁,该凸壁一端设置有一凸片,该凸片与第二矩形孔配合。
5.如权利要求4所述的芯片卡固持结构,其特征在于:该主体邻近第一矩形孔的一端向一侧垂直延伸有一操作部,其为长条形,宽度与主体相同,且其朝向第一矩形孔的一端开设有一凹部,该操作部与该条形缺口配合。
6.如权利要求4所述的芯片卡固持结构,其特征在于:该拉杆的底壁与入口相正对且于邻近入口两侧处各设有一凸条,其间距与入口宽度相当,该主体侧壁垂直延伸有二矩形滑板,其可于所述凸条上滑动。
7.如权利要求4所述的芯片卡固持结构,其特征在于:邻近第二矩形孔的一端向下延伸有一抵挡部,其为长条形,宽度与主体相同,用于抵挡芯片卡,该抵挡部邻近两侧位置分别朝隔板方向延伸有一固持部,其为钩状,用于固持芯片卡。
8.如权利要求4所述的芯片卡固持结构,其特征在于该容置部邻近入口的一端于底壁上设一“U”形挡片,其与底壁形成方形开口,该方形开口朝向所述凸片,该弹性件为一压缩弹簧,置于拉杆第一矩形孔内,并将一端固定于隔板的固定柱上,其另一端抵持且固连于挡片并容置于方形开口内。
9.如权利要求6所述的芯片卡固持结构,其特征在于:该芯片卡固持结构通过一印刷电路板固定于所述本体上,该印刷电路板一端设置有一芯片卡连接器,其可与芯片卡配合。
10.如权利要求9所述的芯片卡固持结构,其特征在于:该印刷电路板于芯片卡连接器两侧各设置有各一凸片,其高度大于芯片卡连接器,并与所述凸条配合将拉杆固持于本体上。
