Abstract

本发明涉及医学技术,尤其涉及一种把开口大淋巴收集器分离淋巴的装置。该装置是一个带有两个导管的“T”形弹性双壁柱体,一个导管是液压导管,一个导管是抽吸导管。柱体内壁在静脉拐角区域构成开放的无血沟的脉动。柱体的外壁转向静脉角的内皮,且设有带有用于分离淋巴的抽吸管的排出板。柱体内壁和外壁间的腔体是封闭的;其体积通过液压管调节。为了实现淋巴分离,需要在静脉角处的淋巴收集器开口设置一个闭合触点气球的排出板,通过体液穿过液压管进入其腔体而使气球的体积增加来实现。随后,抽吸导管在气球的排出板的表面制造负压——抽吸促进淋巴从淋巴收集器开口主动流出。

本发明涉及医学技术,尤其涉及一种把在左、右静脉角中操作的大淋巴收集器的开口处的淋巴分离装置。
背景技术
在脖子的主血管上左静脉角收集淋巴,已为众人周知。已知探头包含一T形外管和内管,T形外管在其T形端部带有可膨胀的柱体,内管连接至外管壁内的一孔的边缘(边界)。
现有装置的缺陷在于:第一,由于颈部底部解剖学和地形学的相互复杂联系使得介入到颈静脉和颈部切断血管很费劲,第二,在把探测器介入静脉角会由于探测器致密的弹性构造会损伤血管的内皮,造成血栓静脉炎,第三,探测器的根本缺陷是,它的构造特征不允许设置淋巴(与静脉血液分离)分离栅。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种淋巴分离装置,把在左、右静脉角(胸管、右淋巴管、锁骨下和颈静脉管)中操作的大淋巴收集器的开口处的淋巴进行分离。
本发明的目的通过使用特殊设计的装置达到,该装置由弹性材料“乳胶”制成双壁柱体T形形状,带有两个导管,一液压导管和一抽吸导管(图1)。柱体的内壁在静脉角区域形成无血液沟的脉动(图2a)。柱体外壁转向静脉角的内皮,且设有带有用于分离淋巴的抽吸导管的排出板(图2b)。柱体内壁和外壁间的腔体封闭;其体容积通过液压导管调整(图2c)。
该装置工作如下:在肩部区域,在其底部三分之一处露出臂血管,在其脉动处插入所述装置,以端部卷曲的方式。该装置在左或右静脉角的水平操作,在解剖时满足大淋巴收集器开口在静脉角区域的位置。随后通过液压导管,在其外壁与静脉角的内壁封闭接触前,增大柱体体积,体液进入柱体腔体中。柱体的脉动在静脉角区域提供无血沟。随后,通过抽吸导管在柱体的排出板的表面形成负压。排出板具有多孔结构,设置在弹性柱体的外后表面。在柱体的排出板表面人工抽吸提高淋巴从淋巴收集器开口主动外流的过程。在分离淋巴结束后,从柱体的腔体,液压导管流出体液,柱体的体积变小到原始水平。随后,由于手臂血管的脉动,以卷曲方式伸出带有弹性柱体的导管。使用所述的装置,把淋巴从插入左和右静脉角的淋巴收集器分离出来,不会损坏血管的内皮,不会侵害血液槽。

1.一种淋巴分离装置,其特征在于所述装置是弹性材料“乳胶”制成的T形双壁柱体,该柱体是容积可变的,带有两个导管,所述两个导管中一个导管是液压导管,另一个导管是抽吸导管,所述液压导管在闭合触点前用静脉拐角的脉动调节所述弹性柱体的体积,所述抽吸导管在所述弹性柱体的排出板表面制造负压,促进淋巴从大淋巴收集器的开口主动外流,柱体内壁和外壁间的腔体封闭,其体容积通过液压导管调整,柱体的内壁在静脉角区域形成无血液沟的脉动,柱体外壁转向静脉角的内皮且设有用于分离淋巴的抽吸导管的所述排出板,所述排出板具有多孔结构,设置在所述弹性柱体的外后表面。
