Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种生产扩展的金属型材的方法以及由该方法生产的型材。
背景技术
金属结构,尤其是C形型材,已知被用来支撑石膏板或是用来形成架子。
所述型材包括多个沿着其中央腹板纵向排列且可以是各种形状的孔,这些孔是通过对之前已形成了多个切口的金属板带进行横向张拉而获得的。
但是,这些已知的型材具有一些缺点,特别是:
由于孔的边缘锋利,因此使用者搬运型材时有危险;
所述锋利的边缘会损害穿过这些孔的连接缆;
在孔的端部会发生开裂,从而削弱型材且危害其强度。
发明内容
根据本发明,通过权利要求1所要求保护的一种用于生产扩展的金属型材的方法,所有这些缺点被消除了。

具体实施方式
从附图可以看出,利用本发明的方法,宽度小于所得型材展开的金属板带从卷筒上解卷,在进行可能的矫直操作之后,金属板带经过:
一对辊2,它们在相应于金属板带4要被纵切的区域中分别形成孔6和8;
一对纵切辊10,它们在板带中形成多个具有不同长度且以平行的行排列的纵向切口12、14;
一对弯曲辊16,它们在先前形成的切口12、14上形成纵向的长圆孔18、20,其中长圆孔的边缘向着金属板带内侧弯曲;
一对深冲辊22,它们的冲头被成形为适于使长圆孔的弯曲边缘弯曲,以在每个所述孔上得到一种倒圆角的立边,其自由边的切线与板带表面之间形成大于90°的角度;
一对张拉辊26,它们在金属板带上施加横向牵引力,以在孔18、20处形成开口28;
一对压辊30,它们在张拉后的中央腹板中以规则的间隔形成一系列突起或凸出,这些突起或凸出将张拉后的带的相应部分移位到与腹板自身平面略微隔开的平面中;
多个成型辊,它们将张拉后的带转变成C形型材或架子。
然后,对以这种方式得到的连续型材进行横向切割定尺。
根据想获得的最终结果,可以提供不同的方法;例如,起始的扩展金属带材可以先进行纵切阶段,同时进行张拉,之后是成型阶段;或者先进行纵切阶段,然后成型,最后张拉;或者进行单独的纵切、张拉和成型阶段。
在成型阶段结束时进行压制,尽管也可以在通过成型辊时压制或是在张拉之后但在成型之前压制。作为使用各对辊的替代,各种操作可以通过压机或压机和辊来完成。
通过以上说明,显然本发明的方法具有许多优点,尤其是:
由于形成了具有不锋利边缘的孔,消除了对于使用者的危险;
缆可以容易地穿入,因为不会受到孔边缘的摩擦;
由于预先形成了与切口对应的孔,消除了任何可能的开裂。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于生产扩展金属型材的方法,包括对宽度小于所要生产型材的展开的金属带材进行以下操作:
至少在要形成型材中央腹板的纵向带中形成纵向切口;
弯曲切口的边缘;
使所述带材成型;
对包含切口的所述带横向张拉;
对相应于所述张拉后的带的所述中央腹板的区域压制,以使这些区域移位到所述腹板的平面之外;
其特征在于,对弯曲后的边缘进行深冲以得到倒圆角的立边,该立边自由边的切线与带材表面之间形成不小于90°的角度。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,纵切阶段与弯曲阶段同时进行。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在纵切阶段之前,提供一个在相应于要形成切口的线的端部形成孔的阶段。
4.如权利要求1和3所述的方法,其特征在于,形成孔的阶段与纵切阶段同时进行。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,张拉阶段先于深冲阶段。
6.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,成型阶段先于压制阶段。
7.一种可通过如权利要求1至6中一项或多项所述方法来获得的金属型材,其特征在于,型材的至少一个中央腹板表现为被纵切、横向张拉并具有位于腹板平面之外的压制区域(32)的至少一个纵向带。
8.如权利要求7所述的金属型材,其特征在于,其具有C形横截面。
9.如权利要求7所述的金属型材,其特征在于,被纵切和张拉的带使得型材内侧上有毛刺。
