Abstract
本发明公开了呼叫失败处理的方法及系统,用于对失败的呼叫进行处理。本发明方法包括步骤:1)归属位置寄存器获取呼叫失败处理请求;2)归属位置寄存器根据预置处理规则进行呼叫失败处理。本发明还提供实现上述方法的两种系统。本发明实现方法简单,并且具有较强的通用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信领域,尤其涉及呼叫失败处理的方法及系统
背景技术
根据码分多址(CDMA:Code Division Multiple Access)规范,如果用户签约了遇忙前转业务(CFB:Call Forwarding on mobile subscriber Busy)、无应答前转业务(CFNA:Call Forwarding on No Answer)、默认前转业务CFD,当用户作位置登记、资格指示、资格请求时归属位置寄存器(HLR:Home LocationRegister)会向服务移动交换中心(MSC:Mobile Switching Centre)下发CFB、CFNA签约标志。当相应类型的呼叫失败发生时MSC根据这些标志判断是否通知HLR处理前转业务。
现有技术中的一种呼叫失败处理方法为:用户在HLR签约CFMN业务,用户位置登记时HLR将用户呼叫失败短消息通知业务CFMN签约状态发送给MSC。当呼叫失败时,由MSC向被叫用户发送呼叫失败短消息通知。
用户呼叫失败短消息通知业务:当被叫用户无法接通呼叫时,如果被叫用户签约且激活了CFMN,系统放音通知主叫用户。当被叫用户可及时,系统用短消息形式通知被叫用户曾有未接来电。
但是由于用户CFMN签约在HLR实现,呼叫失败时发送呼叫失败短消息通知由MSC完成,涉及到的网元比较多,所以实现比较复杂;另外由于MSC发送短消息,为移动终端(MS:Mobile Subscriber)服务的MSC必须支持这种业务,如果不支持则无法为MS提供这种服务,所以有局限性。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供呼叫失败处理的方法及系统,用于便捷地实现呼叫失败的处理。
本发明提供的呼叫失败处理的方法,包括步骤:
1)归属位置寄存器获取呼叫失败处理请求;
2)归属位置寄存器根据预置处理规则进行呼叫失败处理。
优选地,所述步骤1)之前进一步包括步骤:
A1)当移动终端进入服务区后,第一移动交换中心向所述移动终端的拜访位置寄存器发送登记通知消息;
A2)判断所述拜访位置寄存器中是否存在该移动终端的记录,若有,则拜访位置寄存器将存储的处理规则发送给第一移动交换中心;否则拜访位置寄存器从归属位置寄存器获取处理规则,并将获取的处理规则发送给第一移动交换中心;
A3)判断呼叫是否失败,若失败,则第一移动交换中心根据所述处理规则请求归属位置寄存器进行呼叫失败处理。
优选地,所述步骤A3)之前进一步包括步骤:
A31)第一移动交换中心接收呼叫;
A32)归属位置寄存器根据第一移动交换中心的请求反馈地址信息。
优选地,所述步骤1)之前进一步包括步骤:
B1)当移动终端进入服务区后,第一移动交换中心向所述移动终端的拜访位置寄存器发送登记通知消息;
B2)判断所述拜访位置寄存器中是否存在该移动终端的记录,若有,则拜访位置寄存器将存储的处理规则发送给第一移动交换中心;否则拜访位置寄存器从归属位置寄存器获取处理规则,并将获取的处理规则发送给第一移动交换中心;
B3)判断呼叫是否失败,若失败,则第一移动交换中心根据所述处理规则请求第二移动交换中心通知归属位置寄存器,第二移动交换中心请求归属位置寄存器进行呼叫失败处理。
优选地,所述步骤B3)之前进一步包括步骤:
B31)第二移动交换中心接收呼叫;
B32)第二移动交换中心请求获取地址信息;
B33)归属位置寄存器请求取被叫路由;
B34)归属位置寄存器取被叫路由;
B35)取被叫路由成功后,归属位置寄存器向第二移动交换中心反馈地址信息。
优选地,所述判断呼叫失败的过程包括:若等待建立时间超时,或者当呼叫开始建立后被叫用户忙,则判断呼叫失败。
优选地,所述步骤2)中处理是当被叫用户可及时向被叫用户发送呼叫失败短消息,或者是当被叫用户可及时向被叫用户播放语音通知。
优选地,所述步骤2)之后进一步包括:释放呼叫。
本发明提供的呼叫失败处理的系统,包括:第一移动交换中心,归属位置寄存器;所述第一移动交换中心当呼叫失败时请求归属位置寄存器进行呼叫失败处理;所述归属位置寄存器用于接收来自第一移动交换中心的请求,并进行呼叫失败处理。
优选地,所述系统还包括:拜访位置寄存器,用于向归属位置寄存器发送查询请求消息以及向第一移动交换中心发送处理规则;所述归属位置寄存器还用于根据所述查询请求消息向拜访位置寄存器反馈处理规则。
本发明提供的呼叫失败处理的系统,包括:第一移动交换中心,第二移动交换中心,归属位置寄存器;所述第一移动交换中心当呼叫失败时请求第二移动交换中心通知归属位置寄存器;所述第二移动交换中心请求归属位置寄存器进行呼叫失败处理;所述归属位置寄存器接收来自第二移动交换中心的请求,并进行呼叫失败处理。
优选地,所述系统还包括:拜访位置寄存器,用于向归属位置寄存器发送查询请求消息以及向第一移动交换中心发送处理规则;所述归属位置寄存器还用于根据所述查询请求消息向拜访位置寄存器反馈处理规则。
以上技术方案可以看出,本发明具有以下优点:
首先,由于当呼叫失败时HLR接收到请求进行呼叫失败处理,相对于现有技术中在HLR签约,在MSC进行呼叫失败处理而言,本发明实现简单;
其次,由于由HLR执行呼叫失败处理,不需要MSC支持这种业务,进而也就不需要考虑不同厂商的MSC之间的兼容性问题,所以提高了通用性;
进一步,本发明既可用于本局呼叫也可用于局间呼叫,所以扩大了业务的适应范围,另外本发明进行呼叫失败处理既可以采用短消息通知的方式也可以采用语音通知的方式,所以提高了处理的灵活性;
最后,由于本发明对呼叫失败的判定有多种方法,所以使呼叫失败的判断更加灵活。

本发明提供了呼叫失败处理的方法及系统,其主要思想为由HLR进行呼叫失败处理。

本发明既可用于本局呼叫的情况,也可用于局间呼叫的情况。
其中,所述本局呼叫是指主叫用户和被叫用户处于同一MSC的服务范围内,呼叫时不涉及其他MSC;所述局间呼叫是指主叫用户和被叫用户分属不同的MSC,呼叫进行时需要MSC之间进行交互。
下面对本发明呼叫失败处理方法用于本局呼叫的情况进行详细描述:
请参阅图2,本发明方法第二实施例包括:
E1)发送前转标志;
其中,本实施例中采用前转标志作为处理规则,可以理解的是,还可以采用其他类似规则,只要该规则能够达到在呼叫失败时通知HLR的目的即可。
其中,拜访位置寄存器(VLR:Visitor Location Register)向第一MSC发送前转标志。
E2)开始建立呼叫;
其中,第一MSC开始与被叫用户建立呼叫。
E3)判断呼叫是否建立成功,若成功转向步骤E4),否则转向步骤E5);
其中,若第一MSC等待建立时间超时,或者当通话开始建立后被叫用户忙,则通话建立不成功。
E4)进行正常呼叫;
E5)发送处理通知;
其中,第一MSC根据VLR发送的前转标志向HLR发送转移号码请求消息。本实施例中请求HLR进行呼叫失败处理采用的是向HLR发送转移号码请求消息来实现的,同样可以采用发送其他类似功能的消息,只要能达到触发HLR进行呼叫失败处理的目的即可。
E6)进行呼叫失败处理。
其中,HLR根据第一MSC发送的转移号码请求消息进行呼叫失败处理。
本实施例在方法第一实施例的基础上增加了VLR向第一MSC发送前转标志的过程、根据呼叫建立情况进行相应处理的过程。
在本实施例中,当用户未签约前转时,VLR仍向第一MSC发送前转标志,这样就可以使呼叫失败时第一MSC不直接拆线结束呼叫,而可采用灵活的呼叫失败处理方式。

其中,登记通知消息是指当用户进行位置登记时发送的消息,可以理解的是,当用户进行资格指示、资格请求时也会发送相对应的通知消息,发送的方式相似。
其中,第一MSC向移动终端的VLR发送登记通知消息REGNOT。
其中,所述登记通知消息REGNOT包括:ID信息ID info,资格指示码QUALCODE,系统接入类型SYSACCTYPE,终端类型TERMTYPE,短消息地址SMSADDR,接入信息ACCESSINFO,系统事务处理能力TRANSCAP。

本实施例中,HLR对呼叫失败的处理采用的是发送短消息的方式,可以理解的是,同样还可以使用当用户可及时播放语音通知用户的方式。
以上实施例均是在进行本局呼叫时对呼叫失败进行处理的,此时仅限于只有一个MSC,即主叫MSC与被叫MSC为同一MSC的情况,但在实际应用中往往会有主、被叫用户分属不同MSC服务范围的情况,此时的呼叫被称为局间呼叫,下面针对本发明呼叫失败处理方法用于局间呼叫的情况进行详细描述:

P1)发送前转标志;
其中,本实施例中采用前转标志作为处理规则,可以理解的是,还可以采用其他类似规则,只要该规则能够达到在呼叫失败时通知HLR的目的即可。
P2)开始建立呼叫;
其中,第二MSC与第一MSC开始建立呼叫。
P3)判断呼叫是否建立成功,若成功转向步骤P4),否则转向步骤P5);
其中,若第二MSC等待建立时间超时,或者当通话开始建立后被叫用户忙,则通话建立不成功。
P4)进行正常呼叫;
P5)发送重定向消息;
其中,第一MSC向第二MSC发送重定向消息REDREQ,其中包含参数REDREASON表明重定向原因。

本实施例是针对局间呼叫的失败处理方法,在本实施例中涉及到2个MSC。

其中,取被叫路由成功后,HLR向第二MSC反馈地址信息。

Q7)判断呼叫是否建立成功,若成功转向步骤Q8),否则转向步骤Q9);
Q8)进行正常呼叫;
Q9)发送重定向消息;

其中,当移动终端从一个MSC的服务覆盖范围移动到另一个MSC的服务覆盖范围时,由后者MSC为该移动终端提供服务。
S2)发送登记通知消息;
其中,登记通知消息是指当用户进行位置登记时发送的消息,可以理解的是,当用户进行资格指示、资格请求时也会发送相对应的通知消息,发送的方式相似。
S3)判断VLR中是否存在该移动终端的记录,若存在,转向步骤S6),否则转向步骤S4);
S4)发送查询请求消息;
其中,VLR向HLR发送查询请求消息,要求查询该移动终端的前转标志信息。
S5)反馈前转标志,并转向步骤S6);
其中,HLR向VLR反馈查询结果,在呼叫业务指示CFI中包含用户前转业务的签约状态;

下面对本发明呼叫失败处理的系统进行详细描述:
请参阅图11(a),本发明系统包括:第一移动交换中心200,归属位置寄存器400;所述第一移动交换中心200当呼叫失败时请求归属位置寄存器400进行呼叫失败处理;所述归属位置寄存器400接收来自第一移动交换中心200的请求,并进行呼叫失败处理。
其中,所述系统还包括:拜访位置寄存器100,用于向归属位置寄存器400发送查询请求消息以及向第一移动交换中心200发送处理规则;所述归属位置寄存器400还用于根据所述查询请求消息向拜访位置寄存器100反馈处理规则。
请参阅图11(b),本发明系统包括:第一移动交换中心200,第二移动交换中心300,归属位置寄存器400;所述第一移动交换中心200当呼叫失败时请求第二移动交换中心300通知归属位置寄存器400;所述第二移动交换中心300请求归属位置寄存器400进行呼叫失败处理;所述归属位置寄存器400接收来自第二移动交换中心300的请求,并进行呼叫失败处理。
其中,所述系统还包括:拜访位置寄存器100,用于向归属位置寄存器400发送查询请求消息以及向第一移动交换中心200发送处理规则;所述归属位置寄存器400还用于根据所述查询请求消息向拜访位置寄存器100反馈处理规则。
当进行本局呼叫的呼叫失败处理时:
当移动终端进入服务区时,第一移动交换中心200向拜访位置寄存器100发送登记通知消息,拜访位置寄存器100搜索本地数据库,若检测到该移动终端的记录,则将记录发送给第一移动交换中心200,若未检测到该移动终端的记录,则向归属位置寄存器400发送查询请求消息,归属位置寄存器400收到消息后查询数据库,将查询结果返回给拜访位置寄存器100,拜访位置寄存器100将查询结果发送给第一移动交换中心200。
当移动终端发起呼叫时,第一移动交换中心200接收该呼叫,并向归属位置寄存器400发送定位请求消息,归属位置寄存器400向第一移动交换中心200反馈定位请求响应消息,第一移动交换中心200开始建立呼叫,若呼叫建立失败,第一移动交换中心200根据用户的前转标志,向归属位置寄存器400发送转移号码请求消息,归属位置寄存器400收到消息后向被叫用户发送呼叫失败短消息或者是当用户可及时向被叫用户播放语音。
当进行局间呼叫的呼叫失败处理时:
当移动终端进入服务区时,为该服务区提供服务的第一移动交换中心200向拜访位置寄存器100发送登记通知消息,拜访位置寄存器100搜索本地数据库,若检测到该移动终端的记录,则将记录发送给第一移动交换中心200,若未检测到该移动终端的记录,则向归属位置寄存器400发送查询请求消息,归属位置寄存器400收到消息后查询数据库,将查询结果返回给拜访位置寄存器100,拜访位置寄存器100将查询结果发送给第一移动交换中心200。
当移动终端发起呼叫时,第二移动交换中心300接收该呼叫,并向归属位置寄存器400发送定位请求消息,归属位置寄存器400收到该消息后,向第一移动交换中心200取被叫路由,取被叫路由成功后,归属位置寄存器400向第二移动交换中心300反馈定位请求响应消息,第二移动交换中心300开始与第一移动交换中心200建立呼叫,若通话建立失败,第一移动交换中心200根据用户的前转标志,向第二移动交换中心300发送重定向消息,第二移动交换中心300收到该消息后,向归属位置寄存器400发送转移号码请求消息,归属位置寄存器400收到消息后向被叫用户发送呼叫失败短消息或者是当用户可及时向被叫用户播放语音。

Claims (12)
1、一种呼叫失败处理的方法,其特征在于,当用户未签约前转时,包括步骤:
1)归属位置寄存器获取呼叫失败处理请求;
2)归属位置寄存器根据预置处理规则进行呼叫失败处理。
2、根据权利要求1所述的呼叫失败处理的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)之前进一步包括步骤:
A1)当移动终端进入服务区后,第一移动交换中心向所述移动终端的拜访位置寄存器发送登记通知消息;
A2)判断所述拜访位置寄存器中是否存在该移动终端的记录,若有,则拜访位置寄存器将存储的处理规则发送给第一移动交换中心;否则拜访位置寄存器从归属位置寄存器获取处理规则,并将获取的处理规则发送给第一移动交换中心;
A3)判断呼叫是否失败,若失败,则第一移动交换中心根据所述处理规则请求归属位置寄存器进行呼叫失败处理。
3、根据权利要求2所述的呼叫失败处理的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤A3)之前进一步包括步骤:
A31)第一移动交换中心接收呼叫;
A32)归属位置寄存器根据第一移动交换中心的请求反馈地址信息。
4、根据权利要求1所述的呼叫失败处理的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)之前进一步包括步骤:
B1)当移动终端进入服务区后,第一移动交换中心向所述移动终端的拜访位置寄存器发送登记通知消息;
B2)判断所述拜访位置寄存器中是否存在该移动终端的记录,若有,则拜访位置寄存器将存储的处理规则发送给第一移动交换中心;否则拜访位置寄存器从归属位置寄存器获取处理规则,并将获取的处理规则发送给第一移动交换中心;
B3)判断呼叫是否失败,若失败,则第一移动交换中心根据所述处理规则请求第二移动交换中心通知归属位置寄存器,第二移动交换中心请求归属位置寄存器进行呼叫失败处理。
5、根据权利要求4所述的呼叫失败处理的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤B3)之前进一步包括步骤:
B31)第二移动交换中心接收呼叫;
B32)第二移动交换中心请求获取地址信息;
B33)归属位置寄存器请求取被叫路由;
B34)归属位置寄存器取被叫路由;
B35)取被叫路由成功后,归属位置寄存器向第二移动交换中心反馈地址信息。
6、根据权利要求2至5中任一项所述的呼叫失败处理的方法,其特征在于,所述判断呼叫失败的过程包括:若等待建立时间超时,或者当呼叫开始建立后被叫用户忙,则判断呼叫失败。
7、根据权利要求6所述的呼叫失败处理的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2)中处理是当被叫用户可及时向被叫用户发送呼叫失败短消息,或者是当被叫用户可及时向被叫用户播放语音通知。
8、根据权利要求7所述的呼叫失败处理的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)之后进一步包括:释放呼叫。
9、一种呼叫失败处理的系统,其特征在于,包括:第一移动交换中心,归属位置寄存器;所述第一移动交换中心当呼叫失败时请求归属位置寄存器进行呼叫失败处理;所述归属位置寄存器用于接收来自第一移动交换中心的请求,并进行呼叫失败处理。
10、根据权利要求9所述的呼叫失败处理的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:拜访位置寄存器,用于向归属位置寄存器发送查询请求消息以及向第一移动交换中心发送处理规则;所述归属位置寄存器还用于根据所述查询请求消息向拜访位置寄存器反馈处理规则。
11、一种呼叫失败处理的系统,其特征在于,包括:第一移动交换中心,第二移动交换中心,归属位置寄存器;所述第一移动交换中心当呼叫失败时请求第二移动交换中心通知归属位置寄存器;所述第二移动交换中心请求归属位置寄存器进行呼叫失败处理;所述归属位置寄存器接收来自第二移动交换中心的请求,并进行呼叫失败处理。
12、根据权利要求11所述的呼叫失败处理的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:拜访位置寄存器,用于向归属位置寄存器发送查询请求消息以及向第一移动交换中心发送处理规则;所述归属位置寄存器还用于根据所述查询请求消息向拜访位置寄存器反馈处理规则。
