As stated, because impeller units 10 is divided into each lobus sinister with shorter length wheel 101 and lobus dexter wheel 102, so it can stably work, and does not produce vibration and noise.That is, even the vibration transmission of working as motor 14 is vibrated and also can exceedingly do not amplified to impeller 101 and 102, therefore, can relatively reduce vibration and generation of noise, thereby improve the job stability of cross flow fan 7.
And because lobus sinister wheel 101 can pass through independently support construction supports with lobus dexter wheel 102, so the structural stability of cross flow fan 7 can improve.That is, when impeller units 10 is single whens wheel of coming into leaves, an end of impeller is connected to the driving shaft of motor, and the other end is supported on the additional supporting construction.In this case, the supporting construction of impeller units can not stably prevent the vibration of fan.
Yet in this embodiment, because the impeller units of this embodiment 10 is divided into the left side and right weak point impeller with equal length, a left side and right short impeller quilt be support construction supports independently, therefore can stably realize the integrated operation of cooling device.Even in this case,, do not increase cost because only use a motor.
And because motor is arranged between impeller 101 and 102, so the left side that impeller 101 and 102 can extend to bonnet 4 is with right inner.That is, when impeller units was the single impeller of end connection motor, because motor, impeller can not extend to the inner of back cover.Yet in this embodiment, because motor is arranged between impeller 101 and 102, so the left side that impeller 101 and 102 can extend to bonnet 4 is with right inner.Therefore, the element that is arranged on display unit two medial extremitys can be cooled off effectively.
In this embodiment, single volute 12 is used for lobus sinister wheel 101 and lobus dexter wheel 102, and single stabilizer 13 also is used for lobus sinister wheel 101 and lobus dexter wheel 102.Yet, the invention is not restricted to this situation.For example, the volute that separates can be respectively applied for lobus sinister wheel 101 and lobus dexter wheel 102.Equally, the stabilizer that separates also can be respectively applied for lobus sinister wheel 101 and lobus dexter wheel 102.

This embodiment can be applied to large-sized panel display apparatus.That is, when the size of panel display apparatus increased, the length of cross flow fan also increased.In this case, long cross flow fan can not be worked through single motor effectively.Therefore, cross flow fan is divided into two fans, and two fans are worked with independent motor respectively.

Figure 13 is the rearview that has the panel display apparatus of cooling device according to another embodiment of the present invention.Except the structure of cross flow fan, the panel display apparatus of the present embodiment panel display apparatus with Figure 10 and 12 basically is identical.Therefore, different portions is only described hereinafter.
With reference to Figure 13, the cross flow fan of present embodiment comprises first and second cross flow fans 81 and 82, rotates first and second motors 83 and 84 of first and second cross flow fans 81 and 82 respectively.First and second motors 83 and 84 are installed in the inner of each first and second cross flow fan 81 and 82 respectively.Like this, in cross flow fan, only impeller can be divided into two impellers, or comprises that the entire body of volute and stabilizer can be divided into two parts.
Present embodiment can be applied to large-sized panel display apparatus.That is, when the size of panel display apparatus increased, the length of cross flow fan also increased.In this case, long cross flow fan can not be worked through single motor effectively.Therefore, cross flow fan is divided into two fans, and two fans are worked with independent motor respectively.And present embodiment can be suitable for cooling off the corner portions located of panel display apparatus, and it is different from the 4th embodiment.
In the above-described embodiments, although two cross flow fans only are provided, the invention is not restricted to this.That is, the size according to display unit can provide more than three cross flow fans.
According to the present invention, because the space of blower fan need be installed, panel display apparatus can be arranged to narrower, and enough radiating effects are provided simultaneously.
And because the shape that air exit forms is similar with the cross section of panel display apparatus, structure is simplified, and pneumatic noise can minimize.
Because the internal heat air of panel display apparatus can be discharged through negative pressure and free convection that fan produces, in display unit, can realize air circulation effectively.
Through improving the airflow direction of panel display apparatus, cooling device can improve the installation degree of freedom of display unit.
Through improving the position and the structure in the hole that on bonnet, forms, cooling device of the present invention can improve the intensity of bonnet.
Through letting the inner air of panel display apparatus discharge through free convection, cooling device can minimize noise and improve radiating efficiency.
Because fan can stably be supported, the functional reliability of fan can improve, and the vibration that in the fan rotation process, produces can reduce.
Even when cooling load and very high to the rotary resistance of fan, rotatory force can corresponding its increase.Therefore, even can reach cooling effect in the corner of panel display apparatus.
When cross flow fan was divided into two fans, independent motor offered fan respectively, and the rotating speed of cross flow fan can respond the internal thermal load of panel display apparatus and control, thereby suitably cools off panel display apparatus.
Obviously, those of ordinary skill in the art can make various modification and variation to the present invention.Therefore, mean modification of the present invention and the variation that the present invention covers to be provided in the scope of accessory claim and their equivalent.

Claims (11)

1. cooling device that is used for panel display apparatus comprises:
Flat display module;
Protecgulum is used to protect the front portion of said flat display module;
Bonnet is used to protect the rear portion of said flat display module;
Air intake, said air intake is formed on the part of said bonnet, lets extraneous air be input in the said bonnet;
Air outlet slit, said air outlet slit is formed on another part of said bonnet, and extends along the longitudinal length of said flat display module;
It is inner that fan, said fan are arranged on said bonnet, and aim at said air outlet slit; This fan comprises impeller and is installed in the inner top of said panel display apparatus; With
Housing, said housing comprises:
Volute, said volute are arranged on said impeller front and spaced apart with said impeller;
With
Stabilizer, said stabilizer are arranged on said impeller back and spaced apart with said impeller, and said housing contacts with said bonnet;
Air outlet passage; Said air outlet passage is aimed at said air outlet slit; Said air outlet passage provides effective discharging area, and it forms like this, makes the said flat display module length length of being longer than said panel display apparatus other direction longitudinally.
2. cooling device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said air outlet passage has the square-section.
3. cooling device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said fan is a cross flow fan.
4. cooling device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said air outlet slit is formed at the peripheral part of said bonnet.
5. cooling device as claimed in claim 1, the air intake of wherein said bonnet are formed on the peripheral part and/or the back side of said bonnet.
6. cooling device that is used for panel display apparatus comprises:
Flat display module;
Protecgulum is used to protect the front portion of said flat display module;
Bonnet is used to protect the rear portion of said flat display module;
Air intake, said air intake is formed on the part of said bonnet, lets extraneous air be input in the said bonnet;
Air outlet slit, said air outlet slit are formed at the left side and the right side of the end face of said bonnet;
Left side sirocco fan, it is inner that said left sirocco fan is arranged on said bonnet; With
Right sirocco fan, it is inner that said right sirocco fan is arranged on said bonnet,
Wherein said cooling device also comprises air ducting, and said air ducting is arranged between said left sirocco fan and the said right sirocco fan; With
Housing, said housing comprises:
Volute, said volute are arranged on said impeller front and spaced apart with said impeller;

Stabilizer, said stabilizer are arranged on said impeller back and spaced apart with said impeller, and said housing contacts with said bonnet;
Air outlet passage; Said air outlet passage is aimed at said air outlet slit; Said air outlet passage provides effective discharging area, and it forms like this, makes the said flat display module length length of being longer than said panel display apparatus other direction longitudinally.
7. cooling device as claimed in claim 6, wherein said air ducting comprise the first air-flow targeting part to the, four air-flow targeting parts, and the said first air-flow targeting part to the, four air-flow targeting parts are respectively from the top downwarping of said housing.
8. cooling device as claimed in claim 6, wherein said left sirocco fan and said right sirocco fan comprise impeller and motor respectively, wherein said motor is arranged on the middle part of said impeller.
9. cooling device as claimed in claim 6, wherein said left sirocco fan and said right sirocco fan are driven by independent motor respectively.
10. cooling device as claimed in claim 6, wherein said left sirocco fan and said right sirocco fan extend to each side of said display module.
11. cooling device as claimed in claim 1, the element that wherein requires thermal stability is near said air intake setting.
