Abstract

一种控释肥料乳胶树脂包膜新工艺,属于控释肥料生产技术领域。它是在硫底涂层基础上,采用用乳胶树脂聚偏二氯乙烯的水乳胶悬浮液涂到以硫为底涂层的肥料颗粒表面上,通过转鼓的匀速转动,可在其表面均匀的铺开,并迅速固化,形成坚硬、光滑粘性的树脂固化包膜层。本发明改善了控释肥包膜耐磨性和硫膜耐氧化性能,加工控制操作技术简便易行,降低了生产成本,提高了对农作物的增产效果。

技术领域
本发明属于控释肥料生产技术领域。
背景技术
在复合肥料颗粒表面喷涂一层硫膜,使肥料养分及硫元素向膜外溶解扩散的速度变慢,从而达到缓和控释的目的。但硫膜在空气中容易被氧化,变脆,从复合肥颗粒表面脱落,失去包膜缓释的作用。为了克服这一缺点,人们提出在硫层外再涂一层加固剂。如在硫层外喷涂蜡一油密封剂,然后再加入粘土调节剂来防止结块或除去多余部分发粘壮态的蜡。此种方法缺乏耐磨性,不适合肥料播撒机向农田施肥。又如美国公司发明的“肥料的耐磨耗涂层”专利(CN1126465A)中,硫层外喷涂蜡及乙酸乙烯酯或丙烯酸的情况,虽然有一定的耐磨性,但加工过程必须严格控制各聚合物的量,其加工控制技术难度和生产成本相对提高。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明公开了一种以硫膜为底涂层,在硫膜外涂乳胶树脂的包膜控释肥及其制作方法。以解决此类肥料包膜耐磨性差,硫膜易氧化,加工控制技术难度大等问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是在硫底涂层基础上采用用乳胶树脂聚偏二氯乙烯的水乳胶悬浮液涂到以硫为底涂层的肥料颗粒表面上,通过转鼓的匀速转动,可在其表面均匀的铺开,并迅速固化,形成坚硬、光滑粘性的树脂固化包膜层。
采用本发明的积极效果是;改善了控释肥包膜耐磨性和硫膜耐氧化性能,加工控制操作技术简便易行,降低了生产成本,农作物增产20%以上。
具体实施方式
实例1
将95kg直径为2~4mm大颗粒复合肥,装入转鼓内,加热至80-86℃,然后将加热至熔融壮态的液体硫用压缩空气雾化,喷涂在复合肥颗粒表面上,其空气雾化喷嘴可以每分钟50~60g的进度喷涂,直接将4-6kg的液硫全部喷涂在颗粒上,所得涂硫尿素中硫占肥料的4-6%。然后将3-4kg聚偏二氯乙烯逐渐加入到转鼓中已涂硫的复合肥颗粒上,随着转鼓不断转动,均匀的涂在颗粒表面,约6分钟固化。然后冷却包装,其控释时间约60天。
实施例2
按实施例的步骤得涂硫复合肥颗粒100kg,硫占肥料的6-10%,然后将聚偏二氯乙烯8-10kg均匀地涂在复合肥颗粒上,固化后冷却、包装,其控释时间约200天。

1、一种控释肥料乳胶树脂包膜新工艺,在硫底涂层基础上,其特征是:采用用乳胶树脂聚偏二氯乙烯的水乳胶悬浮液涂到以硫为底涂层的肥料颗粒表面上,通过转鼓的匀速转动,可在其表面均匀的铺开,并迅速固化,形成坚硬、光滑粘性的树脂固化包膜层。
