技术领域
本发明涉及一种提高载玻片的粘附力及亲润性的溶液的配方。
背景技术
目前,普通的载玻片在用于组织学、免疫组织细胞化学、原位杂交、冰冻切片和组织细胞涂片处理过程中,往往发生组织细胞掉片的状况。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种能有效克服上述缺陷,提高载玻片的粘附力及亲润性的的溶液。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种提高载玻片的粘附力及亲润性的溶液,其主要包含下列组份;黄油、聚乙烯、赖氨酸的混合液15-20%;蒸馏水60-65%;净水18-23%。
由于采用上述方案,不难得出如下结论:本发明构思巧妙,利用该溶液生产出的载玻片增加了粘附力及亲润性,在用于组织学、免疫组织细胞化学、原位杂交、冰冻切片和组织细胞涂片处理过程中,不会发生组织细胞掉片的状况,极具推广价值。

具体实施方式
一种提高载玻片的粘附力及亲润性的溶液,其主要包含下列组份;黄油、聚乙烯、赖氨酸的混合液15-20%;蒸馏水60-65%;净水18-23%。其中所述黄油、聚乙烯、赖氨酸的混合液为德国SIGMA公司生产的POLY-LYSIHE溶液。组份中的净水能起到化学反应中和,以达到最佳效果。
