Abstract
渐开线直齿圆锥齿轮修形方法,属于齿轮的制造方法,克服现有技术的不足,直接通过数控机床加工出修形后的齿轮,不需要再对齿轮进行后续加工。其步骤是:采用三维造型CAD软件建立齿轮理论渐开线;确定齿向鼓形量和齿廓最大修形量;对共轭齿轮中的任意一个齿轮进行齿向修形,共轭齿轮中另一个齿轮齿向不修形;对上述共轭齿轮三维模型都进行齿廓修形;将修形三维齿轮模型转化为数控代码输入数控机床,由数控机床将毛坯直接加工。本发明可简化传统的圆锥齿轮加工成形方法,降低圆锥齿轮副啮合过程中的振动和噪声,同时减少载荷集中或者消除由于一对啮合的齿轮齿宽不等而造成的棱边效应。

The tooth direction of one gear is not modified; the three-dimensional model of the above-mentioned conjugate gear is modified; the modified three-dimensional gear model is converted into numerical control code and input into the CNC machine tool, and the blank is directly processed by the CNC machine tool. The invention can simplify the traditional bevel gear machining and forming method, reduce the vibration and noise during the meshing process of the bevel gear pair, reduce the load concentration or eliminate the edge effect caused by the unequal tooth width of a pair of meshing gears.
