Abstract

Description
发明领域
本发明涉及一种汽车车轮轮毂的轴承部件,该轴承部件包括一个外滚道,一对要安装在一中心管状轮毂上的轴向相邻的内半滚道,二组被安置在该内滚道和外滚道之间的滚动件,和这些滚动件的二个保持架。
背景技术
轴承部件的制造商和装配者面临由于在将该轴承部件最终安装到汽车车轮轮毂上以前,在操作和转移阶段过程中的撞击而要防止预先装配的轴承部件的零件的意外丢失问题。为了更好地了解这个问题可参考附图3~5中所示的已知的解决方法。
如图3所示,在一些情况下,通过在内半滚道10a和10b的圆柱形内表面上制出二条槽16来解决上述的问题。通常为弹簧钢制的开放圆环的一个暂时的保持圆环17与槽16接合。通过将该二个内半滚道在轴向方向固定在一起,该圆环17可防止每一个内半滚道偶然地滑出外滚道14,这样可防止滚动件12a、12b落下。虽然这种解决方法是有效的,但生产弹簧钢制的圆环17的成本高。另外,在半滚道10的内表面上,使该圆环17与槽16接合困难。
在另一些情况下,使用比钢便宜的塑料制的暂时的“一次性使用”的保持圆环。但为了在将轴承部件安装在轮毂上之前,从该轴承部件除去这个圆环,需要附加的操作。
在另一个已知的解决方法(图4)中,将弹簧钢制的一个开放的保持圆环17安装在半滚道10a,10b的圆柱形外表面上制出的接合槽16中。
US 6491441-B2(图5)说明一个有锥度的滚子轴承部件,它具有第一个中心台阶21a,21b的内半滚道,该台阶的直径比内半滚道10a,10b的滚道的最小直径小。滚子保持架13a,13b具有沿半径方向向内突出的附件,该附件可以搭锁在该内半滚道上制出的径向槽20a,20b中。如同许多汽车制造者要求那样,如果该内半滚道的径向厚度小,则不能使用这个解决方案,因为作为槽20a,20b可能过度削弱该半滚道。
本发明概述
考虑到上述问题,本发明的目的是要提供没有附加零件的预先装配的轴承部件,该附加零件可以在安装在轮毂上以前,有效地将预先装置的部件的各种零件保持在一起。
按照本发明,采用这样一种汽车车轮轮毂轴承部件,可以达到下面更充分说明的这个和其他目的和优点,其包括:一种汽车车轮轮毂的轴承部件,包括:一个径向外滚道;一对在轴向相邻的径向内半滚道;二组被径向安装在该外滚道和该内半滚道之间的滚动件;和一对用于该组滚动件的保持架;其中,至少一个保持架具有多个径向向外突出与在该外滚道上制出的至少一条相应的径向槽接合的部分,从而该保持架在轴向相对于该外滚道保持该相应的半滚道。
本发明的优选实施例包括:该突出部分在圆周方向、围绕该轴承部件的回转轴线相等地隔开;该突出部分包括能搭锁在槽中的挠性翅片;该径向槽是靠近该外滚道的座圈制出的;该槽是在该外滚道的圆柱形内表面上制出的;该槽是在靠近该轴承的轴向末端的该外道的圆柱形表面上制出的;每一个保持架具有相应的多个径向向外突出的部分,与在该外滚道中制出的一些相应径向槽接合,使得该保持架相对于该外滚道,沿轴向保持这些相应的半滚道;该轴承部件为角度接触滚珠轴承部件;至少一个保持架具有沿径向向内突出的多个第二部分,与至少一个相应的内半滚道上制出的至少一个相应的径向槽接合,以限制在这个半滚道和所述保持架之间的相对轴向运动。

优选实施例说明
参见图1可看出,轴承部件包括一个外滚道14;一对轴向相邻的径向的内滚道(或半滚道)10a和10b;分别安置在该外滚道14和内滚道10a,10b之间,在这个例子中为滚珠的二组滚动件12a,12b;和分别为该滚珠组12a和12b的一对保持架13a和13b。该外滚道14具有外座圈14a,14b,而该内半滚道10a,10b具有相应的内座圈101a,101b。
这里所用的术语“轴向内”和“轴向外”是针对将该部件安装在汽车上的条件说明的。同样,术语“径向内”和“径向外”是针对轴承的回转轴线X说明的。
在预先装配后,通过将该内半滚道10a,10b装在中心管状轮毂15上,安装该轴承部件。
根据本发明,至少一个保持架(在图1的例子中为保持架13a)具有一组挠性翅片13c。该翅片以相等的间隔,围绕着圆周隔开,并且在径向向外突出,并可搭锁在靠近一个外座圈14a,14b的外滚道14的径向内表面上制出的相应的至少一个径向槽141中。因此,所述保持架13a将带有滚珠12a的半滚道10a在轴向方向固定在该外滚道14上,并防止该半滚道10a偶然地滑出该外滚道14,这样,防止滚珠12a落出和丢失。
装配根据本发明的轴承部件的方法的主要步骤的顺序如下。首先,将滚珠12a,12b插入相应的保持架13a,13b中。然后,将带有保持架的滚珠安装在相应的内半滚道10a,10b上。该外滚道14排列在垂直方向上,其“内侧”侧(或在图1中的右手侧上为轴向的内侧)向上。带有滚珠12b和保持架13b的半滚道10b从上面装入该外滚道14中。在这个垂直位置上,该半滚道10b的重量落在该外滚道14的座圈14b上。带有滚珠12a和保持架13a的半滚道从下面装入该外滚道14中。该翅片13c则紧压在该槽141中。保持架13a将滚珠12a保持在该外滚道14中的规定位置上,同时由于座圈101a的形状,该半滚道10a保持与滚珠12a接合。座圈101a的靠近轴承中心的末端102a的直径比所述座圈的最小直径d大。在用这种方法预先装配后,可将该轴承部件转移和安装在该管状轮毂15上。该轴承部件通过轮毂的末端边缘151的冷变形或其他已知的固定方法,最后固定在轮毂15上。
如在所示例子中一样,如果该内半滚道的径向厚度允许,还可以在一个或二个内半滚道10a、10b上制出径向槽103a,103b,和使用从保持架13a,13a沿径向向内突出的第二组翅片131a,131b,通过搭锁在相应的内槽103a,103b中进行接合。
如将要说明的那样,不需要如在引言中所述那样。附加另外的临时的保持圆环,可将根据本发明的轴承部件的零件保持在正确位置。该槽141作在厚度相当大的零件上(外滚道14),因此,不会削弱轴承的结构。
起保持架接合座作用的槽141可以同样作在滚道14的圆柱形内表面142上(如图1所示),或者,如图2的例子中示意性地所示,作在朝向轴承的一个轴向末端的圆柱形表面143上。在这种情况下,突出的翅片13从将滚珠沿着圆周隔开的横壁13d伸出。
应当理解,本发明不是仅限于所述的实施例。这些实施例只是该轴承部件的实施例的例子。本发明的零件的结构形式和配置,以及结构细节及其工作可以改变。例如,翅片13的分布数目可以与附图中所示不同。最后,虽然本发明具体地用在如图1和2所示的角度接触滚珠轴承部件中。但同样可以用在具有不同形式的滚动件(例如有锥度的滚子)或混合式的,带有滚子和滚珠组合的轴承等中。
Claims (9)
1.一种汽车车轮轮毂的轴承部件,包括:
一个径向外滚道(24);
一对在轴向相邻的径向内半滚道(10a,10b);
二组被径向安装在该外滚道(14)和该内半滚道(10a,10b)之间的滚动件(12a,12b);和
一对用于该组滚动件(12a,12b)的保持架(13a,13b);
其特征为,至少一个保持架(13a)具有多个径向向外突出与在该外滚道(14)上制出的至少一条相应的径向槽(141)接合的部分(13c),从而该保持架(13a)在轴向相对于该外滚道(14)保持该相应的半滚道(10a)。
2.如权利要求1所述的轴承部件,其特征为,该突出部分(13c)在圆周方向、围绕该轴承部件的回转轴线(X)相等地隔开。
3.如权利要求1所述的轴承部件,其特征为,该突出部分(13c)包括能搭锁在槽(141)中的挠性翅片。
4.如权利要求1所述的轴承部件,其特征为,该径向槽(141)是靠近该外滚道(14)的座圈(14a,14b)制出的。
5.如权利要求4所述的轴承部件,其特征为,该槽(141)是在该外滚道(14)的圆柱形内表面(142)上制出的。
6.如权利要求4所述的轴承部件,其特征为,该槽(141)是在靠近该轴承的轴向末端的该外道(14)的圆柱形表面(143)上制出的。
7.如权利要求1所述的轴承部件,其特征为,每一个保持架(13a,13b)具有相应的多个径向向外突出的部分(13c),与在该外滚道(14)中制出的一些相应径向槽(141)接合,使得该保持架(13a,13b)相对于该外滚道(14),沿轴向保持这些相应的半滚道(10a,10b)。
8.如权利要求1所述的轴承部件,其特征为,该轴承部件为角度接触滚珠轴承部件。
9.如权利要求1所述的轴承部件,其特征为,至少一个保持架(13a,13b)具有沿径向向内突出的多个第二部分(131a,131b),与在至少一个相应的内半滚道(10a,10b)上制出的至少一个相应的径向槽(103a,103b)接合,以限制在这个半滚道和所述保持架之间的相对轴向运动。
