本发明涉及容器,尤其涉及用于存储和运输颗粒状产品的容器。这种产品包括例如塑料小球、谷物、糖以及肥皂粉。
背景技术
颗粒状产品通常会由于重力的作用而流向位于容器底部的开口,从而从存储和运输容器中排出。
采用公路车辆来运输颗粒状产品大约已有30年了。在大多数情况下,通常为圆筒形的容器构成公路车辆的一部分。大约在5年前引入了与车辆分离的容器。通常仍为圆筒形的容器安装在ISO框架中,并且整个组件由车辆来携带。
这种公知容器的底部可以成形为便于排出颗粒状产品的形状。但是,这样做的缺陷在于,具有相对复杂形状的容器制造昂贵,并且由于通常对容器内部施加气压以帮助产品的排出,因此这种形状复杂的容器将逐渐经受疲劳。
发明内容
根据本发明,提供了一种用于运输或存储散装颗粒状产品的容器,所述容器一般为圆筒形,所述容器内具有基本为锥形的出料斗(exithopper),所述容器进一步设有用于将所述颗粒状产品从所述出料斗输送到所述容器外部的装置。
所述输送装置优选为管道形式,其从所述锥体的顶点附近向上延伸到位于所述容器底部上方的容器出口。由于颗粒状产品可在锥体的顶点上方馈送,并且通过加高至所述容器的底部上方的出口排出容器,因此在容器下方无需空间来容纳管道系统。因此,所述容器本身可以占据全部可获得的空间。整个空间中相对较多的部分可以用于容纳颗粒状产品。
与包含相对较复杂形状的容器的公知系统相比,根据本发明的容器的简单的圆筒形状意味着相对较低成本的系统。此外,这种简单形状的容器不存在由于在容器内重复使用气压而造成的疲劳。
根据本发明的容器可以直接安装在诸如公路罐车和铁路罐车等车辆上,并且可以放置在例如ISO框架中。在后一种情况下,在运输过程中在车辆上装载或卸载包含容器的整个框架。
所述容器的内部优选设有多个锥形的出料斗,所述锥形的出料斗被设置成以肩并肩的关系沿着所述容器的长度延伸。在典型的情况下,可在所述容器内设置三个所述出料斗。
所述出料斗优选彼此互连,并且优选连接到所述容器的内壁,以便在所述料斗的上部开口端和所述容器的壁之间提供连续的连接。因此,由所述料斗的内表面和位于所述料斗上方的容器壁的内表面,在所述容器内限定出用于容纳颗粒状产品的空间。
优选地,所述料斗构成易于放置并安装在所述容器内,并且易于从所述容器中去除的组件。因此,如果原始的组件需要更换,那么可以采用另一个组件来替换该组件。此外,当需要不同的圆锥角时,例如处理不同的产品时,可以采用新的组件来替换所述原始的组件。由于提供了本身并不保留压力的内在锥形结构,因而便于实现这种替换。
另一方面,本发明提供了内部锥形组件,其包括至少一个锥形出料斗,所述出料斗位于一般为圆筒形的存储或运输容器内。
所述锥形组件可以由任何适当的材料制成,例如软刚和不锈钢。所述锥形组件被形成为可提供无接点的连续接纳面。所述锥形组件不但易于制造而且可以用于存储和运输食品和药品,因为它本质上是一种可保持良好卫生状况的装置。例如,颗粒状产品的平缓移动可使得内表面磨光,并且可以保持装置的卫生状况。
本发明的容器除了可用于运输和输送颗粒状产品之外,还可以返程过程中用于运输流体或半流体产品。不管所述锥形组件是否被去除,可以安装可拆卸的尾管或球囊以用于这种返程情况。因此,所述容器可用于运输和输送各种产品,作为示例,可以包括葡萄酒浓缩液和番茄酱。

具体实施方式
现在将参照附图,仅通过示例的方式来描述本发明。
参照附图,容器1安装在ISO框架3内,并且为具有圆形或半球形端部5和7的圆筒形。容器1能够经受住相当大的内部压力,并且设有上部入口9,通过上部入口9可以将散装的颗粒状材料装入容器中。
在容器1内安装有锥形组件11,其包括三个连接在一起的锥形出料斗13、15和17。出料斗13、15和17中的每一个都具有平的闭合顶点19,如图2中所详细示出的,闭合顶点19拴接到容器1的底部。
出料斗13、15和17的上边缘被成形为可沿着并抵靠容器1的内表面贴合地安装。在两个出料斗连接在一起的地方,所述上边缘被适当地成形。可以将所述组件想象成由三个交迭的出料斗构成,所述交迭的出料斗最初具有圆形的横截面,但是去除了其上部相邻的部分,从而使其能够如图1那样连接在一起。
通过将锥形组件11安装在容器1内,从而限定出由容器1的内壁和锥形组件11的内表面所限制的内部空间,散装的颗粒状材料可经由入口9而装入锥形组件11中。
圆锥形出料斗13、15和17中的每一个都设有出口管21,出口管21从出料斗内的位置延伸到位于出料斗的外表面之外的容器1的壁。在出料斗管21内,恰好终止于料斗的顶点19之上,管21具有向外张开的端部23,由图2可清楚地看到。管21从张开的端部23向上延伸,首先朝料斗的壁弯曲,然后贴近所述壁延伸,并且朝向壁稍微倾斜,直到到达非常接近料斗上边缘的位置。在该位置,管21再次弯曲,以便继续延伸穿过料斗的壁,沿着更加短而直的部分,终止于容器的壁上的位置25。可以在经由管21排出容器的内容物之前,在位置25连接管连接器,将在下面对此作进一步的描述。
过滤装置27同样位于容器1内。装置27包括过滤元件29,过滤元件29由容器的顶部支撑并且与管31流动连接,管31从元件29延伸到容器1的半球形端壁5。在容器1的排出期间,可以与管31进行管连接,以便能够将空气抽入容器中并由过滤元件29进行过滤。
特别参照附图的图4,其中示出了与散装颗粒状材料从容器1中排出有关的管道系统。该管道系统与内部管21相连,散装的颗粒状材料将流过内部管21。每个管21都与相应长度的管33相连,管33由容器1延伸到达公共水平排出管35。每个管33都安装有手动启动的蝶形阀37。
图4中所示出的另外的管道系统用于将加压的空气输送到容器1和排出管35。来自于泵或鼓风机(未示出)的压缩空气被送入管39,进而进入位于出料斗13、15和17上方和下方的容器1。由于容器1内存在压力,因此料斗上方和下方是平衡的,因而除了颗粒状材料的重量之外,没有负载施加在料斗上。与所施加的气体压力负载相比,颗粒状材料的重量是较小的。
所述压力还经由管41而进入排出管35的端部,以帮助沿着管35输送散装材料并使其离开容器而到达其目的地。空气管43从空气管39延伸到排出管35,以便在必要时帮助馈送散装材料。空气管45从管39延伸到容器,经由管47进入容器以到达料斗下方,并通过管49延伸到容器上部和内部过滤器29。该管45安装有压力释放阀51,压力计53以及真空释放阀55。此外,该管还安装有气动倾卸管(air dump line)57,空气倾卸管57包括过滤器和消音器。
最后,参照图5,其中示出了用于排出散装材料的、锥形组件11和管道系统的向下的透视图。可以看出,锥形组件是包含三个连在一起的料斗的单一结构,并且其具有被设计为适于安装在容器1中的上边缘。

Claims (17)

1.一种用于运输或存储散装颗粒状产品的容器,所述容器(1)为圆筒形,其内设置有基本为锥形的出料斗(13,15,17),所述容器进一步设有装置(21),以将所述颗粒状产品从所述出料斗输送到所述容器外部,其中,另外的管道系统用于将加压空气供应至所述容器中所述出料斗的上方和下方,从而使得所述容器内的压力平衡。
2.如权利要求1所述的容器,其中所述将所述颗粒状产品从所述出料斗输送到所述容器外部的装置为管道形式,其从所述出料斗的顶点附近向上延伸到位于所述容器底部上方的容器出口(25)。
3.如权利要求1所述的容器,其中所述容器的内部设有多个锥形的出料斗(13,15,17),所述锥形的出料斗被设置成以肩并肩的关系沿着所述容器的长度延伸。
4.如权利要求2所述的容器,其中所述容器的内部设有多个锥形的出料斗(13,15,17),所述锥形的出料斗被设置成以肩并肩的关系沿着所述容器的长度延伸。
5.如权利要求3所述的容器,其中在所述容器内设置有三个所述出料斗。
6.如权利要求4所述的容器,其中在所述容器内设置有三个所述出料斗。
7.如权利要求3所述的容器,其中所述出料斗彼此互连,并且连接到所述容器的内壁,以便在所述出料斗的上部开口端和所述容器的壁之间提供连续的连接。
8.如权利要求4所述的容器,其中所述出料斗彼此互连,并且连接到所述容器的内壁,以便在所述出料斗的上部开口端和所述容器的壁之间提供连续的连接。
9.如权利要求5所述的容器,其中所述出料斗彼此互连,并且连接到所述容器的内壁,以便在所述出料斗的上部开口端和所述容器的壁之间提供连续的连接。
10.如权利要求6所述的容器,其中所述出料斗彼此互连,并且连接到所述容器的内壁,以便在所述出料斗的上部开口端和所述容器的壁之间提供连续的连接。

12.如权利要求11所述的容器,其中所述组件由软钢或不锈钢制成。
