Abstract

本发明所述实现对POS系统进行税控数据监控的方法,是在现有网络中增加有连接POS机和打印机的机顶盒、以及通过税控服务器截取终端打印过程中形成的商品交易数据,从中提取交易明细信息以生成防伪税控码和税控数据的方法。POS机和打印机的并口之间直接连接一单独的机顶盒装置,所述的机顶盒通过网线与新增的税控服务器相连。系统启动时,POS机顶盒获取网络控制权,判断是否允许POS机工作,如果允许,则将控制权转给POS机。否则,停止切断POS机的网络,停止接收POS机的打印指令。利用税控服务器对各个机顶盒进行控制,机顶盒的注册、报税、更新监控数据等操作都需要跟税控服务器进行通信。税控服务器通过网络同税控后台进行数据交换。

Description

实现对POS系统进行税控数据监控的方法
技术领域
本发明是一种网络监控方法,具体的是针对现有POS机(POS机,即商用收款机)联网系统通过增加税控机顶盒和服务器实现对税控数据的监控。
背景技术
目前在大、中型商业场所,应用有多种类型的POS机,即商用收款机。按照现行国家有关标准,为加强税收管理力度,税控机具中的税控存储器、发票存储器和税控IC卡中的数据能够确保准确和妥善保存。
如后附图7所示的现有POS机联网系统,业务服务器和财务服务器通过网线连接并监控多个POS机终端。每一POS机生成的商品交易发票明细和日交易数据等信息,通过网线上传至服务器存储,同时通过打印机输出。如上内容的现有POS机联网系统,对于每一POS机终端形成的商品交易数据并不能随机产生税控数据和加载防伪税控码。如定期核算税收款额,通常需要财务单独计算,其工作量相当巨大,且不易控制税控发票的即时检验。
如按现有POS机联网系统和税控方法,通常是在POS机中加入一个软件模块,通过截取并监控每一POS机实时数据来生成税控数据;但此类方法对于POS机的软、硬件改造较大,设计成本高。或者是在POS机内插入PCI卡,但此类方法在终端依赖于网络使用环境,存在安全漏洞而易造成税控数据的流失,且需要配置相应的PCI卡读卡装置、设备投入较大。
发明内容
本发明所述实现对POS系统进行税控数据监控的方法,其目的在于解决上述问题和不足而在现有网络中增加有连接POS机和打印机的机顶盒、以及通过税控服务器截取终端打印过程中形成的商品交易数据,从中提取交易明细信息以生成防伪税控码和税控数据的方法。
本发明所述实现对POS系统进行税控数据监控的方法,在现有POS机和打印机的并口之间直接连接一单独的机顶盒装置,所述的机顶盒通过网线与新增的税控服务器相连。
所述的机顶盒,其数据接口模块符合IEEE1284标准,以实现POS机和打印机并口之间的直接数据传输。由所述装置的输入接口从POS机并口输入打印指令和数据后,经所述装置的处理后发送至打印机中执行打印指令和输出数据。
如上述对现有POS机联网系统的改进,是通过连接POS机和打印机的机顶盒从POS机并口向打印机发送的打印指令和数据截取,通过在机顶盒预设的规则解析数据以随机生成每一笔商品交易的防伪税控码。而且在机顶盒执行向打印机发送打印指令的基础上,能够同时存储相关的发票明细和日交易数据,在税控服务器的监控状态下实现数据上传汇总。
所增加的税控服务器用以建立POS机网络系统的认证体制,即税控服务器认证本网络中每一POS机终端所连接的机顶盒,在认证过程中启动终端机顶盒对于商品交易数据的接收和处理,并且能够接收、存储机顶盒生成的发票明细和税控数据。
税控服务器通过给各个机顶盒发送监控数据控制机顶盒的工作,接收通过认证的机顶盒的申报数据和生成总的申报数据。
所述实现对POS系统进行税控数据监控的方法,通过在POS机和打印机之间加入POS机顶盒以截取打印数据,并从中提取交易明细和生成税控数据。
其操作流程是:
系统启动时,POS机顶盒获取网络控制权,判断是否允许POS机工作,如果允许,则将控制权转给POS机。否则,停止切断POS机的网络,停止接收POS机的打印指令。
利用税控服务器对各个机顶盒进行控制,机顶盒的注册、报税、更新监控数据等操作都需要跟税控服务器进行通信。
税控服务器通过TID卡、优盘或者网络同税控后台进行数据交换。
如上所述,实现对POS系统进行税控数据监控的方法的优点是:可充分利用现有的POS机网络的软、硬件资源,对设备和网络连线不进行改动,整体改造成本低、周期短;另外,通过连接POS机和打印机的机顶盒可以随机生成每一笔商品交易的税控数据,不易存在安全漏洞;通过税控服务器建立的认证机制可有效监控每一POS机终端的工作状态,税控数据可以直接建立与后台报税系统的连接,工作效率较高。

具体实施方式
实施例1,如图8所示,本发明所述实现对POS系统进行税控数据监控的方法,在现有POS机和打印机的并口之间直接连接一单独的机顶盒装置,所述的机顶盒通过网线与新增的税控服务器相连。
所增加的税控服务器用以建立POS机网络系统的认证体制,即税控服务器认证本网络中每一POS机终端所连接的机顶盒,在认证过程中启动终端机顶盒对于商品交易数据的接收和处理,并且能够接收、存储机顶盒生成的发票明细和税控数据。
所述税控服务器监控每一笔商品交易的税控数据生成过程,接收通过认证的机顶盒的申报数据和生成总的申报数据。
如图9所示,实现与POS机并口数据接收并输出打印的机顶盒,其数据接口模块符合IEEE1284标准,以实现POS机和打印机并口之间的直接数据传输。其主要结构包括:
硬件层,硬件层中的并口输入电路模块、并口输出电路模块,分别建立与POS机和打印机并口的物理连接,以建立打印指令和数据的并口输入接口、并口输出接口。
操作系统层,操作系统层中的输入/出驱动程序模块,实现硬件层与应用层间的数据调用和传输。
应用层,应用层中的打印指令和数据输入处理模块,通过操作系统层将数据从并口输入接口调入至处理模块中完成相应操作,然后经打印指令和数据输出处理模块经并口输出接口输出至打印机执行打印指令。
如图1至图6所示,所述实现对POS系统进行税控数据监控的方法,
在系统启动时,POS机顶盒获取网络控制权,判断是否允许POS机工作,如果允许,则将控制权转给POS机。否则,停止切断POS机的网络,停止接收POS机的打印指令。
利用税控服务器对各个机顶盒进行控制,机顶盒的注册、报税、更新监控数据等操作都需要跟税控服务器进行通信。
税控服务器与后台服务器进行报税数据交换。
如图1和图2所示,所述机顶盒的初始化认证流程是:
机顶盒启动后自动接管网络控制权,并读取本地税控卡的注册标识;
如已注册认证,则进入与POS机连接工作模式;否则,向税控卡发送认证指令,由税控卡返回的数据向税控服务器发送请求认证的指令。
由税控服务器反馈的监控数据保存于本地税控卡中。
机顶盒经过加密后获得的标识符和税控数据密文向本机税控卡发送并更新其中的监控停息。
机顶盒从本地税控卡中读出税控卡编号后,向税控服务器发送注册确认信息。
如图3和图4所示,所述机顶盒连接POS机正常使用的流程是:
机顶盒启动接管网络控制权后,首先读取本地税控卡并进行认证注册。
在获得税控服务器的认证后,进行日交易数据的保存,如有新的打印数据生成则上传至税控服务器保存。
并且,随机判断是否超过报税的截止日期;若到达日期条件,则生成申报数据并上传到税控服务器;若并未到达日期条件,则税控服务器返回机顶盒的监控数据,并重新已保存在机顶盒中的数据信息。
在达到开具发票的条件时,机顶盒将网络控制权交给POS机,并将连接POS机和打印机的并口模式设置为POS机CMOS中设置的传输模式。
如图5所示,所述税控服务器的报税流程是:
税控服务器启动后,根据用户设置的日期条件将各机顶盒申报的数据记录累计、保存。
税控服务器以上步生成的数据文件向用户卡发送总申报记录,并由用户卡保存记录。
税控后台读取用户卡中每个机顶盒的报税记录,对数据进行检查。
税控后台回传每个机顶盒监控管理数据到用户卡。
税控服务器读取用户卡监控管理数据,向本机税控卡发送更新指令,更新服务器的监控数据。
税控服务器读取用户卡中每个机顶盒中的监控管理数据,存入本地数据库中以用于更新各个机顶盒的数据。
如图6所示,所述实现对POS系统进行税控数据监控的方法流程是:
机顶盒截取POS机发送出的打印数据,从中筛选出每一笔交易的明细,并且将交易明细存入文件中保存。
机顶盒检测到本机需要报税,则开始统计本时段内的数据。机顶盒向税控卡所生成的申报数据,并上传申报数据至税控服务器数据库。
在税控服务器数据库中,根据商品名称对应出税种、税目,同时分税目累计报税金额。
将分类金额等税控数据向税控服务器上的税控卡发送生成申报数据,并将申报数据存入用户卡中。
用户卡数据存储区中的所有数据均可通过报税后台系统申报。
在上述图1至图6所示的税控数据生成和申报过程中,在数据流跨设备传输过程中都加入了checksum运算和Des加密运算,以有效保证税控数据的安全性。

Claims (5)

1、一种实现对POS系统进行税控数据监控的方法,其特征在于:在现有POS机和打印机的并口之间直接连接一单独的机顶盒装置,所述的机顶盒通过网线与新增的税控服务器相连;
所述的税控服务器,用以建立POS机网络系统的认证体制,即税控服务器认证本网络中每一POS机终端所连接的机顶盒,在认证过程中启动终端机顶盒对于商品交易数据的接收和处理,并且能够接收、存储机顶盒生成的发票明细和税控数据;
税控服务器通过给各个机顶盒发送监控数据控制机顶盒的工作,接收通过认证的机顶盒的申报数据和生成总的申报数据。
2、根据权利要求1所述的实现对POS系统进行税控数据监控的方法,其特征在于:所述的POS机网络系统启动时,POS机顶盒获取网络控制权,判断是否允许POS机工作,如果允许,则将控制权转给POS机;否则,停止切断POS机的网络,停止接收POS机的打印指令;
利用税控服务器对各个机顶盒进行控制,机顶盒的注册、报税、更新监控数据等操作都需要跟税控服务器进行通信。
税控服务器通过TID卡、优盘或者网络同税控后台进行数据交换。
