本发明涉及一种用于燃油的添加剂,是具有助燃、节油、净化功效的燃油添加剂,其特征在于它包含有以下成份:壬基酚、脂肪酰胺、碱土金属磺酸盐、增燃剂、蜂蜡、稳定剂。其重量百分比如下:壬基酚4-16;脂肪酰胺2-14;碱土金属磺酸盐1-10;蜂蜡10-90;稳定剂1-10;增燃剂1-30。其稳定剂包含OP、TWEEN、SPAN之中的一种或几种的组合成分;脂肪酰胺包含丁二酰亚胺、多烯基酰胺之中的一种或几种的组合成分;增燃剂包含环烷酸盐、五羰基铁之中的一种或几种的组合成分。

Description

燃油添加剂
当前,我国在运输车辆船舶的数量非常庞大,大多都是使用柴油、汽油等燃油为动力的机械,如汽车、轮船、拖拉机等。然而,世界上的原油供不应求,使国际的油价一路攀升到了历史的最高点。我国的运输车辆车况普遍不好,油耗大,尾气严重超标,不仅运输成本高,而且对大气的污染非常严重,如何提高燃油的燃烧效率,节省燃油,降低尾气的排放量。
本发明的目的是提供一种可节省燃油,增强燃油的抗爆性,改善燃油的性能,降低尾气中的有害物质含量的多功能燃油添加剂,并具有显著的助燃、节油、保持油路杨通、燃烧充分、减少尾气污染物的功效。
本发明的优点是破坏燃油分子的活性分子链,从而碳链充分于氧分子接触,使燃烧完全,
本发明包含以下成份:。按重量百分比它们各占如下比例:
壬基酚                      4-16
脂肪酰胺                    2-14
碱土金属磺酸盐              1-10
蜂蜡                        10-90
稳定剂                      1-10
增燃剂                      1-30
本发明中,稳定剂包含OP、TWEEN、SPAN之中的一种或几种的组合成分;脂肪酰胺包含丁二酰亚胺、多烯基酰胺之中的一种或几种的组合成分;增燃剂包含环烷酸盐、五羰基铁之中的一种或几种的组合成分。
实施例一:本实施例的添加剂由以下成分含量组成(按重量):壬基酚6千克、丁二酰亚胺4千克、高碱度石油磺酸钙9千克、环烷酸铁和五羰基铁15千克、SPAN-80 1千克、蜂蜡75千克。将上述组分放入反应釜内,边搅拌边加热、当物料全部溶解后停止加热,再搅拌1小时,冷却后包装即成。
应用本发明的燃油添加剂后。其助燃、节油、净化效果明显,发动机最大功率和最大扭矩都有增加。
实例:
按50升加6克添加剂的比例将本添加剂加入到汽油中后,在福特3.0L商务车的节油率在13%以上;
按20升加3克添加剂的比例将本添加剂加入到柴油中后,在柴油车的节油率在15%以上;
按1∶4000(重量比)的比例在台架上测试,节油率1.5%以上,达到交通部“厅体法字[2005]74号”推优的标准;
本发明的添加剂节油效果十分明显尤其是在油路和汽化器工作时就能不间断地对其自动进行清洗净化,解决了只有停止运行才能清洗净化的问题。减少了发动机的维护时间,并且润滑油路,对金属表面还有防腐蚀的作用和减少机械磨损的作用,是具有助燃、节油、净化功效的燃油添加剂。

1.本发明涉及一种用于燃油的添加剂,是具有助燃、节油、净化功效的燃油添加剂,其特征在于它包含有以下成份:壬基酚、脂肪酰胺、碱土金属磺酸盐、增燃剂、蜂蜡、稳定剂。其重量百分比如下:
壬基酚                        4-16
脂肪酰胺                      2-14
碱土金属磺酸盐                1-10
蜂蜡                          10-90
稳定剂                        1-10
增燃剂                        1-30。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有助燃、节油、净化功效的燃油添加剂,其特征还在于稳定剂包含OP、TWEEN、SPAN之中的一种或几种的组合成分。
3.根据权利要求1、2所述的具有助燃、节油、净化功效的燃油添加剂,其特征还在于脂肪酰胺包含丁二酰亚胺、多烯基酰胺之中的一种或几种的组合成分。
4.根据权利要求1、2、3所述的具有助燃、节油、净化功效的燃油添加剂,其特征还在于增燃剂包含环烷酸盐、五羰基铁之中的一种或几种的组合成分。
