Abstract

本发明涉及一种桔小实蝇引诱剂,其特征在于其组成按质量份数计,由甲基丁香酚5000~50份和丁酸乙酯1份组成。本发明的引诱剂稳定性好,作用时间持久,并且具有高生物活性,优选组分的桔小实蝇引诱剂对桔小实蝇成虫的捕虫数可达单独成分的甲基丁香酚的捕虫数的4倍,因此能有效地诱捕桔小实蝇,具有良好应用前景。

一种桔小实蝇引诱剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种昆虫引诱剂,具体来说是涉及一种桔小实蝇引诱剂。
背景技术
桔小实蝇(Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel)是一种杂食性的昆虫,其成虫产卵于果皮内,幼虫在果肉内蛀食,常造成水果腐烂或未熟先黄而脱落,严重影响水果的产量和质量,有的甚至完全失去了食用价值。其为害果实种类有柑桔类、杧果、番石榴、枇杷、桃、梨、柿子、辣椒、茄子、西红柿等250余种水果和蔬菜,几乎所有的鲜果都能危害,被称之为水果的“头号杀手”。
甲基丁香酚(Methyl Eugenol)即1,2-二甲氧基-4-烯丙基苯,虽然不能诱集雌性桔小实蝇,但是具有强劲的灭雄效果,因此是目前桔小实蝇防治措施中使用最广泛的引诱剂,目前还没有更好的桔小实蝇引诱剂可以完全取代它。
提高甲基丁香酚的引诱效果成为研究的目标,中国专利ZL200410051506.1在甲基丁香酚中加入乙酸乙酯,最优配方的引诱效果达到甲基丁香酚的1.4倍。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于开发出一种稳定并具有高活性、高持效性的桔小实蝇引诱剂。
我们通过在甲基丁香酚中加入丁酸乙酯,得到的引诱剂稳定并具有高活性、高持效性,最优配方的引诱效果达到甲基丁香酚的4倍,从而实现了本发明的目的。
本发明的一种桔小实蝇引诱剂,其特征在于其组成按质量份数计,由甲基丁香酚5000~50份和丁酸乙酯1份组成。
上述组成优选甲基丁香酚199份和丁酸乙酯1份。
本发明的桔小实蝇引诱剂的制备方法是将甲基丁香酚和丁酸乙酯通过常规的方法混合得到。
本发明的引诱剂稳定性好,作用时间持久,并且具有高生物活性,优选组分的桔小实蝇引诱剂对桔小实蝇成虫的捕虫数可达单独成分的甲基丁香酚的捕虫数的4倍。
具体实施方式
以下的实施例是对本发明的说明,不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1:
称取甲基丁香酚99.9g(999份),置于500mL烧杯中,加入丁酸乙酯0.1g(1份),搅拌充分后,得到桔小实蝇引诱剂,捕虫效果是甲基丁香酚的2.9倍。
实施例2:
称取甲基丁香酚99.5g(199份)置于500mL烧杯中,加入丁酸乙酯0.5g(1份),搅拌充分后,得到桔小实蝇引诱剂.捕虫效果是甲基丁香酚的4倍。
实施例3:
称取甲基丁香酚99g(99份)置于500mL烧杯中,加入丁酸乙酯1g(1份),搅拌充分后,得到桔小实蝇引诱剂,捕虫效果是甲基丁香酚的3.4倍。
实施例4:
称取甲基丁香酚98.5g(66份)置于500mL烧杯中,加入丁酸乙酯1.5g(1份),搅拌充分后,得到桔小实蝇引诱剂,捕虫效果是甲基丁香酚的1.9倍。
实施例5:
称取甲基丁香酚100g(5000份)置于500mL烧杯中,加入丁酸乙酯0.02g(1份),搅拌充分后,得到桔小实蝇引诱剂,捕虫效果是甲基丁香酚的1.1倍。
实施例6:
称取甲基丁香酚50g(50份)置于500mL烧杯中,加入丁酸乙酯1g(1份),搅拌充分后,得到桔小实蝇引诱剂,捕虫效果是甲基丁香酚的1.1倍。
实施例7:
分别取实施例1~6得到的引诱剂3mL分装到三个引诱瓶中,每个引诱瓶装1mL。另外取丁酸乙酯和甲基丁香酚各3mL,分装到三个引诱瓶中,每个引诱瓶装1mL,作为对照。然后将所有的引诱瓶置于较多桔小实蝇出没的地点,分别在2天,4天,6天,8天,10天,12天,14天测定捕虫的效果。结果捕虫的效果是甲基丁香酚的1.1~4倍,见表1。所捕得虫数是三个引诱瓶的平均值。
