Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及清洁领域。具体来讲,涉及清洁组合物和清洁方法。
背景技术
EP-A-330379描述了一种清洁组合物的用途,所述清洁组合物在单相中含有至少一种醚醇、水和一种烃,其重量百分数分别为90~50∶2~36∶25~0.9。据说这种组合物适用于清除例如采油钻井操作过程中产生的岩石断层表面所黏着的油。通过简单地将各化学品混合,用手摇晃,然后将使混合物分离成三相,从而制得所述组合物。中间相为清洁组合物,萃取该中间相并用于清洁试验。这种中间相含有大量的醚醇、少量的水和烃。
这种体系的缺点是清洁组合物中含有大量的醇醚。目前有关VOC(挥发性有机组分)的立法限制了很多醇醚的大量使用。
这就需要含挥发性化合物少并可有效清洁表面特别是硬表面的清洁组合物。还需要清洁组合物可在视觉上提示使用者,表明这些组合物是有效的。
发明内容
本发明的第一方面是提供一种清洁组合物,该清洁组合物含有30重量%~70重量%的1-烷基-2-吡咯烷酮、25重量%~45重量%的烃和5重量%~25重量%的水。
所述组合物可以是单相形式,或可以是处于彼此化学平衡的两相或三相。单相的组合物具有使用前不需要混合或摇晃的优点。当组合物为两相或三相时,由于体系的运动性而产生的可视清洁信号更为明显。这种情况下,优选在即将使用前摇晃或混合该组合物。该组合物优选接近该组合物的三组分相图上的相界。这就意味着仅一个组分的减少就会引起所述组合物中三组分相对重量百分数的改变,从而,当该组分的重量百分数的绝对值减少1%或更少,优选0.5%或更少,更优选0.1%或更少(以占整个组合物总重量的重量百分数表示)时,就会导致组合物中相数的变化,例如从单相变为两相或三相的混合物。
在本说明书中,当给出一种组分的百分数值时,这表示该组分占其所在组合物总重量的重量百分数。
本发明的组合物含有1-烷基-2-吡咯烷酮。所述烷基通常优选含有平均4~16个碳原子,更优选6~14个碳原子,最优选8~12个碳原子。所述烷基优选为直链的。特别适当的有1-辛基-2-吡咯烷酮。
对于本发明组合物较为重要的烃适当地有链烷烃化合物,包括异链烷烃化合物。所述烃适当地可以是烃类芳香剂。优选所述烃在室温下为液体。优选所述烃含有5个或更多个碳原子,更优选8个或更多个碳原子。优选所述烃最多具有15个碳原子,更优选最多具有12个碳原子。如果所述烃是混合物(通常如此),这些定义作为平均值仍然适用。
如果含有烃,烃将比任何其他相都轻,并且,烃在一定含量时可离析出来。
所含的烃优选显著地比水或两亲物更具挥发性。挥发的意思是,该物质在20℃下具有0.2mmHg或更大的蒸汽压。
在本说明书中提到烃时,应当理解为含有多种所述的烃。重量百分数的定义表示所含烃化合物的总量。
本发明的组合物适当地含有30重量%~70重量%的1-烷基-2-吡咯烷酮,优选40重量%~60重量%,更优选45重量%~55重量%。
适当地,本发明的组合物含有25重量%~45重量%的烃,优选30重量%~40重量%,更优选33重量%~37重量%。
适当地,本发明的组合物含有5重量%~25重量%的水,优选10重量%~20重量%。
所述组合物适当地可以含有电解质,优选离子盐。适当的例子包括碱金属盐,特别是卤化物。鉴于成本和安全性等原因,最优选氯化钠。
在本发明的第一个方面,优选采用电解质来改变相图,移动相界,以便使组合物位于相界上或邻近相界。当存在电解质时,为了绘制三组分相图,将电解质计入水中,可将水和电解质看作单个组分来处理。
为了使家用清洁组合物中的组合物气味更受欢迎,特别优选本发明组合物包括芳香剂。所含芳香剂优选至少0.1重量%,更优选0.4重量%或更多,但优选1重量%或更少,更优选0.8重量%或更少。为了绘制所述组合物的三组分相图,将所述芳香剂计入烃中。芳香剂是指不含任何基质或增量剂的香料油。
本发明的组合物可以包括少量家用清洁产品中通常使用的辅料,其含量优选少于组合物的1重量%,只要这些辅料对组合物的相行为没有显著影响即可。在绘制该体系的三组分相图时,本领域技术人员将根据组分的汉森(Hansen)溶度参数,对这些组分进行分配以将其计入该相图的水、两亲物或烃的角上。优选组分表面活性剂计入相图上的两亲物中,表面活性剂占所述组合物的重量百分数为0.01重量%~0.1重量%,更优选0.03重量%~0.05重量%。当存在表面活性剂时,特别优选例如醇乙氧基化物等非离子表面活性剂。本发明的化合物还可以含有生物稳定剂(biostatic agents),例如阳离子生物稳定剂(biostats)或适当的PCMX(对氯间二甲苯酚)等。本发明的组合物还可以采用例如过氧化物类漂白剂等漂白体系。
值得注意的是,我们发现本发明组合物可以明显地显示出马兰格尼(Marangoni)型行为。当将本发明的优选组合物的罐打开并暴露于环境中时,可看到表面在“抽搐”。据信这是由于挥发性化合物蒸发时,因表面张力梯度而造成了这种效应,该表面张力梯度可能与相界的交叉有关。我们观察到,当将瓶盖再盖到罐上时,这些组合物中的“抽搐”停止。如果将该组合物用移液管移到某表面上,也会发生“抽搐”。
“抽搐”的意思是,所述组合物表面所显示的运动不是由例如加入其中的物质等外部试剂引起的,换句话说,是自发运动。
本发明第二个方面提供一种上文详细描述的含有水、烃和1-烷基-2-吡咯烷酮的清洁组合物,当所述组合物暴露于空气中时,会显示出马兰格尼行为。所述组合物优选只有在暴露于空气中时才会显示出马兰格尼行为。在暴露于空气之前,所述组合物优选是相互平衡的两相或三相形式。
在本说明书中,所述马兰格尼效应可以定义为当液体的表面张力梯度引起该液体运动时在液体中产生的效应。表面张力梯度可因浓度变化(Gibbs效应)而形成,所述浓度变化本身起因于:蒸发;或在容器中分离或离析之后混合不充分;或施加应力,例如剪切力(在擦拭动作时)。
不受理论的局限,据认为马兰格尼效应可以增加本发明的组合物所显示的清洁优势。显示马兰格尼效应的组合物可以显示出向小空间内“蔓延”的趋势。化合物的蒸发可导致表面张力的变化和表面运动,导致组合物运动,例如进入缝隙后再出来,从而带走污垢。采用例如1-烷基-2-吡咯烷酮等两亲物有助于从基体上分离污垢。两亲物通常不会增加与表面的黏着,而是可以较好地进行湿润。因此,含有两亲物的显示出马兰格尼效应的组合物可进入小的空隙,或可在表面和污垢堆积物之间移动,从而“抬起”污垢。
本发明的第三个方面是提供一种清洁脏污基体的方法,该方法包括将如上所述的本发明第一和/或第二方面的组合物施用于脏污的基体。
本发明的另一方面是上述组合物在家用基体的清洁中的应用。
本发明的另一方面提供一种封装的家用清洁组合物,其中所述清洁组合物是本发明的以上其他方面所述的组合物。
所述基体可以是硬表面,例如厨房或浴室的表面,包括工作台表面、地面、瓷砖、玻璃、卫生洁具、窗户、陶器或家用工具;或例如衣物或室内装饰物等织物的表面。
所述基体上的脏污可以是例如油脂、蛋白质污斑、酒、果汁或化妆品等。
本发明优选的组合物被装入例如“触发喷雾器”等带有手工操作泵的容器,或装入可通过挤压容器而将内容物倒出或挤出的容器中,或装入气雾剂分配器中。在气雾剂分配器中,组合物中的烃可以与推进剂为同一物,推进剂的蒸发本身可引发马兰格尼效应。
装有本发明的即用型组合物的容器构成了本发明的又一个方面,特别是适合于将这种组合物直接发送到硬表面上的容器(例如气雾剂分配器和“触发喷雾器”)。装有可用水稀释的组合物(即含有该组合物中除水之外的成分,水由该产品的使用者在使用前加入)的容器构成了另一方面。这样具有减少包装和运输成本的优点。
实施例
现在将参考以下实施例,以举例的方式进一步描述本发明。
图1显示了本发明的一个有益的体系:1-正辛基-2-吡咯烷酮/正十二烷/水的相图。可以看出,该相图在富水角也显示出相变,从两相(1-正辛基-2-吡咯烷酮/水)到三相,再到两相(正十二烷/水)。例如由一个组分的优先蒸发引起组成的微小变化也可能导致组成跨越相界。
我们确信,这对于该体系获得“抽搐”效果具有重要作用。
具有清洁作用和运动性的本发明的一种合适的制剂中含有50重量%的1-正辛基-2-吡咯烷酮、15重量%的水和35重量%的正十二烷。
Claims (7)
1.一种清洁组合物,所述清洁组合物含有30重量%~70重量%的1-烷基-2-吡咯烷酮、25重量%~45重量%的烃和5重量%~25重量%的水。
2.如权利要求1所述的清洁组合物,其中所述水、1-烷基-2-吡咯烷酮和烃作为单相共存,彼此不分层。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的清洁组合物,其中所述1-烷基-2-吡咯烷酮是1-正辛基-2-吡咯烷酮。
4.一种清洁组合物,所述清洁组合物含有水、烃和1-烷基-2-吡咯烷酮,当暴露于空气中时,该组合物表现出马兰格尼行为。
5.一种清洁脏污基体的方法,该方法包括将上述任一项权利要求所述的组合物施用于所述脏污基体。
6.如权利要求1~4任一项所述的组合物在家用基体的清洁中的用途。
7.一种封装的家用清洁产品,该清洁产品含有权利要求1~4任一项所述的组合物。
