Abstract

本发明提供一种按键导光板,该按键导光板用来照亮电子产品的按键,该按键导光板具有一入光面及一与入光面相连的出光面,该出光面上分布多个与按键相对应的孔,入光面具有长形凹槽,该长形凹槽具有背向导光板的突起结构。采用该导光板可减少光源使用数量从而减少电子产品耗电量又确保按键发光亮度和发光均匀性。

Description

按键导光板
【技术领域】
本发明关于一种导光板,尤其是用于给电子产品的按键提供照明的按键导光板。
【背景技术】
在手机设计中,为使其在黑暗中仍可以使用,常采用手机按键照明装置,该照明装置一般采用发光二极管(Light-Emitting Diode,以下简称LED)作为光源,将该LED置于手机的PCB板上,LED发出的光直接射向按键数字所在部位,因此要使每一个按键都能够发出均匀的亮度,在LED数量的控制上便随着设计不同而有不同的需求量,一般最少也需要4-5颗,此设计不仅增加成本,而且也增加手机整体的耗电量。
为降低成本,可采用导光板的形式来传递及均匀化光,如图1所示,现有技术的一种用来照亮手机按键的导光板1,该导光板1的四个边上分别设置有多个V形槽5,导光板1表面均匀设置多个孔2,该孔2为带有圆角的长形孔,每个孔2与键盘的按键3相对应。多个LED位于导光板1下面,在与LED相对应处设置有凸透镜7,对应凸透镜7处设棱镜缺口8,LED发出的光经过凸透镜7汇聚,再经过棱镜缺口8反射,从而将光反射到导光板1面上。该导光板1需要采用凸透镜1,从而使增加制造难度,该导光板1虽可以照亮按键3,但是仍需要多个LED,从而使手机耗电量仍然较大,另外,靠近LED区域的按键亮度过高,而导致整个手机键盘亮度分布不均匀。
因此,有必要提供一种减少LED使用数量少从而减少耗电量又能确保按键发光亮度和发光均匀性的按键导光板。
【发明内容】
以下,将以实施例说明一种LED使用数量少从而减少耗电量又能确保按键发光亮度和发光均匀性的按键导光板。
为实现上述内容,提供一种按键导光板,该按键导光板具有一入光面及一与入光面相连的出光面,该导光板上分布多个与按键相对应的孔,入光面具有用以容纳光源的长形凹槽,该长形凹槽具有背向导光板的突起结构。
优选地,该突起结构呈V形。
优选地,该突起结构为圆弧形。
与现有技术相比,本实施例导光板入光面上设有具有朝向光源突起的长形凹槽,该凹槽可将光源发出的光传导至需要照亮的按键位置,只需要使用两颗LED光源,因而可减少光源的使用数量从而降低手机的耗电量。另外,光源发出的光经V形槽或者圆弧形槽的折射后,发散角减小,从而降低靠近光源部分的亮度,进而达到提升整体亮度均匀性的目的。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图2及图3所示,其为本发明第一实施例所提供的手机按键导光板10,导光板10为矩形,其具有一入光面14、一与入光面14相连的出光面16。
该导光板10上具有多个孔160,且该孔160贯穿出光面16,孔160所在的位置与所要照亮的按键位置相对应。
该导光板10的入光面14上设有两个长形凹槽140,该长形凹槽140用以容纳光源,本实施例中光源为LED。长形凹槽140的顶端具有背向导光板10的V形突起142,V形突起142的角度记为θ、高度记为h1,其中,90°≤θ≤160°。
长形凹槽140的大小应配合光源LED的大小,长形凹槽140的宽度、深度分别记为L1、H1,且L1>L,H1>H+h1,实际使用时L1、H1之取值可为L1=L+2mm,H1=H+h1+(0.2~0.5)mm,其中,L为光源LED的宽度(LED相对两引脚之间的距离),H为LED的高度(LED的发光面距其相对面的距离),L1为长形凹槽140的宽度,H1为V形突出142最高点距导光板10入光面14的距离。
当L1的值确定以后,h1的值即可确定,即h1=(L1/2)/tg(θ/2)。
采用该导光板10的手机只需要两颗LED即可,从而使手机可使用较少的光源,进而降低手机耗电量。
使用时,LED位于长形凹槽140处,光源发出的光经V形突起142的折射后,发散角减小,从而降低靠近光源部分的亮度,进而达到提高整体亮度均匀的目的。
请参阅图5及图6所示,其为本发明第二实施例所提供的手机按键导光板20,该导光板20具有一入光面24、一与入光面24相连的出光面26。
导光板20与导光板10结构相同,该导光板20上也设置有多个孔260,该孔260贯穿出光面26,其所在的位置与所要照亮的按键位置相对应。
导光板20的入光面24上设有两个长形凹槽240,该长形凹槽240用以容纳光源,本实施例中光源为LED。长形凹槽240的顶端具有背向导光板20的圆弧形突起242,该圆弧形突起242的高度记为h2、角度记为β,其中,90°≤β≤160°。
该长形凹槽240的宽度、深度分别记为L2、H2,其中,H2>H+h2,实际使用时H2之取值可为H2=H+h2+(0.2~0.5)mm,L2的取值与长形凹槽140的宽度L1取值相同,即L2=L1,L2为长形凹槽240的宽度、H2为圆弧端点距导光板20入光面24的距离,H为LED的高度(LED的发光面距其相对面的距离)。
该圆弧形突起242所在圆的半径记为R,R的取值范围为L2/2~5L2,当L2的值确定后,h2的值即可确定。
圆弧形突起242与V形突起142的功能一样,可有效地聚光,降低靠近光源部分的亮度,提高整体亮度的均匀性。
导光板10、20的材料为聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,简称PC)或者聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(Polymethyl Methacrylate,简称PMMA),其厚度在0.8-1.2mm范围内。
本发明实施例所提供之导光板10、20不限用于手机,还可用于其他类似具有按键的电子产品上。

Claims (10)

1.一种按键导光板,该按键导光板具有一入光面及一与入光面相连的出光面,该导光板上分布多个与按键相对应的孔,其特征在于:所述入光面具有用以容纳光源的长形凹槽,该长形凹槽具有背向导光板的突起结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的按键导光板,其特征在于:所述突起结构呈V形。
3.如权利要求2所述的按键导光板,其特征在于:所述V形突起结构的夹角在90°~160°度之间。
4.如权利要求3所述的按键导光板,其特征在于:所述长形凹槽的深度大于V形突起的高度与0.2~0.5mm之和。
5.如权利要求4所述的按键导光板,其特征在于:所述长形凹槽的宽度大于二倍的V形突起的高度。
6.如权利要求1所述的按键导光板,其特征在于:所述突起结构为圆弧形。
7.如权利要求6所述的按键导光板,其特征在于:所述圆弧所在圆的半径取值范围为二分之一至五倍长形凹槽的宽度。
8.如权利要求7所述的按键导光板,其特征在于:所述长形凹槽的深度大于圆弧形突起高度与0.2~0.5mm之和。
9.如权利要求1所述的按键导光板,其特征在于:所述导光板的材料为聚碳酸酯或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
10.如权利要求1所述的按键导光板,其特征在于:所述导光板的厚度为0.8~1.2毫米。
