Abstract

一种减阻型风力机组,它主要包括有立柱,竖向旋转轴套,水平梁,绕水平轴旋转叶片,定向尾翼,配套动力机,其特征在于至少有一竖向旋转轴套与双侧水平梁及与水平梁正交的水平纵向桁架固定连接,水平纵向桁架位于旋转叶片风向上游端设置有挡风板,其下游端安装有定向尾翼;所述的竖向旋转轴套上安装有变速、同步、转向机构,其上对称地安装有双侧水平梁,双侧水平梁上安装有绕水平梁旋转的叶片;本发明通过减小风阻来提高风力发电机的风能利用率,具有结构合理,实用方便,风能利用率高,便于工业化制造、运输、安装、维护等特点。

减阻型风力机组
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种用风力推动风轮旋转,将风力转换成机械动能输出的风力机组,且可以是一种风力发电机组或风力提水机组。
背景技术
现有的风力发电机叶片或叶轮在受到风力驱动的同时也受到很大的空气阻力,转速越快,叶片或叶轮外端线速度越大,受到空气阻力也越大。这使得风力发电机的输出功率和风能利用率受到较大制约。
现有风力发电机玻璃钢叶片的制造技术比较复杂,生产工业化程度不易提高,运输安装困难,结构呈脆性,在大风作用下有安全问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种在受到风力驱动的同时能大幅度减少风的阻力作用,从而使风力发电机(或提水机)的输出功率和风能利用率有较大提高的减阻型风力机组。它主要包括有立柱,竖向旋转轴套,水平梁,绕水平梁旋转叶片,水平纵向桁架,定向尾翼,配套动力机,至少有一竖向旋转轴套与双侧水平梁及与水平梁正交的水平纵向桁架固定连接,水平纵向桁架位于旋转叶片风向上游端设置有挡风板,其下游端安装有定向尾翼。
所述的竖向旋转轴套上安装有变速、同步、转向机构,其上对称地固定有左右二根水平梁,水平梁上安装有绕水平梁旋转的叶片。
所述的叶片至少包括有两根分别通过轴承固定在水平梁上的桁架,桁架之间的水平檩条以及压型钢板和铝板。
本发明通过减小风阻来提高风力机组的风能利用率,通过原理试验表明,在同样的风速下,采用本发明的风轮转速比未采用本发明的同样风轮转速可提高30%。而功率和转速近似于平方关系,故风能利用率可望有更大提高。本发明的风力发电机或提水机采用装配式钢结构,便于工业化制造、运输、安装、维护。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:附图所示,本发明主要包括有立柱1,竖向旋转轴套2,水平梁3,绕水平轴旋转叶片4,定向尾翼5,配套动力机6,与水平梁方向正交的水平纵向桁架7,其上位于旋转叶片4风向上游端设置有挡风板8,其下游端安装有定向尾翼5。
本发明在所述的竖向旋转轴套2上安装有变速、同步、转向机构9,其上对称地固定有左右二根水平梁3,见附图2所示,水平梁3上左右对称地安装有两组各绕水平梁3旋转的叶片4。本发明所述的配套动力机6可以是一种现有的发电机组或提水机械。
图3所示为绕水平轴旋转的叶片内侧平面视图;而图4为叶片剖面图;两图中所示,所述的叶片至少包括有两根分别通过轴承10固定在水平梁3上的桁架11,桁架之间的水平檩条12、压型钢板13以及铝板14。
本发明通过减小风阻来提高风力发电机的风能利用率,通过原理试验表明,在同样的风速下,采用本发明的风轮转速比未采用本发明的同样风轮转速可提高30%。而功率和转速近似于平方关系,故风能利用率可望有更大提高。本发明的风力发电机或提水机采用装配式钢结构,便于工业化制造、运输、安装、维护。
本发明在使用时,风的作用使定向尾翼5带动水平纵向桁架7旋转到顺风方向,水平纵向桁架7与竖向旋转轴套2、挡风板8、水平梁3固接,故水平梁3、挡风板8均旋转到与风向垂直的方向,此时叶片4和挡风板8受风的作用最大。处于上部的迎风叶片迎风面体型系数较大,其表面凹曲、粗糙;用压型钢板作内面板,风的高度系数较大,故风的推力大,而处于下部的叶片迎风面体型系数较小,其表面圆弧状外凸、光滑;用光滑的铝板作外面板,且受挡风板的作用,风的阻力大为减小。故整体风轮转动时风的利用率大为提高。两侧风轮转动通过变速、同步、转向机构9将动力转为发电机转子的运动,或提水机转轴的运动,从而使发电机发电,或使提水机做功。
所述的变速、同步、转向机构9至少包括有:齿轮变速装置使叶轮的转速与风力驱动机的转速尽可能合理匹配;齿轮变向同步装置使两侧旋转的叶轮对风力驱动机同步做功;转向装置将叶轮的水平转动变为风力驱动机的绕立柱铅垂线轴转动。这种转动如果带动发电机转子,则可使发电机输出电能,如果带动风力提水机的垂直中心轴,则可通过垂直中心轴驱动下端的水泵提水。

1、一种减阻型风力机组,它主要包括有立柱,竖向旋转轴套,水平梁,水平纵向桁架,绕水平轴旋转叶片,定向尾翼,配套动力机,其特征在于至少有一竖向旋转轴套(2)与双侧水平梁(3)及与水平梁正交的水平纵向桁架(7)固定连接,水平纵向桁架(7)位于旋转叶片(4)风向上游端设置有挡风板(8),其下游端安装有定向尾翼(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的减阻型风力机组,其特征在于所述的竖向旋转轴套(2)上安装有变速、同步、转向机构(9),其上对称地安装有双侧水平梁(3),水平梁上安装有绕水平梁旋转的叶片(4)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的减阻型风力机组,其特征在于所述的叶片至少包括有两根分别通过轴承(10)固定在水平梁(3)上的桁架(11),桁架之间的水平檩条(12)以及压型钢板(13)和铝板(14)。
