Abstract

本发明公开了一种设备业务数据的查询方法,包括步骤:客户端通过设备拓扑界面捕获到用户查询指定设备的业务数据的操作,根据预先为该设备设定的业务数据查询指标,向服务器请求查询该设备的业务数据;客户端接收到服务器返回的查询结果,并将其显示在设备拓扑界面中。采用本发明方法,可实现在设备拓扑界面中自动显示所指定的设备的业务数据,提高设备管理系统的灵活性,改善用户业务感受。

设备业务数据的查询方法及其系统
技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域的信息管理技术,尤其涉及一种设备业务数据的查询方法及其系统。
背景技术
电信管理网(Telecom Management Network,TMN)有如下五个常用的管理功能,即拓扑管理、配置管理、性能管理、安全管理和故障管理。如图1所示,不同的管理功能分别以不同的功能模块实现。
拓扑管理是指以拓扑图等方式显示被管理设备及其之间链路连接的状态,以子网、视图等方式对被管理设备进行组织,体现实际的网络结构。拓扑管理还提供对被管理设备的集中维护管理操作入口。维护管理操作包括对被管理设备的增加、删除、修改、查询等。拓扑管理还可以图形方式向用户直观地显示设备的属性信息。
性能管理是指通过创建例行统计任务,让设备侧向网管上报性能数据,并对这些数据进行实时监控、告警、数据缺失补齐等操作。设备上报的性能数据从设备侧上报至网络适配层(Mediation,MED),再到性能管理层,由性能管理层进行处理(处理操作包括:入库、实施监视和告警)。
故障管理是指系统向用户及时显示被管理设备的告警。告警包括设备自身产生的告警,以及设备管理系统和设备之间连接状态异常的告警。设备自身发出的告警通过网络适配层发送到故障管理功能模块。
目前,网管系统的性能管理功能可实现对设备上报的性能数据进行实时监控。设备侧上报的性能数据直接展示给用户,或者是将设备上报的性能数据进行逻辑计算,将计算结果值展示给用户,用户可以清楚地观察到每个设备的运行情况。网管系统的拓扑管理功能支持对设备的物理管理,以及获取设备属性信息并显示给用户。
但是,拓扑管理和性能管理之间的功能是相互独立的。拓扑管理向用户展示拓扑指标、链路信息以及设备自身的属性信息。性能管理负责把设备上报的性能数据进行处理,并通过监视界面或者告警功能模块展示给用户。
实际应用中,用户更多时候只需要瞬时关注性能数据,如一些常用的性能指标,而且只是临时关注当前值,不关心整个性能指标的变化趋势。比如,浏览一下某机器的中央处理器CPU占用情况,磁盘空间的占用情况等性能指标。在这种情况下,使用现有的网管系统需要首先创建相应的性能监视对象,才能向用户显示相应的性能数据。
现有的网管系统的拓扑图界面只关注设备之间的物理连接,以及设备自身的属性,并不关注性能数据信息,当需要获知设备的性能数据时,只能通过性能监控来实现,拓扑管理和性能管理相互独立,两者的功能之间没有联系,用户无法直接通过拓扑图来获取设备的性能数据,给用户操作带来很大不便。
随着网管系统的发展,以及用户对使用灵活性要求的不断提高,这种拓扑管理和性能管理相互独立,需要通过创建监控对象来监控性能数据的方式已经不能满足用户对网管系统的灵活性、及时性,以及小型化的需求。
发明内容
本发明提供一种设备业务数据的查询方法,用以解决现有技术中不能通过设备拓扑界面获取并显示选定设备的业务数据,用户业务感受差的问题。
本发明另提供一种设备业务数据的查询系统。
本发明方法包括:
A、客户端通过设备拓扑界面捕获到用户查询指定设备的业务数据的操作,根据预先为该设备设定的位于数据查询指标,向服务器请求查询该设备的业务数据;
B、客户端接收到服务器返回的查询结果,并将其显示在设备拓扑界面中。
根据本发明的上述方法,所述步骤A中,客户端获取用户指定的设备的标识,通过所述设备标识确定对应的设备类型,并根据预先为该设备类型设定的业务数据查询指标确定所述设备的业务数据查询指标。
客户端预先通过配置文件定义各种设备类型对应的业务数据查询指标。
根据本发明的上述方法,所述步骤A中,客户端根据所述设备的业务数据查询指标和该设备的标识组装业务数据查询语句,并发送到服务器;
服务器根据该查询语句获取对应的业务数据并返回给客户端。
服务器收到查询语句后,根据该查询语句索引到存储对应业务数据记录的存储单元,获取到业务数据记录。
若所述查询语句与对应的存储单元之间存在映射关系,则服务器根据所述查询语句直接索引到对应的存储单元;
若所述查询语句与对应的存储单元之间不存在映射关系,则服务器解析查询语句,并根据解析出的信息索引到对应的存储单元。
服务器通过解析查询语句索引到对应的存储单元后,建立该查询语句与该存储单元的映射关系。
上述方法中,服务器查询到所述设备的业务数据记录后,根据所述查询语句中的业务数据查询指标表达式计算出结果值,并将该结果值返回到客户端。
本发明提供的系统,包括:
客户端和服务器端,所述客户端包括拓扑界面模块,所述服务器端包括拓扑管理模块和业务数据管理模块,所述客户端还包括查询模块,分别与所述拓扑界面模块和所述业务数据管理模块连接;
所述查询模块根据从所述拓扑界面模块接收到的查询指定设备业务数据的操作信息,根据预先为该设备设定的业务数据查询指标生成查询请求,并发送到所述业务数据管理模块;接收所述业务数据管理模块返回的查询结果,并发送到所述拓扑界面模块进行显示。
根据本发明的上述系统,所述查询模块包括设备类型和设备标识映射子模块、业务数据查询指标配置子模块和查询语句组装子模块;
所述设备类型和设备标识映射子模块与所述业务数据查询指标配置子模块连接,根据从所述拓扑界面模块接收到的设备标识获取到对应的设备类型信息,并发送到所述业务数据查询指标配置子模块;所述设备类型和设备标识映射子模块还与所述查询语句组装子模块连接,将接收到的设备标识发送到所述查询语句组装子模块;
所述业务数据查询指标配置子模块与所述查询语句组装子模块连接,根据接收到的设备类型信息获取预先设置于该子模块中的与该设备类型对应的业务数据查询指标信息,并发送到所述查询语句组装子模块;
所述查询语句组装子模块根据设备标识和业务数据查询指标组装查询所述设备业务数据的查询语句。
根据本发明的上述系统,所述业务数据管理模块包括查询语句与存储单元映射子模块、查询语句解析子模块和查询结果处理子模块;
所述查询语句与存储单元映射子模块分别与所述查询语句解析子模块和所述查询结果处理子模块连接,根据接收到的查询语句查找对应的存储单元,若查找到,则从该存储单元获取业务数据记录,并发送到所述查询结果处理子模块;否则,将查询语句发送到所述查询语句解析子模块;
所述查询语句解析子模块与所述查询结果处理子模块连接,根据解析出的查询语句信息索引到对应的存储单元,并从中获取到业务数据记录,发送到所述查询结果处理子模块;
所述查询结果处理子模块根据查询语句,利用查询到的业务数据记录计算出业务数据指标表达式的结果值,并发送到所述客户端的查询模块。
上述系统中,所述查询语句解析子模块索引到对应的存储单元后,通知所述查询语句与存储单元映射子模块建立该查询语句与该存储单元间的映射关系。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明通过利用从设备拓扑界面获取到的设备标识与预设的业务数据查询指标组装查询语句,发送到服务器端进行处理,并将服务器端查询到的业务数据发送到拓扑界面进行显示,使客户端能够在设备拓扑界面上为用户显示选定设备的业务数据,减少了用户进行界面切换的操作,提高了用户业务感受。
(2)本发明通过预先在客户端为设备指定业务数据查询指标,使客户端为选定的设备自动生成查询语句,并通过服务器获取指定的业务数据,从而达到方便快捷查询设备业务数据的目的。
(3)本发明通过配置文件,预先针对设备类型设定该类型设备的业务数据查询指标,通过设备类型与设备标识的映射关系,确定对应设备的业务数据查询指标。因此,当需要增加设备时,无需对该设备进行业务数据查询指标的设置;另外,可根据实际需要通过更改配置文件对某类型设备的业务数据查询指标进行更改,提高了系统的灵活性。

具体实施方式
本发明的目的是在设备拓扑界面上,提供获取设备业务数据并展示给用户的功能,即用户通过设备拓扑界面可直接选择设备并浏览该设备的业务数据信息。
下面对本发明进行详细描述。
在利用本发明查询设备的业务数据之前,客户端和服务器端要进行初始化,初始化工作包括:
定义一个通用的客户端/服务器通信接口对象,该接口对象可以是Corba接口对象。该接口对象针对每个设备,构造相应的业务查询条件以获取相应的业务数据。业务查询条件通过查询语句表达式来标识、限制要查询的业务数据,并定义了将获取到的业务数据向客户端展示的功能。当客户端的拓扑界面需要显示设备的业务数据时,直接调用此接口和服务器端的业务数据管理模块交互,组装并发送业务数据的查询语句,从业务管理模块获取相应的业务数据,并将获取到的业务数据显示在拓扑界面中。通过接口对象的定义,建立了一条从客户端的拓扑界面经服务器端的拓扑管理模块到业务数据管理模块的数据通道。
在客户端,针对设备类型配置相应的配置文件,实现对设备业务数据的标识和限定。配置文件分别针对各种类型的设备定义了业务数据查询索引和业务数据查询表达式,并建立了设备标识和设备类型的映射关系,以实现通过设备类型对应的业务数据查询指标确定具体设备的业务数据查询指标。业务数据查询表达式可以标识一个或多个业务数据指标,也可以是多个业务数据指标的运算表达式。
在服务器端,以配置文件规划的方式建立业务数据的存储和访问模型,以实现将设备的业务数据入库到数据库或查询数据库中存储的设备业务数据。该模型结构如图2所示,包括若干个设备业务数据配置单元(以下简称配置单元)和若干个业务数据存储单元(以下简称存储单元)。每种设备类型对应一个配置单元,每个配置单元唯一对应数据库中存储该设备类型的业务数据的静态数据库表。配置单元定义了一个设备的具有共性的业务数据属性,用以区分哪些数据入库到哪个表。配置单元和存储单元中分别存储有设备标识、设备业务数据统计单元和统计对象,存储单元还存储有满足配置单元定义的业务数据属性的具体的业务数据记录。一个配置单元可对应一个或多个存储单元,分别存储相同设备的不同的业务数据记录。
在系统初始化时,服务器将每个设备的基础配置信息(分为设备标识、统计单元及统计对象信息,统计单元和统计对象用于限定查询哪种或哪些业务数据)存储到相应的配置单元中。基础配置信息通过配置文件加载,因此可通过修改配置文件的方式,修改需要加载的配置信息(如统计单元和统计对象)。配置单元一旦建立后,在整个系统运行期间是静态存在的。
整个业务数据的存储和访问模型通过配置文件建立,因此,可通过修改配置文件实现对该模型进行灵活配置和扩展。如增加设备时,只需修改配置文件,即可实现在该模型中增加相应的配置单元和存储单元。
在系统启动后,服务器根据创建的例行统计任务,从各设备接收上报的业务数据,分别存储到对应的数据库表,并根据服务器设定的存储方式将业务数据存储到或不存储到存储单元中。
上述服务器端建立业务数据的存储和访问模型,以及通过该模型将设备业务数据入库的过程同现有技术。
系统初始化完成后,用户可通过设备拓扑界面选择设备,查看其业务数据。
参见图3,为本发明的设备业务数据查询流程示意图,当用户在设备拓扑界面中选择设备时,设备业务数据的查询流程具体包括:
S1、客户端获取用户在拓扑界面上选择的设备的标识。
当用户在设备拓扑界面中选择某个设备时,如鼠标在该设备图标上停留几秒钟的时候,客户端就会捕获到该操作。客户端的拓扑界面将该操作信息发送到服务器端的拓扑管理模块,拓扑管理模块获取到该设备的标识,并将其返回到拓扑界面。
S2、客户端调用预先创建的客户端/服务器通信接口对象,根据设备标识和预先设置的要查询的业务数据指标组装成查询语句,并发送到服务器。
客户端捕获到用户查询业务数据的操作,并获取到设备标识后,调用预先定义的客户端/服务器通信接口对象。客户端通过接口对象确定针对该设备的要查询的业务数据。首先,客户端根据获取到的设备标识确定对应的设备类型,再根据设备类型确定对应的业务数据指标,最后,利用设备标识和业务数据指标组装成查询语句,并将查询语句发送到服务器。
S3、服务器判断查询语句是否挂接有存储单元,若是,则执行步骤S6;否则,执行步骤S4;
S4、服务器解析查询语句,索引到对应的存储单元,获取业务数据记录。
服务器接收到查询语句后,解析查询语句,如查询语句为:

其中,inpegs和period分别为具体的业务数据指标(如业务数据参数名称)。
如果对应的存储单元存在,服务器根据解析后的设备标识、统计单元和统计对象,检索到对应的存储单元,即存储inpegs和period业务数据记录的存储单元。存储单元中可能存储有业务数据记录也可能未存储有数据记录,当该存储单元中存储有业务数据记录时,读取该存储单元中的数据记录;当该存储单元中没有业务数据记录时,服务器将由该存储单元索引到对应的配置单元,再通过配置单元索引到对应的数据库表,从表中读取需要的业务数据记录并导入到该存储单元。
如果对应的存储单元存在,则需要生成并初始化一个存储单元,并向该存储单元导入业务数据记录。
S5、服务器将索引到的存储单元挂接到该查询语句下。
服务器将索引到的存储单元挂接到该查询语句下。由于一个设备可对应一个或多个固定的查询语句(由于针对设备类型预先设置了要查询的业务数据,因此针对单个设备,其查询语句也是固定的),因此,在查询语句和存储单元之间可建立映射关系(如通过建立查询语句标识与存储单元标识的映射表),以便下次查询该设备的业务数据时,能够直接根据查询语句的标识索引到对应的存储业务数据的存储单元,从该存储单元中获取业务数据,而不用再进行查询语句的解析和存储单元的索引过程,可提高系统的运行效率。
S6、若服务器判断查询语句挂接有存储单元,则直接从对应的存储单元读取业务数据。
S7、服务器计算业务数据查询指标表达式的结果值,将该结果值返回给客户端。
服务器根据解析查询语句得到的业务数据查询指标表达式,利用查询到的业务数据,计算该表达式的值,并将计算出的查询指标表达式的结果值返回给客户端。
S8、客户端根据业务数据查询指标表达式的结果值生成显示信息,并将其显示在设备拓扑界面中。
为了实现上述业务数据的查询功能,本发明提供了一种设备业务数据的查询系统。
参见图4,为本发明设备业务数据查询系统的结构示意图。设备业务数据查询系统包括客户端和服务器端,客户端可为多个,图4中只画出一个。设备通过网络适配层与服务器连接(图中未画出设备)。客户端包括拓扑界面模块和查询模块,服务器端包括拓扑管理模块和业务数据管理模块。客户端的拓扑界面模块分别与客户端的查询模块和服务器端的拓扑管理模块连接;客户端的查询模块还与服务器端的业务数据管理模块连接。
查询模块包括设备类型和设备标识映射子模块、业务数据查询指标配置子模块和查询语句组装子模块,如图5所示。
设备类型和设备标识映射子模块与业务数据查询指标配置子模块连接,根据从拓扑界面模块接收到的设备标识获取到对应的设备类型信息,并将该设备类型信息发送到业务数据查询指标配置子模块。设备类型和设备标识映射子模块还与查询语句组装子模块连接,将接收到的设备标识发送到查询语句组装子模块。
业务数据查询指标配置子模块与查询语句组装子模块连接。业务数据查询指标配置子模块中预先配置有各种设备类型对应的业务数据查询指标,该子模块根据从设备类型和设备标识映射子模块接收到的设备类型信息获取预先设置于该子模块中的该设备类型对应的业务数据查询指标,并发送到查询语句组装子模块。
查询语句组装子模块根据设备标识和业务数据查询指标组装设备业务数据的查询语句,并发送到服务器端的业务数据管理模块。
业务数据管理模块包括查询语句与存储单元映射子模块、查询语句解析子模块和查询结果处理子模块,如图6所示。
查询语句与存储单元映射子模块分别与查询语句解析子模块和查询结果处理子模块连接。查询语句与存储单元映射子模块根据从查询模块的查询语句组装子模块接收到的查询语句查找与其具有映射关系的存储业务数据记录的存储单元,若查找到,则从该存储单元获取业务数据记录,并发送到查询结果处理子模块;若没查找到,将查询语句发送到查询语句解析子模块。
查询语句解析子模块与查询结果处理子模块连接,根据解析出的查询语句信息索引到对应的存储单元,并从中获取到业务数据记录,发送到查询结果处理子模块。查询语句解析子模块索引到对应的存储单元后,通知查询语句与存储单元映射子模块建立该查询语句与该存储单元间的映射关系,以便以后查询对应的设备业务数据时,可直接通过该映射关系直接索引到对应的存储单元。
查询结果处理子模块根据解析出的查询语句,利用查询到的业务数据记录计算业务数据指标的表达式,并将计算结果发送到客户端的查询模块。查询模块将计算结果发送到拓扑界面进行显示。
通过以上描述可知,本发明通过预先在客户端定义各设备的业务数据查询指标,使客户端在用户需要通过拓扑界面查询设备的业务数据时,利用预先为各设备配置的业务数据的查询指标,从服务器上的业务数据管理模块获取对应的业务数据后,显示在拓扑界面,从而实现了通过设备拓扑界面查询并显示选定设备的业务数据的功能,减少了用户进行界面切换的操作,提高了用户业务感受。本发明根据设备类型,通过配置文件指定业务数据查询指标,使客户端为选定的设备自动生成查询语句,并通过服务器获取对应的业务数据,从而达到方便快捷地查询设备业务数据的目的;同时,可根据实际需要,通过修改配置文件的方式,对指定的业务数据查询指标进行修改,提高了系统的灵活性。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (12)

1、一种设备业务数据的查询方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
A、客户端通过设备拓扑界面捕获到用户查询指定设备的业务数据的操作,根据预先为该设备设定的业务数据查询指标,向服务器请求查询该设备的业务数据;
B、客户端接收服务器返回的查询结果,并将其显示在设备拓扑界面中。
2、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤A中,客户端获取用户指定的设备的标识,通过所述设备标识确定对应的设备类型,并根据预先为该设备类型设定的业务数据查询指标确定所述设备的业务数据查询指标。
3、如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,客户端预先通过配置文件定义各种设备类型对应的业务数据查询指标。
4、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤A中,客户端根据所述设备的业务数据查询指标和该设备的标识组装业务数据查询语句,并发送到服务器;
服务器根据该查询语句获取对应的业务数据并返回给客户端。
5、如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,服务器收到查询语句后,根据该查询语句索引到存储对应业务数据记录的存储单元,获取到业务数据记录。
6、如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述查询语句与对应的存储单元之间存在映射关系,则服务器根据所述查询语句直接索引到对应的存储单元;
若所述查询语句与对应的存储单元之间不存在映射关系,则服务器解析查询语句,并根据解析出的信息索引到对应的存储单元。
7、如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,服务器通过解析查询语句索引到对应的存储单元后,建立该查询语句与该存储单元的映射关系。
8、如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,服务器查询到所述设备的业务数据记录后,根据所述查询语句中的业务数据查询指标表达式计算出结果值,并将该结果值返回到客户端。
9、一种设备业务数据的查询系统,包括客户端和服务器端,所述客户端包括拓扑界面模块,所述服务器端包括拓扑管理模块和业务数据管理模块,其特征在于,所述客户端还包括查询模块,分别与所述拓扑界面模块和所述业务数据管理模块连接;

10、如权利要求9所述的系统,其特征在于,所述查询模块包括设备类型和设备标识映射子模块、业务数据查询指标配置子模块和查询语句组装子模块;
所述设备类型和设备标识映射子模块与所述业务数据查询指标配置子模块连接,根据从所述拓扑界面模块接收到的设备标识获取到对应的设备类型信息,并发送到所述业务数据查询指标配置子模块;所述设备类型和设备标识映射子模块还与所述查询语句组装子模块连接,将接收到的设备标识发送到所述查询语句组装子模块;
所述业务数据查询指标配置子模块与所述查询语句组装子模块连接,根据接收到的设备类型信息获取预先设置于该子模块中的与该设备类型对应的业务数据查询指标信息,并发送到所述查询语句组装子模块;
所述查询语句组装子模块根据设备标识和业务数据查询指标组装查询所述设备业务数据的查询语句。
11、如权利要求9所述的系统,其特征在于,所述业务数据管理模块包括查询语句与存储单元映射子模块、查询语句解析子模块和查询结果处理子模块;
所述查询语句与存储单元映射子模块分别与所述查询语句解析子模块和所述查询结果处理子模块连接,根据接收到的查询语句查找对应的存储单元,若查找到,则从该存储单元获取业务数据记录,并发送到所述查询结果处理子模块;否则,将查询语句发送到所述查询语句解析子模块;
所述查询语句解析子模块与所述查询结果处理子模块连接,根据解析出的查询语句信息索引到对应的存储单元,并从中获取到业务数据记录,发送到所述查询结果处理子模块;
所述查询结果处理子模块根据查询语句,利用查询到的业务数据记录计算出业务数据指标表达式的结果值,并发送到所述客户端的查询模块。
12、如权利要求11所述的系统,其特征在于,所述查询语句解析子模块索引到对应的存储单元后,通知所述查询语句与存储单元映射子模块建立该查询语句与该存储单元间的映射关系。
