技术领域
本发明涉及婴儿护理产品和方法,更加具体地,涉及确定母乳喂养方式喂给婴儿的人乳体积。
背景技术
为了确定在母乳喂养过程中婴儿喝过的乳汁体积,公知方法为在所述哺乳之前、在所述哺乳过程中以及紧接着所述哺乳之后称重婴儿。这是一个烦琐的过程,并且所需要的秤相当灵敏,因而其价钱很贵。
发明目的
因而,本发明的一个目的为提供装置和方法,通过所述装置和方法,可以确定乳汁的量,并且通过所述装置和方法,申请人确信至少可以减轻上述的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明提供了用于确定在母乳喂养过程中供应给待哺婴儿的人乳量的装置,所述装置包括:
一个适于安装在母亲乳房的乳头部位上的乳头罩;一根或多根限定一个出口的管子,其中乳汁通过所述出口流到待哺婴儿;以及一个测量经过所述出口的乳汁量的热稀释量具。
乳头罩可以是乳头形状并可以由硅橡胶或任何其他合适的材料制成。
管子可由不锈钢、硬质塑料或任何其他合适的材料制成。
热稀释量具可包括一个加热器和两个阻抗式温度探测器(RTD),或者仅包括两个RTD,其可安装在管子外部或内部,作为单独元件或作为一个芯片。将热稀释量具连接到CPU和/或显示装置上的电子电路、数据通信电缆、或电磁发送器可以安装在乳头罩内和/或一体形成于乳头罩内。
显示装置可以包括液晶显示器件,和/或可以是适于打印接收自热稀释量具的数据图示。
显示装置可包括开关,其中所述开关用于输入数据(如婴儿的年龄等)或用于选择性地显示每次哺乳时段的乳汁量、若干次哺乳时段的乳汁累计量、以及先前喝过的乳汁(存储开关)。

具体实施方式
用于测量人类母乳喂养方式喂给婴儿(未示出)的人乳体积的装置通常由图1中的附图标号2标示。
装置包括一个由三层单独的硅橡胶5、6和8制成的乳头罩2。如图2所示,管子9安装在乳头罩2内。如图3所示,显示在图4中的、作为一个微加工芯片的热稀释量具11安装在管子上并作为管壁的一部分。
优选地,用于将热稀释量具连接到CPU和/或图1中的显示装置4的电子电路、图1中的数据通信电缆3、或电磁发送器安装在乳头罩2内和/或一体形成于乳头罩2内。
在使用中,将乳头罩2安装在母亲的乳房1上。可以通过乳头罩哺乳待哺婴儿(未示出)。使乳汁能够流过所述罩的内层6上的孔7。乳汁临时累积在层6和8之间的空间中。接着乳汁流过管子9。婴儿喝进的乳汁体积由热稀释量具11测量。
在图3中,全部或部分乳汁流12经过一个精密制造的管子9。通过加热器14将热施加到流过管子的乳汁上。探测器13和15仅仅感应乳汁流的温度。当没有乳汁流时,两个探测器所测量到的温度相同(T1=T2)。当乳汁分子经过上游探测器13时,带走一定数量的热,因而降低了探测器的温度(T1)。该过程在下游探测器15(T2)处重复进行,但是从下游探测器上传走的热较少,原因是乳汁流已经由加热器进行了预先加热。两个探测器之间的温差(T2-T1)在图5中的惠斯通电桥电路(Wheatstonebridge circuit)16中被测量,并且由放大器17放大。
在图5中,示出了量具的两种配置。右边的一个包括加热器14,其功能已在上面进行了描述。左边的一个示出了一种没有加热器的配置。依据本发明当采用该配置时,探测器具有双重功能:加热和感应乳汁流温度。当乳汁分子经过上游探测器13(T1)时,它们带走一定数量的热。该过程在下游探测器14(T2)处重复进行,但是从下游探测器上传走的热较少,原因是乳汁流已经由第一探测器进行了预先加热。两个探测器之间的温差(T2-T1)在图5中的惠斯通电桥电路16中被测量,并且由放大器17放大。
在两种配置中,由于两个探测器之间的温差与乳汁的质量流成正比,因而可获得高度精确以及可重复的乳汁流测量。
通常使用一个相关因数来将乳汁与水的标度联系起来。该因素用实验方法导出或通过乳汁密度和比热系数导出。
乳汁体积显示在显示装置4上。显示装置也可以包括开关,这些开关用于输入数据(如婴儿的年龄等)或用于选择性地显示每次哺乳时段的乳汁量、若干次哺乳时段中乳汁的累计量、以及先前喝过的乳汁(存储开关)。
因而依据本发明的装置为母亲实时显示待哺婴儿所喝入的乳汁体积。因而将不再需要遵循如上文所述的烦琐的称重过程。
可以理解,在不脱离权利要求书的范围和精神的情况下,有许多针对依据本发明的装置和方法的细节变化。

Claims (12)

1、用于确定在母乳喂养过程中供应给待哺婴儿的人乳量的装置,所述装置包括:
一个适于安装在母亲乳房的乳头部位上的乳头罩;
一根管子,其中乳汁通过所述管子流到待哺婴儿;
以及一个测量经过所述管子的乳汁量的热稀释量具。
2、如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述乳头罩为乳头形状,并且由硅橡胶制成。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述热稀释量具包括一个加热器和两个阻抗式温度探测器(RTD),或者仅包括两个RTD,其可以安装在管子外部或内部,作为单独元件或作为一个芯片。
4、如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,将热稀释量具连接到CPU和/或显示装置上的电子电路、数据通信电缆、或电磁发送器可以安装在乳头罩内和/或一体形成于乳头罩内。
5、如前述权利要求中的任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述热稀释量具可通过数据通信电缆或电磁发送器连接到显示装置上。
6、如权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括开关,其中所述开关用于输入数据或用于选择性地显示每次哺乳时段的乳汁量、若干次哺乳时段的乳汁累计量、以及先前喝过的乳汁。
7、一种确定在母乳喂养过程中供应给待哺婴儿的人乳量的方法,所述方法包括下列步骤:在母亲乳房和待哺婴儿的嘴之间提供一个热稀释量具,监测所供应的乳汁量,以及显示所供应的乳汁量。
8、一种适于安装在母亲乳房的乳头部位上的乳头罩,所述乳头罩限定一个出口,其中乳汁通过所述出口可流到吸吮的婴儿,所述乳头罩包括或可以连接到一个测量经过所述出口的乳汁量的热稀释量具。
9、一种用于确定在母乳喂养过程中供应给待哺婴儿的人乳量的装置,其中所述装置大体上如说明书中参考附图进行描述的装置。
10、一种确定在母乳喂养过程中供应给待哺婴儿的人乳量的方法,其中所述方法大体上如说明书中参考附图进行描述的方法。
11、一种乳头罩,其中所述乳头罩大体上如说明书中参考附图进行描述的乳头罩。
12、一种热稀释量具,其中所述热稀释量具大体上如说明书中参考附图进行描述的热稀释量具。
