本发明涉及一种服装用织物。具体的说，即整个织物由不受光线时，呈白色，受太阳紫外线光线时，以紫外线为能源呈相反各种颜色变化的紫外线变色丝组成。并且其通过在空白的底层部位与用于装饰的花纹部位各自采用不同颜色的变色丝，使服装在颜色的多种变化中，通过可追求独特的装饰美感及个性美感，使服装与众不同，不仅可满足寻求花样的人们的需求，又可扩大其商品性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种服装用织物。具体的说，即整个织物在不受光线时，呈白色，受太阳紫外线光线时，以紫外线为能源呈各种颜色变化的紫外线变色丝组成。并且其通过在空白的底层部位与用于装饰的花纹部位各自采用不同颜色的变色丝，使服装在颜色的多种变化中，通过可追求独特的装饰美感及个性美感，使服装与众不同，不仅可满足寻求花样的人们的需求，又可扩大其商品性。
背景技术
通常，为了在由天然纤维丝或合成纤维丝织造的服装用织物上得到所希望的颜色，采用染料染色。而这种染色是根据不同的染料只能呈现出一种颜色，尤为单调，不能演绎出变化多样的流行风尚。
随之，通过以无法变换出颜色的现有的织物，是难以显现出服装的与众不同及满足追求装饰美感及个性美感的人们的需求。久而久之，市场上急需一种根据阳光的照射与否，呈现出各种颜色变化的功能类的服装用织物。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服现有普通服装用织物中存在的问题所研制的，它提供一种根据阳光的照射与否，服装呈现多种颜色变化，使其与众不同，可追求独特的装饰美感及个性美感的服装用织物。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：整个织物由紫外线变色丝组成，空白部分的底层部位和用于装饰的花纹部位各自采用了不同颜色的变色丝。
本发明的织物的底层部位也可以采用非紫外线变色丝的普通的丝。
本发明的紫外线变色丝可以是由可变色处理的变色短纤维与非变色处理的一般短纤维以任意比率混合而成。
本发明的效果：
综上所述，本发明在不受阳光照射时，只维持单单的白色，但一旦受阳光照射时，底层部位与花纹部位都各自变换呈现出其他颜色。由此，可追求独特的装饰美感及个性美感，并展现出同一般服饰的与众不同，从而满足喜欢花样的人们的需求，可扩大其商品性。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例及其附图详细说明本发明结构：
本发明的服装用织物1由在受阳光的照射下，呈白色，但一旦受阳光的紫外线照射时，即可通过紫外线为能源，呈现各种颜色变化，即利用对光反应变色现象(photochromic phenomenon)，遇光变色的紫外线变色丝织造组成。并且其空白的底层部位2与用于装饰的花纹部位3各自采用了可变换出不同颜色的不同的变色丝。
由此，用于本发明服装用织物的紫外线变色丝，通常由多条短纤维集合丝组成。其可采用把粉末状的光变色颜料，一次向烯烃(OLEPIN)系的蜡浸泡，由蜡涂盖颜料的内外表面，制作出母料，并在生产原丝时，作为线的原料部分混合，制造短纤维的方法。
另外，在于由多条短纤维组合的紫外线变色丝，可通过进行变色功能处理的变色短纤维与非变色功能处理的普通纤维以一定比例混合组成。由此以来，既可随意调节变色丝的变色浓度，也可通过节省高价变色短纤维的消耗量，降低织物的制作成本。
光变色颜料可以向闪锌矿系物质上添加颜料而得，或通过对二氧化钛粉末进行加热水分解的热水合成法而得。并根据作为原丝的原料所添加的颜色和其混合比例，变化呈现出多种颜色。
另外，本发明所采用的变色丝，也许随着阳光的透过量，即太阳的辐射量或温度而产生变色。因此，也可向一般的原丝混合众所周知的恒温色素组合而成，并且变色丝的纤度主要在20～1000纤度之间，棉纱支数选择采用在100～3支数之间。
另外，用于本发明服装用织物1的花纹部位3，根据制作者的意愿，不但随意设计出各种模样，用于底层部位1和花纹部位3的颜色，也并非固定，因此，也根据需要随意做出各种变更。
另外，本发明的织物不仅可以直接以原料加工成服装，也可根据所需的设计，进行部分的裁断，缝制在非变色织物上使用。
本发明的服装用织物主要利用提花机制作而成，但并非局限于此，可通过平纹织、斜纹织、缎纹织、刺绣织选择使用。
根据需要，对于纬丝或经丝可采用无变色功能、且相对价格较低廉的普通丝，或通过混合使用变色丝和非变色丝形成紫外线变色丝，降低织物的成本，提供织物的方便性及灵活运用普通丝所拥有的物理、化学特性。
以上说明了本发明的一实施例，但作为该技术领域的专家应该清楚，通过本发明技术领域的任何变更、变形，都应归属于该技术领域。

Claims (6)

1、服装用织物，其特征在于：整个织物由紫外线变色丝组成，空白部分的底层部位(2)和用于装饰的花纹部位(3)各自采用了不同颜色的变色丝。
2、根据权利要求1所说的服装用织物，其特征在于：织物的底层部位(2)采用非紫外线变色丝的普通的丝。
3、根据权利要求1所说的服装用织物，其特征在于：紫外线变色丝是由可变色处理的变色短纤维与非变色处理的一般短纤维以任意比率混合而成。
4、根据权利要求1所说的服装用织物，其特征在于：紫外线变色丝的纤度在20～1000纤度范围。
5、根据权利要求1所说的服装用织物，其特征在于：紫外线变色丝的织物可编织成平纹、斜纹、缎纹、刺绣中的任何一种。
6、根据权利要求3所说的服装用织物，其特征在于：由紫外线变色丝和一般短纤维以任意比率混合组成的变色丝的棉纱支数在100～3。
