技术领域
本发明涉及一种添加剂，具体是涉及造纸过程用的增强添加剂。
背景技术
纸张生产增强添加剂是关系纸生产质量的一个重要因素，现有技术的造纸添加剂一般是采用淀粉和水、催化剂等制成，如申请号为94109402，申请日为1994年8月25日，发明名称为一种造纸用助剂及其生产方法的专利申请，它公开了提供一种多功能造纸助剂，助剂的配比为(按重量比)魔芋精粉∶液体烧碱∶氯乙酸∶水∶酸类催化剂是100∶20—110∶10—50∶70—250∶0.1—1，反应温度30—80±2℃，反应时间15—36小时，产物是砂糖状固含量为35—55％的助剂。此专利采用大量的淀粉和极微量的催化剂，加上大量的水及其他原料，这样生产成本比较高，制成的纸，存在不利于脱水，干燥速度慢，性能不稳定等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种干燥速度快、性能指标优异的纸张生产增强添加剂。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现上述目的：
该纸张生产增强添加剂，其特征在于，它是由如下组份(重量份)构成：制浆水780-820份、淀粉100-300份、烧碱2-8份、硼砂5-30份、稳定剂0.5-10份、转化剂0.5-10份、树脂0.5-10份、水500-3000份。
采用上述配方组份的纸张生产增强添加剂优点在于，通过对比实验可知，在测量了150米/分的车速下加入喷雾淀粉的150g等强纸的各项物理指标，由于水分偏大(12％)，所以环压偏低，只有5.02，把纸样放入160℃的烘箱，烘干五分钟后取出，在自然环境放置十分钟后，测得环压为6.62，耐破为1.82，耐水1.5分钟。在加入本发明增强剂后，定量150.67g，取样后，测得水分12％，环压5.2，把样纸放入160℃的烘箱，烘干五分钟后取出，在自然环境放置十分钟后，测得环压7.14，耐破2.33，耐水达到5分钟以上。从整体实验效果来看，本增强剂的效果明显，生产的样纸耐破比提高了27.5％，耐水性能提高的也较大。
具体实施方式
本发明的主要特点在于硼砂的比例有一定增加，从而有效地提高了纸张的耐水性能及强度，而且采用部分量的淀粉及少量转化剂等，纸张的生产成本明显降低。
本发明的纸张生产增强添加剂其组份如下(重量份)：制浆水800公斤、淀粉175公斤、烧碱5.5公斤、硼砂20公斤、稳定剂2公斤、转化剂5公斤、树脂2公斤，再加水1600公斤，将上述组份混合搅拌即可。
采用本发明增强添加剂制造的纸具有环压、耐水、干燥速度等物理指标优异，而且生产速度快，跟现有技术相比，也不会增加成本，具有良好的推广价值。

1.一种纸张生产增强添加剂，包括淀粉和水，其特征在于，它是由如下重量份的组份构成：制浆水780-820份、淀粉100-300份、烧碱2-8份、硼砂5-30份、稳定剂0.5-10份、转化剂0.5-10份、树脂0.5-10份、水500-3000份。
