Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种鼻刺激器,其可以扩张和刺激鼻翼的提肌(levator muscle),以改进主要靠嘴呼吸的鼻塞患者的呼吸状况。本发明通过将内部穿孔的硅质筒体插入到一个或两个鼻孔中而使其得以扩张,从而便于呼吸。
背景技术
我们都知道鼻子不能正常呼吸所产生的不适。这些不适可能由各种原因产生,比如,鼻中隔偏曲(deviated septum)、鼻肌肉缺乏刺激、鼻软骨缺陷等。
市场上有许多不同的解决因鼻子结构缺陷而带来呼吸问题的产品。这些产品的应用是将它们塞入到鼻孔中,不管是液体形式还是喷雾形式,目的是使鼻肌肉扩张,从而可以正常呼吸一段时间。
本发明避免了在鼻孔中使用任何类型的液体或者喷雾,因为从长远看来这些产品效果较差,并且能引起患者对这些产品上瘾。相反,根据每个人的情况,本发明的鼻刺激器是塞入到一个或者每个鼻孔中,除了面对鼻中隔(nasal septum)或隔墙(wall)的区域以外,其内部为穿孔的硅质筒体并具有加宽的外周特征,这些加宽的外周扩张了通道空间(opening space)或者穹隆(dome),刺激鼻翼的提肌,并帮助鼻腔或鼻中隔(septum center)的中心重新改造鼻软骨;所述的筒体的底部轮缘(rim)上还包括凸出的唇部(protruding lip),唇部与鼻翼侧壁的外部接触并从外部刺激鼻翼侧壁的提肌。总之,所述的刺激器有利于使用者通过鼻子呼吸。
本发明的鼻刺激器被设计成可供所有的具有鼻呼吸问题的人们使用,包括运动员和具有普通畸形问题的个体。
发明内容
本发明的鼻刺激器包括一个或者两个大约1厘米高的硅质筒体,其内部设孔,并且其外表面的中部加宽。加宽部沿整个外周除了面对鼻中隔的筒体上的区域以外。在加宽部与鼻子内部之间产生的轻擦或者接触刺激了鼻翼的提肌,而且加宽部还引起了鼻孔的轻微扩大。
每个硅质筒体的下部以唇部或者轮缘结束,用以在筒体被塞入鼻孔中来扩张鼻子通道空间或者穹隆时,阻止筒体进入鼻孔的深度大于合理的深度。一种突出的支撑与轮缘一体成型,其产生与鼻翼外部的接触,并刺激分布在对应外侧的鼻翼提肌,其增加使用者鼻子外部的压力,允许鼻刺激器的结合与紧固。
加宽部对鼻孔内侧的轻擦、凸出支撑与鼻翼外部之间的外部轻擦或者接触、以及随之发生地鼻孔的扩张,上述三者的结合效果有利于患者舒适地呼吸。

具体实施方式
在第一种具体实施方式中,与图1至图4所示内容一致地,本发明的鼻刺激器包括内部穿孔的、由硅制成的筒体1。在筒体1外周的大约一半高度的位置,筒体加宽部2遍及整个外周除了面向鼻中隔的同样的区域以外,其功能是刺激遍布在鼻孔内壁的鼻翼提肌。这种刺激通过接触或者轻擦而产生,接触或者轻擦发生在加宽部2与鼻子内部之间,这使呼吸作用或者呼吸变得轻松。在筒体的下部或者当使用者将刺激器塞入鼻子时留在鼻子外部的部分,筒体1设有用于限位的周边轮缘(peripheral rim)3,刺激器向鼻子的塞入不会越过那里。在轮缘3上一体形成的凸出支撑或者唇部(support or lip)4增加了使用者鼻子外部的压力,从而允许鼻刺激器的连接或结合以及紧固。此外,最重要的是,接触和轻碰鼻翼外部刺激了遍布在对应鼻翼外部的鼻翼提肌。
作为第二种具体实施方式,鼻刺激器包括两个同样的独立的筒体,每个鼻孔中塞入一个筒体。尽管从本发明的本质上来讲尺寸是没有限制的,但是应当与使用者的鼻子尺寸一致,一些定位尺寸(orientative dimensions)是:高1厘米,内部直径8毫米(图4中以(Y)表示),以及外部直径(图4中以(X)表示)在12毫米与16毫米之间。
作为第三种具体实施方式,如图5-图8所示,本发明的鼻刺激器包括两个筒体1,筒体上除了每个筒体面向鼻中隔的部分以外的外周上设有加宽部2,两个筒体的中间通过舌部5结合,舌部从轮缘3上与每个筒体的凸出支撑4径向相反的部分向外凸出。舌部的长度足够长以便使用者可以将两个筒体都塞入鼻孔中,并且,所述舌部5具有轻微的弓形以利于方便地定位。
一旦本发明的本质如同一些主要具体实施方式那样被充分地揭示,可能在本发明的整体和构成本发明的部件上增加特征,也可能在形状、材料以及配置方面引入变化,只要上述变更没有充分改变本发明的特征,这些变更都在这里被要求保护。
Claims (2)
1.一种由硅材料制成的鼻刺激器,包括一个内部穿孔的筒体(1)和在筒体外表面的中间设有加宽部(2),所述加宽部覆盖除了在使用时面对鼻中隔的小的区域以外的筒体的整个外周,所述的筒体(1)的下部设置轮缘,所述轮缘(3)具有凸起支撑或者突出部(4),其特征在于,所述加宽部在鼻子的内壁上产生刺激鼻翼提肌的接触或者轻擦,所述的支撑或者凸出支撑(4)在鼻子的外壁上引起刺激鼻翼提肌的接触或者轻擦,因此,所述鼻刺激器的外形和形状特征都在鼻翼上引起轻擦,从而所述鼻刺激器刺激鼻子的提肌。
2.如权利要求1所述的鼻刺激器,其特征在于,所述的筒体(1)有两个,该两个筒体(1)通过弯曲舌部(5)连结在一起,该弯曲舌部(5)与所述的轮缘(3)相连,并位于与每个筒体(1)的突出部(4)在直径方向上相反方向的位置上,所述的弯曲舌部(5)具有如此长度,其可使得每个筒体(1)插入鼻孔中并可所述鼻刺激器至舒适位置。
