本发明公开了一种低气压气体放电灯用固汞合金,是含铋锌汞的合金,铋锌汞的质量比为:Bi∶Zn∶Hg=20-90∶0-30∶5-50;由常规制造方法制得的本发明固汞合金应用于紧凑型荧光灯、杀菌灯等管壁温度高的低气压气体放电灯中取代液汞,使这类低气压气体放电灯在40-70℃温度区域具有更理想的汞蒸气压,从而获得较高的发光效率,提高汞有效率。与现有技术相比,具有更好的环保性能。

低气压气体放电灯用固汞合金
技术领域
本发明涉及一种固态汞合金材料,具体是一种低气压气体放电灯用固汞合金。
背景技术
低气压气体放电灯在放电过程中汞原子被不断激发,产生波长为253.7nm的紫外线,利用该紫外线杀菌或激发荧光粉产生可见光。汞作为产生253.7nm紫外线的激发物质需要加入灯内,灯破碎或灯寿命结束的处理过程中,汞会造成环境污染,随着人们环保意识加强,加入灯内的汞量必须严格控制,加入灯内的汞量过少,灯有效寿命短,加入灯内的汞量过大,对环境造成的污染大,液汞由于液体表面张力的原因难于准确称量,固态汞合金由于固体态,易准确称量,在低气压气体放电灯中正不断取代液汞。
目前普遍采用锌汞合金、锌锡汞合金取代液汞,锌汞合金用于荧光灯、紧凑型荧光灯,锌锡汞合金用于紧凑型荧光灯。锌汞合金汞蒸汽压温度特性与液汞接近,用于荧光灯中代替液汞,灯获得良好的光电特性,锌汞合金用于紧凑型荧光灯发光效率偏低。紧凑型荧光灯、杀菌灯等这类低气压气体放电灯管壁温度比荧光灯高,锌汞合金在该温度下汞蒸汽压大于最佳效率所需的0.8Pa,波长为253.7nm的紫外辐射输出效率低,所以发光效率低。锌锡汞合金用于紧凑型荧光灯,光电参数优于锌汞合金,汞在灯内被不断消耗,需要从汞合金中不断补充,锌锡汞合金中的汞只有一部分可不断释放用于补充,一部分留在合金中不能释放,汞有效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述不足,提供一种使紧凑型荧光灯、杀菌灯等这类工作温度区域为40-70℃的低气压气体放电具有更理想的汞蒸汽压,能提高汞有效率的低气压气体放电灯用的固汞合金。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,是含有铋锌汞的合金,铋锌汞的质量比为:
Bi∶Zn∶Hg=20-90∶0-30∶5-50。
本发明以铋汞合金,应用于紧凑型荧光灯、杀菌灯等低气压气体放电灯中取代液汞,使这类低气压气体放电灯在工作温度区域40-70℃具有更理想的汞蒸汽压,从而获得较高的发光效率,提高汞有效率,减少对环境造成的污染。
本发明以铋锌汞合金,应用于紧凑型荧光灯、杀菌灯等低气压气体放电灯中取代液汞,使这类低气压气体放电灯在工作温度区域40-70℃具有更理想的汞蒸汽压,从而获得较高的发光效率,提高汞有效率,减少对环境造成的污染。
本发明以铋锌汞辅以锡(Sn)、镓(Ga)、银(Ag)、铜(Cu)等金属组成的铋锌多元汞合金。通过选择金属、调配各种金属的比例,在工作温度区域内,使灯获得良好的发光效率。
本发明按以上所述的合金配比后,可以用常规的熔融滴制成球丸的方法制造,也可以是用常规的模铸成球丸或圆柱体的方法制造,也可以是用常规的压制成球丸或圆柱体的方法制造。
具体实施方式
实施例1:铋锌汞按质量比(m/m)Bi∶Zn∶Hg=77∶3∶20经熔融滴制成球丸铋锌汞合金,最佳工作温度50℃,应用在5-15w紧凑型荧光灯中取代液汞,平均光效比锌汞合金高1%。
实施例2:铋锌汞按质量比(m/m)Bi∶Zn∶Hg=20∶30∶50经熔融滴制成球丸铋锌汞合金,应用在5-15w紧凑型荧光灯中取代液汞,灯具有良好的光电参数。
实施例3:铋锌银汞按质量比(m/m)Bi∶Zn∶Ag∶Hg=75∶8∶2∶15经熔融模铸成球丸铋锌银汞合金,应用在5-20w紧凑型荧光灯中取代液汞,灯具有良好的光电参数。
实施例4:铋汞按质量比(m/m)Bi∶Hg=90∶5经熔融喷雾成铋汞合金粉,铋汞合金粉与Cu粉按质量比95∶5混合压制成圆柱体,应用在5-28w紧凑型荧光灯中取代液汞,灯具有良好的光电参数。
实施例5:铋锌汞按质量比(m/m)Bi∶Zn∶Hg=30∶10∶40经熔融喷雾成铋锌汞合金粉,铋锌汞合金粉与Sn粉、Cu粉按80∶5∶15的比例混合压制成球丸或圆柱体,应用在13-20w紧凑型荧光灯,灯具有良好的光电参数。
