Abstract

钨合金顶头涉及一种用于穿制不锈钢、合金钢和高温合金等无缝管用的顶头。主要是为解决现有的钼合金顶头造价高,使用寿命短,穿管数量少的问题而研制的。特征是它的化学组成成份以钨为主,并含有占总重量0.5-5%的碳化钛和/或占总重量0.5-5%的碳化锆。也可以再加入适量的碳及其它微量元素。优点是使用寿命长,穿管数量多,造价低。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种用于穿制不锈钢、合金钢和高温合金等无缝管用的顶头。
背景技术:
目前用于穿制不锈钢、合金钢和高温合金等无缝管用的钼合金顶头造价高,使用寿命短,例如每支DM55毫米的钼合金顶头的穿管数量约5吨。
发明内容:本发明的目的是提供一种造价高,使用寿命长,穿管数量多的钨合金顶头。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:采用第二相弥散强化的钨基复合材料。在钨合金中形成碳化钛、碳化锆等第二相颗粒,强化钨合金的抗弯强度和抗断裂韧度。添加适量的其它微量元素,细化合金晶粒,降低冷脆转变温度。
具体生产方法是:采用粉末冶金法生产。在钨粉中添加占总重量0.5-5%的碳化钛和/或0.5-5%的碳化锆。这样生产出来的钨合金顶头的化学组成成份就是以钨为主,并含有占总重量0.5-5%的碳化钛和/或占总重量0.5-5%的碳化锆。也可以再加入适量的碳及其它微量元素。
本发明的优点是在高温状态下强度高,耐磨性好,使用寿命长,同样是直径55毫米的钨合金顶头的穿管数量在10吨左右,使用寿命延长1倍,而生产成本却低于钼合金顶头。
具体实施方式:采用粉末冶金法生产,在钨粉中添加占总重量0.5%或1%或2%或3%或5%的碳化钛和/或占总重量0.5%或1%或2%或3%或5%的碳化锆,也可以再加入适量的碳及其它微量元素。将上述原料混合均匀后在等静压机内压制成坯,利用粉末冶金炉烧结成形。经热处理后再机械加工而成。

1、钨合金顶头,其特征在于它的化学组成成份以钨为主,并含有占总重量0.5-5%的碳化钛和/或占总重量0.5-5%的碳化锆。
