Abstract

本发明涉及想要允许某种图案或者花样显示的可见织物物品。更尤其是,本发明涉及可见的织物显示系统,其可以在一件衣服、家具中或者其它位置中实现,以通过静电电荷的作用提供通信和指示的或者装饰的显示。
背景技术
例如,对于设计者和时尚工业,动态改变衣服的织物的外观的主意是非常需要的并且当然地具有吸引力。有很多利用指示的和装饰的控制的显示器。迄今为止尝试包括嵌入的LED、热变色的液晶和涂覆到织物的场致发光材料。然而,这些技术使用额外的制造工作和成本。
如下面具体描述的,已经发现使用施加到织物的区域的静电电荷来实现可见的显示是有效的,和现有技术不同,它们不包括附加设备的使用。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种显示织物系统,其包括在其中至少具有一个用于通过静电电场的导电层的织物层,和多个表面,在其表面上具有多个毛皮,使得被毛皮覆盖的可选择区域可以以响应于静电电场的基本上垂直的方向选择性地延伸出织物层,由此显示织物层的表面颜色。在操作中,通过用户的启动经由导电层产生电场,使得被毛皮覆盖的所选择区域可以互相排斥并以基本上垂直的方向延伸出织物层。织物表面可以包括多种不同颜色的表面。
根据本发明的一个方面,可以以常规的方式,使用可容易利用的织物和材料构成希望的形式和功能的衣服或者家具,以及充当可见显示系统的织物可以方便地放置在允许人们容易手动启动的可穿衣服或者家具内。
根据本发明的另一个方面,衣服包括衬衫、帽子、夹克、背心、时尚装饰物等。

在下面的描述中,为了说明而不是限制的目的,陈述具体的细节,例如特殊的结构、接口、技术等,其目的是提供对本发明的全面理解。为了简化和清楚,省略公知的器件、电路和方法的具体描述,以防止不必要的细节模糊了对本发明的描述。
现在参考附图的图1,根据本发明的织物显示系统10包括具有在其下安装了导电材料的柔性层12的织物层14。在织物层14的顶表面上,由此形成毛皮状或者毛发状16(下文中称作“毛皮”)。导电层12可以以回路的形式耦接到电源,通过用户以任何公知的方式启动开关来传输希望的电压电平,使得耦接到电源的毛皮状表面能够对毛皮状表面的区域进行静电充电,使得在毛皮的方向局部变化。
例如,还可以以常规的无袖上衣、帽子或者短的或者长袖内衣或者夹克的形式引入图1描述的实施例。在替换实施例中,为了可见显示的目的,图1的实施例可以在家具中或者导电层12的层可以用作电源耦合的其它位置中实现。
参考图2,毛皮16(b)几乎平坦地放置并以正常状态覆盖织物层14的大部分表面。当通过用户启动来给织物层14的给定表面进行静电充电时,毛皮16(b)彼此排斥并还被表面排斥,由此几乎垂直于表面地固定,并显示表面的颜色。区域的放电导致毛皮放置回它们最初的位置。带电层12可以在它的面向外的表面上以这样的方法携带正电荷或者负电荷,即存在于表面力的静电力强制毛皮16和表面排斥,并且以基本上垂直的方向延伸出表面,由此显示出表面的颜色。
织物层14的表面可以分成多种预定的图案和不同的颜色。因此,通过不同颜色的织物表面以及构成图案的多件织物的方向可以确定图案。例如,可以将每个区域认为是像素并由此对不同的区域进行充/放电,可以实现对比中的变化,其能形成二维图像或者图案。
织物层14的材料还可以是天然的或者人造的,以及可以由用任何公知的方式编织或者片状地形成的由这些材料制成的织物。例如,织物层14可以由材料,比如棉花、聚脂、弹性合成纤维,其组合物等等构成。可替换地,织物层14可以由非编织的(毡制的)或者编织的织物或者复合结构构成。然而,在每一种替换情况中,导电层12被包括在织物的产品中,由此提供导电层。可以通过将它们印刷到织物层14上来制造导电层12,或者导电层可以作为胶粘带被安装。可替换地,可以通过将包含导电微粒的材料印刷到织物层14上制造导电层12。所有所述的可替换方法提供适当的粘接,形成可靠的电连接。
尽管已经举例说明和描述了本发明的优选实施例,本领域技术人员将可以理解的是,在不脱离本发明的实际范围的条件下,可以作出各种变化和变形,并对其部件进行等效的替代。因此,附图中的互连系统的形状不应当是对本发明的范围强加的限制。因此,意图是,本发明不应当局限于公开的特殊实施例作为用于实现本发明预期的最好形式,而是本发明包括落在附带的权利要求的范围之内的所有实施例。

Claims (19)

1、一种显示织物(10),包括:
织物层(14),该织物层在其内具有至少一层用于通过电场的导电层(12),所述织物层(14)在其表面上具有多个毛皮(16),该毛皮响应所述电场以基本垂直的方向延伸出所述织物层(14),由此显示所述织物的表面颜色。
2、如权利要求1的显示织物,其中所述织物层(14)的表面包括多个预定颜色的图案表面。
3、如权利要求1的显示织物,其中所述导电层(12)在它的面向外面的表面上携带正或者负电荷,使得存在于所述织物层(14)的表面内的静电场强迫所述毛皮排斥并以基本垂直的方向延伸。
4、如权利要求1的显示织物,其中所述导电层(12)用于耦合至电源。
5、如权利要求1的显示织物,其中所述织物层(14)耦合到在衣服中集成的织物电路。
6、如权利要求5的显示织物,其中所述衣服是衬衫。
7、如权利要求5的显示织物,其中所述衣服是内衣。
8、如权利要求5的显示织物,其中所述衣服是夹克。
9、如权利要求5的显示织物,其中所述衣服是帽子。
10、如权利要求1的显示织物,其中所述织物层(14)耦合到在家具中集成的织物电路。
11、一种用可穿衣服提供可见的显示的方法,所述方法包括步骤:
提供织物层(14),该织物层在其内具有至少一层用于通过电场的导电层(12),和在其表面上的多个毛皮(16);
将设置有所述织物层(14)的所述衣服穿在人身上;和
可选择地将静电力施加到所述导电层(12)的可选择区域,以迫使相应的所述毛皮(16)以基本上垂直的方向延伸出所述织物层(14),由此显示所述织物的表面颜色。
12、如权利要求11的方法,还包括步骤:在所述织物层(14)的表面上提供多个预定颜色的图案表面。
13、如权利要求11的方法,还包括步骤:将电源耦合到所述导电层(12),以通过人启动在其上产生电场。
14、如权利要求11的方法,其中所述衣服是衬衫。
15、如权利要求11的方法,其中所述衣服是内衣。
16、如权利要求11的方法,其中所述衣服是夹克。
17、如权利要求11的方法,其中所述衣服是帽子。
18、一种用可穿衣服提供可见的显示的方法,所述方法包括步骤:
提供织物层(14),该该织物层在其内具有至少一层用于通过电场的导电层(12),和在其表面上的多个毛皮(16);
将所述织物层(194)集成在家具中;和
可选择地将静电力施加到所述导电层(12)的可选择区域,以迫使相应的所述毛皮(16)以基本上垂直的方向延伸出所述织物层(14),由此显示所述织物的表面颜色。
19、如权利要求18的方法,还包括步骤:在所述织物层(14)的表面上提供多个预定颜色的图案表面。
