Abstract
本发明公开了一种服务质量(QoS)检测的方法、系统及装置,通过在用户终端内设置QoS测量单元,当用户通过用户终端使用网络设备提供的业务时,由用户终端对用户使用业务进行QoS统计并保存统计后的QoS统计值。应用本发明所提供的方法、系统及装置,能实现对每个用户使用的每个业务都能进行QoS统计,实现了网络系统完备的QoS运营,有利于服务提供商进一步提高服务质量。另外,本发明又提出了一种基于QoS的计费系统,该基于QoS的计费系统能基于用户使用业务的QoS,对用户使用的业务进行计费。同时,本发明又提出了一种基于QoS的故障测试系统,该故障测试系统能够针对用户使用业务,对用户使用业务的故障进行测试。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及服务质量(QoS)技术,尤指一种QoS检测的方法、系统、装置,及基于QoS的计费和故障测试系统。
背景技术
随着业务的发展和竞争的加剧,QoS已经成为影响业务运营成功的重要因素,用户和服务提供商、或者运营商在签订服务水平协议(SLA,servicelevel agreement)后,服务提供商需要对实际提供给用户的业务进行QoS管理,包括QoS的测量、控制、统计、报告等。今后服务提供商对用户使用业务的计费也需要考虑相应业务的SLA,SLA违规后还需要启动对客户的赔偿,因此必须有一种准确、可管理的QoS测量方法供服务提供商或者运营商使用。
QoS目前的测量方法主要是由网络侧的设备在网络侧进行测量,或是通过外挂的仪表在测量点测量。现有技术中,进行QoS检测的网络系统如图1所示,其中包括用户终端11、传输媒介12,网络设备13,测试探头14,测试、监测系统或仪表15和网管系统16。
用户通过用户终端11连接到网络设备13上,接受服务提供商通过网络设备13提供给用户的业务。用户终端11通过传输媒介12连接到网络设备13上,传输媒介12可以是无线传输方式、也可以是铜线或是光纤等有线传输方式。测试、监测系统或仪表15,可以是线路自动测试系统、或称为112系统,七号信令监测系统或数据业务监测系统,它们通过在传输媒介12和网络设备13上设置的测试探头14,对传输媒介12或网络设备13进行QoS检测。网管系统16从网络设备13上收集统计数据用于对业务的性能进行分析以及定位故障,收集的统计数据包括用户数、业务量、业务成功率等,网管系统实现的功能可以简单归之为FCAPS(Fault、Configuration、Account、Performance、Security),这里FCAPS是指对业务或者设备的故障(Fault)、配置(Configuration)、记帐(Account)、性能(Performance)和安全(Security)进行分析统计。
这里,所述的网络设备可以是:互联网中的路由器、服务器,或移动通信领域中的移动交换中心(MSC)、通用分组无线业务网关支持节点(GGSN)、通用分组无线业务支持节点(SGSN)、归属位置寄存器(HLR)和短消息服务中心(SMSC)。
用户通过用户终端11使用网络提供业务的过程,简要介绍如下:用户通过用户终端11向网络设备13发送使用业务的请求,在网络设备13接受用户使用业务后,用户通过用户终端11使用网络设备13提供的业务;当用户使用完网络提供的业务时,用户通过用户终端11向网络设备13发送结束当前使用业务的请求,当网络设备13接受用户结束业务的请求后,用户正常结束当前使用的业务。
其中,用户终端11可以移动终端、个人电脑(PC)机、网络电话(VoIP)电话机或是电视机机顶盒,其内部结构通常如图2所示,包括:应用层子系统单元210、中间件单元220、通信功能单元230和操作系统单元240。
用户通过用户终端11中的应用层子系统单元210、中间件单元220、通信功能单元230和操作系统单元240向网络设备发送或结束使用业务的请求,并通过用户终端11中的应用层子系统单元210、中间件单元220、通信功能单元230和操作系统单元240享受网络设备13提供的服务。
应用层子系统210,用于实现用户接口,为用户提供特定的服务,如VoIP业务、浏览器、媒体播放器、在线聊天业务、在线游戏、内容下载等;中间件单元220,用于为应用程序提供统一接口,并提供一些公共的功能给应用程序,比如访问数据库、处理HTTP协议、对数据编解码、以及一些公共协议层功能,例如:H.323,会话发起协议(SIP),实时传送协议(RTP),实时传输控制协议(RTCP),H.248,媒体网关控制协议(MGCP),其中H.323是ITU-T定义的一组分组网上进行多媒体通讯的协议,H.248是媒体网关控制器和媒体网关之间的控制协议;通信功能单元230,用于执行通信协议,比如无线接口协议、以太网接口协议、TCP/IP协议等;操作系统单元240,用于实现对用户终端11内硬件资源的管理,如对输入设备和输出设备管理,并向应用层子系统单元210、中间件单元220和通信功能单元230提供访问硬件资源的接口。
例如,在用户使用视频电话业务的过程中,应用层子系统单元210启动视频电话业务的应用,视频电话业务的应用调用中间件单元220。中间件单元220提供视频电话所需协议的支撑,例如,假设此次的视频电话业务是基于H.323的视频电话业务,中间件单元220则提供H.323协议栈,视频语音编解码,媒体传输控制协议等的处理,中间件单元220在处理协议的过程中还需调用通信功能单元230提供的TCP/IP通信功能,在用户使用此次视频电话业务过程中所使用到的操作均使用了操作系统单元240提供的基本功能。
在用户终端11中,应用层子系统单元210、中间件单元220、通信功能单元230和操作系统单元240在业务的运营过程中均会收集、统计一些与业务或设备性能、故障、配置、访问等相关的数据。例如,操作系统单元240可以监测到物理端口的误码率、链路层的重传、错帧等指标。通信功能单元230可以监测和统计出传输速率、丢包率、包抖动、包传输延迟等指标。中间件单元220可以监测和统计出控制层协议的错误、延迟,媒体层协议的错误、延迟、编解码错误等指标。应用层子系统单元210则可以针对不同的业务,收集、统计到一些与业务相关的数据,例如视频电话业务,应用层子系统单元210则可以监测到图像、声音的质量、同步性能、操作响应时间等指标。
通过对图1和图2的介绍可知,现有技术中QoS检测的方法,主要是依靠测试、监测系统或仪表15或者网管系统16去完成。当测试、监测系统或仪表15为112线路自动测试系统,112线路自动测试系统通过对用户线进行物理电气特性的测量,如电压、电流、电阻、电容、电感、噪声、频响特性,以及对局端或用户端进行仿真,测试得到用户接入部分的故障,进行相应QoS的评估。对于监测系统或仪表15为七号信令或数据业务监测系统时,七号信令或数据业务监测系统通过采集网络侧的七号信令、数据业务控制信令、路由信息等,合成相关的会话、呼叫、事务等的详细记录,通过分析记录获得网络侧的QoS信息。
当通过网管系统16进行QoS检测时,网管系统16会从网络设备13中收集告警、性能和统计等数据,并根据所得到的数据得到网络的QoS。
在现有技术的QoS检测方法中,由于选择的检测点不直接在用户端,以及QoS的测量结果主要是针对物理层、链路层或是网络层的,因此很难针对单独的用户进行QoS检测,进而更不能实现针对用户所使用业务的QoS检测。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种QoS检测的方法,该方法能够面向用户,对用户使用的业务进行QoS检测。
同时,本发明的又一主要目的在于提供一种QoS检测的系统,该系统能够面向用户,对用户使用的业务进行QoS检测。
另外,本发明的另一主要目的在于提供一种QoS检测的装置,应用该装置能够面向用户,对用户使用的业务进行QoS检测。
再者,本发明的又另一主要目的在于提供一种基于QoS的计费系统,应用该系统能够基于用户使用业务的QoS,对用户使用的业务进行计费。
最后,本发明的再一主要目的在于提供一种基于QoS的故障测试系统,应用该系统能够针对用户使用的业务,进行故障测试。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种服务质量QoS检测方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
A、当用户通过用户终端使用网络设备提供的业务时,用户终端启动针对当前用户使用业务的QoS统计;
B、用户终端根据用户当前使用业务的类型,收集自身内部的QoS参数,根据收集到的QoS参数统计并保存QoS统计值。
其中,用户终端包括:应用层子系统单元、中间件单元、通信功能单元和操作系统单元,用户终端内进一步设置QoS测量单元,在应用层子系统单元中保存各业务所需统计的QoS统计值、以及在QoS测量单元中保存各QoS统计值所需的QoS参数,步骤B中,所述用户终端根据用户当前使用业务的类型,收集自身内部的QoS参数为:
应用层子系统单元,根据用户当前使用业务的类型、以及保存的各业务所需统计的QoS统计值,确定当前所需统计的QoS统计值;
QoS测量单元根据QoS统计值确定所需收集的QoS参数,并根据所需收集的QoS参数从应用层子系统单元、中间件单元、通信功能单元和操作系统单元中的一个或一个以上的功能单元收集。
另外,进一步设置QoS服务器,QoS服务器与网络设备相连,该方法进一步包括:
当用户结束当前业务时,用户终端向QoS服务器报告当前用户业务使用完成;QoS服务器从用户终端中取出并保存当前用户的QoS统计值。
另外,进一步设置112系统测试服务器,112系统测试服务器与QoS服务器相连,该方法进一步包括:
112系统测试服务器从QoS服务器中取出用户使用业务的QoS统计值,并根据取出的QoS统计对用户使用的业务进行故障测试。
另外,进一步设置计费系统服务器,计费系统服务器与QoS服务器相连,该方法进一步包括:
计费系统服务器从QoS服务器中取出用户使用业务的QoS统计值,并根据取出的QoS统计对用户使用的业务进行计费。

本发明所提供的一种服务质量检测方法、系统及装置,通过在用户终端内设置QoS测量单元,当用户通过用户终端使用网络设备提供的业务时,由用户终端对用户当前使用业务进行QoS统计并保存统计后的QoS统计值。在本发明中,由于直接在用户终端内设置QoS测量单元,根据用户使用的业务进行QoS统计,因此可以直接反映用户使用业务的QoS状况,实现对每个用户使用的每一个业务都能进行QoS统计,实现了网络系统完备的QoS运营,有利于服务提供商进一步提高服务质量。另外,本发明又提出了一种基于QoS的计费系统,该基于QoS的计费系统能够基于用户使用业务的QoS,对用户使用的业务进行计费。同时,本发明又提出了一种基于QoS的故障测试系统,该基于QoS的故障测试系统能够针对用户使用业务,对用户使用业务的故障进行测试。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下参照附图并举实施例,对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
本实施例中面向用户的QoS检测系统如图3所示,其中除了包括:传输媒介12和网络设备13,还包括:用户终端31、QoS服务器37。
其中,所述用户终端31的内部结构示意图如图4所述,除了包括应用层子系统单元410、中间件单元220、通信功能单元230、操作系统单元240,还进一步包括QoS测量单元450。QoS测量单元450包括:业务测量单元451和QoS代理单元452。
其中,应用层子系统单元410,用于根据用户使用业务的类型得到希望得到的QoS统计值,并将当前希望得到的QoS统计值发送给业务测量单元451。
所述业务测量单元451,用于根据应用层子系统单元410的指示,针对用户当前使用的业务,从应用层子系统单元410、中间件单元220、通信功能单元230以及操作系统单元240收集用于统计当前希望得到的QoS统计值的QoS参数,统计得到用户当前使用业务的QoS统计值。在用户结束业务时,将统计得到的QoS统计值发送至QoS代理单元452中保存。QoS代理单元452,用于接收并保存业务测量单元451发送来的QoS统计值。

用户通过用户终端31使用网络设备13提供业务的过程与现有技术相同,所不同的是:当用户开始使用一个业务时,应用层子系统单元410通知QoS测量单元450中的业务测量单元451针对用户当前使用的业务进行QoS统计,通知消息中携带本次业务的应用标识APP_ID以及希望获得的QoS统计值EXPT_QoS。业务测量单元451根据本次业务的应用标识以及希望获得的QoS统计值,从应用层子系统单元410、中间件单元220、通信功能单元230和操作系统单元240中收集用于统计当前业务QoS统计值的QoS参数,并根据收集到的QoS参数统计本次所需的QoS统计值。
当用户结束当前使用的业务时,应用层子系统单元410向业务测量单元451发送业务使用结束指示,指示业务测量单元451结束对当前用户使用业务的QoS统计。此时,业务测量单元451则将在用户使用业务期间统计的QoS统计值发送给QoS测量单元450中的QoS代理单元452。QoS代理单元452则向QoS服务器37报告当前用户完成了一次业务的使用过程,并根据QoS服务器37的需要,将当前用户使用业务的QoS统计值上报给QoS服务器37。
为了实现面向用户的服务质量检测方法,需要在用户终端内的应用层子系统单元内保存不同类型业务所需检测的QoS统计值,在业务测量单元内保存每个QoS统计值所需的QoS参数、以及每个QoS参数分别来自于应用层子系统单元、中间件单元、通信功能单元和操作系统单元中的哪个功能单元。面向用户的QoS检测方法的详细过程如图5所示:
步骤501~502:用户通过用户终端中的原功能单元向网络设备请求使用网络设备提供的业务。
这里所述的原功能单元包括:应用层子系统单元、中间件单元、通信功能单元和操作系统单元。
步骤503:网络设备通知用户终端中的原功能单元,接受用户使用当前请求的业务。
步骤504:用户通过用户终端使用网络设备提供的业务。
步骤505:当用户启动使用当前的业务后,原功能单元中的应用层子系统单元向业务测量单元发送启动业务QoS测量消息(STRT_QoS_MEA),通知业务测量单元针对当前用户使用的业务进行QoS统计。
启动业务QoS测量消息中包括的参数有:用户当前使用业务的标识APP_ID、服务提供商标识和希望获得的QoS统计值。其中,APP_ID和服务提供商标识均是应用层子系统单元启动业务后从网络侧获得;希望获得的QoS统计值是应用层子系统单元根据用户当前使用业务的类型以及保存的每个业务所希望得到QoS统计值确定。
步骤506:用户终端中的业务测量单元对用户当前使用的业务进行统计。
业务测量单元首先根据步骤505中得到的所希望获得的QoS统计值,以及保存的每个QoS统计值所需的QoS参数确定当前需要收集的QoS参数,然后从应用层子系统单元、中间件单元、通信功能单元以及操作系统单元中收集得到所需的QoS参数。根据收集到QoS参数统计出所需的QoS统计值。其中,具体根据收集到的QoS参数统计得到所希望获得的QoS统计值的方法,可以采用现有技术中的方法。
在此以视频电话业务为例,说明在用户使用视频电话业务时收集QoS参数的情况。在用户使用视频电话业务时,业务测量单元从应用层子系统单元收集话音质量、图像质量和用户操作的响应时间;从中间件单元收集控制视频电话业务协议的QoS质量,如H.323、RTP、RTCP等的错误率、处理响应时间、编解码时的效率;从通信功能单元收集TCP/IP协议栈的错误率、速率、丢包、延时、抖动;从操作系统单元收集物理信号的质量、误码率。
根据业务的不同,业务测量单元并不需要从应用层子系统单元、中间件单元、通信功能单元和操作系统单元中的每个都收集的QoS参数,而只需根据所需收集的参数到相应的功能单元进行收集。
步骤507~509:用户通过用户终端中的原功能单元向网络设备请求结束当前使用的业务;网络设备指示用户终端中原功能单元结束用户当前使用的业务。
步骤510:用户结束当前业务后,用户终端原功能单元中的应用层子系统单元向QoS测量单元发送业务使用结束消息(SRV_COMP),其中携带当前业务的标识APP_ID,以及服务提供商标识,通知当前用户使用的业务结束。
步骤511:业务测量单元得知当前用户使用的业务结束后,则结束当前用户使用业务的QoS统计值的统计,并向QoS代理单元报告当前用户使用业务的QoS统计结果,主要包括:本次应用的标识,服务提供商标识,当前业务的开始及结束时间,以及希望获得的QoS统计值。
步骤512:QoS代理单元通过网络设备向QoS服务器报告用户当前使用了一次业务,携带本次业务的标识、终端标识、服务提供商标识。
步骤513:QoS服务器则向用户终端中的QoS代理单元请求取出用户当前使用业务的QoS统计值。
QoS服务器也可以不立即从QoS代理单元中取出用户当前使用业务的QoS统计值,而是在需要使用的时候取出。
步骤514:QoS代理单元向QoS服务器发送当前用户使用业务的QoS统计值,其中主要包括:当前业务的应用标识、服务提供商标识、业务开始和结束时间、QoS统计值。QoS服务器保存QoS代理单元发送来的用户终端获得的用户当前使用业务的QoS统计值。
在本实施例中介绍的系统可以不包括QoS服务器37;相应的,在图5所述方法的流程中,可以不执行步骤512至514。只要用户终端能够对用户使用的业务进行QoS检测,则就能够实现本发明的发明目的。
本实施例中,在如图3所示的系统结构图中,还可以进一步包括:计费系统服务器68,计费系统服务器68与QoS服务器37相连。由计费系统服务器68组成的新的计费系统的结构图如图6所示。服务提供商利用图6所示的计费系统开展QoS计费的过程为:
当计费系统服务器68需要针对某个用户使用的某项业务进行计费时,首先从QoS服务器37取出该用户使用业务的QoS统计信息,将取出的QoS统计值与用户使用业务的费率联系起来,对用户使用的业务进行计费。例如,根据从QoS服务器37中取出的QoS统计信息,发现当用户使用的业务出现服务质量违例时,服务提供商需要按照和客户的SLA中的规定降低用户使用业务的费率,或给予赔偿。
本实施例中,在如图3所示的系统结构图中,还可以进一步包括:112系统测试服务器78,112系统测试服务器78与QoS服务器37相连。在图3中,设置112系统测试服务器78对用户使用业务进行故障检测的系统结构图示意图如图7所示。在现有技术中,112系统测试服务器是用来根据测试探头测得的数据进行检测的服务器。利用112系统测试服务器78对用户使用的业务进行故障测试的具体过程如下:
当用户在使用业务的过程中发现故障时,用户则向112系统测试服务器78报告发生的故障;112系统测试服务器78则根据发生故障的用户以及用户使用的业务到QoS服务器37中,请求取出用户使用业务的QoS参数;QoS服务器37则根据112系统测试服务器78要求,向112系统测试服务器78返回所需的QoS参数,112系统测试服务器78则根据QoS服务器37返回的参数,进行故障检测。
在本实施例中图3中所示的系统结构图中还可以进一步包括:公证系统,公正系统与QoS服务器37相连,通过QoS服务器37获取用户终端31上用户使用业务的QoS统计值,当用户和服务提供商之间有纠纷时,公证系统就可以依据获得的QoS统计报告作为调解和评断的依据。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用于限定本发明的保护范围。
Claims (15)
1、一种服务质量QoS检测方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
A、当用户通过用户终端使用网络设备提供的业务时,用户终端启动针对当前用户使用业务的QoS统计;
B、用户终端根据用户当前使用业务的类型,收集自身内部的QoS参数,根据收集到的QoS参数统计并保存QoS统计值。
2、根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,用户终端包括:应用层子系统单元、中间件单元、通信功能单元和操作系统单元,用户终端内进一步设置QoS测量单元,在应用层子系统单元中保存各业务所需统计的QoS统计值、以及在QoS测量单元中保存各QoS统计值所需的QoS参数,步骤B中,所述用户终端根据用户当前使用业务的类型,收集自身内部的QoS参数为:
应用层子系统单元,根据用户当前使用业务的类型、以及保存的各业务所需统计的QoS统计值,确定当前所需统计的QoS统计值;
QoS测量单元根据QoS统计值确定所需收集的QoS参数,并根据所需收集的QoS参数从应用层子系统单元、中间件单元、通信功能单元和操作系统单元中的一个或一个以上的功能单元收集。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步设置QoS服务器,QoS服务器与网络设备相连,该方法进一步包括:
当用户结束当前业务时,用户终端向QoS服务器报告当前用户业务使用完成;QoS服务器从用户终端中取出并保存当前用户的QoS统计值。
4、根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步设置112系统测试服务器,112系统测试服务器与QoS服务器相连,该方法进一步包括:
112系统测试服务器从QoS服务器中取出用户使用业务的QoS统计值,并根据取出的QoS统计对用户使用的业务进行故障测试。
5、根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步设置计费系统服务器,计费系统服务器与QoS服务器相连,该方法进一步包括:
计费系统服务器从QoS服务器中取出用户使用业务的QoS统计值,并根据取出的QoS统计对用户使用的业务进行计费。
6、一种QoS检测系统,至少包括:用户终端、传输媒介和网络设备,用户通过用户终端、传输媒介接入网络设备,享受网络设备提供的业务,其特征在于,
所述用户终端:用于收集用户使用业务时的QoS参数,根据收集到的QoS参数统计并保存QoS统计值。
7、根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述用户终端至少包括:应用层子系统单元、中间件单元、通信功能单元、操作系统单元和QoS测量单元;用户通过应用层子系统单元、中间件单元、通信功能单元和操作系统单元使用网络设备提供的业务;
所述应用层子系统单元,当用户发起业务时,指示QoS测量单元开始QoS统计;
所述QoS测量单元,用于根据应用层子系统单元的指示,从应用层子系统单元、中间件单元、通信功能单元和操作系统单元中收集用于统计QoS统计值的QoS参数,统计并保存QoS统计值。
8、根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,所述QoS测量单元包括:业务测量单元和QoS代理单元;
所述业务测量单元,用于根据应用层子系统单元的指示,收集应用层子系统单元、中间件单元、通信功能单元和操作系统单元中的用于统计QoS统计值的QoS参数,统计QoS统计值,并将QoS统计值发送至QoS代理单元;
所述QoS代理单元,用于接收并保存业务测量单元发送的QoS统计值。
9、根据权利要求6、7或8所述的系统,其特征在于,该系统进一步包括:QoS服务器;
所述QoS服务器,用于从用户终端取得并保存用户终端统计得到的用户使用业务的QoS统计值。
10、一种基于QoS的计费系统,至少包括:用户终端、传输媒介和网络设备,用户通过用户终端、传输媒介接入网络设备,享受网络设备提供的业务,其特征在于,进一步包括:QoS服务器和计费系统服务器,QoS服务器与网络设备相连,计费系统服务器与QoS服务器相连;
所述用户终端:用于收集用户使用业务时的QoS参数,根据收集到的QoS参数统计并保存QoS统计值;
所述QoS服务器,用于从用户终端取得并保存用户终端统计得到的用户使用业务的QoS统计值;
所述计费系统服务器,用于从QoS服务器中取得用户使用业务的QoS统计值,根据QoS统计值对用户使用的业务进行计费。
11、一种基于QoS的故障测试系统,至少包括:用户终端、传输媒介和网络设备,用户通过用户终端、传输媒介接入网络设备,享受网络设备提供的业务,其特征在于,进一步包括:QoS服务器和112系统测试服务器,QoS服务器与网络设备相连,112系统测试服务器与QoS服务器相连;
所述用户终端:用于收集用户使用业务时的QoS参数,根据收集到的QoS参数统计并保存QoS统计值;
所述QoS服务器,用于从用户终端取得并保存用户终端统计得到的用户使用业务的QoS统计值;
所述112系统测试服务器,用于从QoS服务器中取得用户使用业务的QoS统计值,根据QoS统计值对用户使用的业务进行故障测试。
12、一种QoS检测装置,至少包括用户终端,其特征在于,该装置进一步包括:QoS测量单元;
所述用户终端在用户发起业务时,指示QoS测量单元开始QoS统计;
所述QoS测量单元,用于根据用户终端的指示,从用户终端各个功能单元收集的QoS参数,统计并保存QoS统计值。
13、根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述用户终端至少包括:应用层子系统单元、中间件单元、通信功能单元和操作系统单元,用户通过应用层子系统单元、中间件单元、通信功能单元和操作系统单元使用用户终端提供的业务。
14、根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述QoS测量单元设置在用户终端内。
15、根据权利要求12、13或14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述QoS测量单元包括:业务测量单元和QoS代理单元;
所述业务测量单元,用于根据应用层子系统单元的指示,收集应用层子系统单元、中间件单元、通信功能单元和操作系统单元中用于统计QoS统计值的QoS参数,统计QoS统计值,并将QoS统计值发送至QoS代理单元;
所述QoS代理单元,用于接收并保存业务测量单元发送的QoS统计值。
