Abstract

一种沐浴水水温控制(节水)装置主要是解决以下问题：目前，人们使用热水器进行洗浴或到浴池洗浴时，水路中残存的冷水往往首先会被放掉。此时，热水箱中的热水就会下流，待水路中的水温升高后方可开始洗治，而采用本装置后，可通过一个水泵使水路中的冷水循环回流到水箱中，同时水箱中的热水不断下流，当水温达到某一合适温度时，即可开始洗浴。

技术背景：随着社会的发展和人类生活条件的逐步改善，当前，国内外千家万户广泛地使用热水器(如太阳能热水器)，同时也有许多浴池为人们洗浴服务。但沐浴者洗浴时，首先必须将水路中残存的冷水放掉，待水温升高后才能开始洗浴，即不仅浪费了自来水而且还会增加用水费用。
发明内容：
1、发明目的：
(1)使沐浴者开始洗浴时即可使用合适温度的热水。
(2)不需白白放掉水路底部残存的冷水。
2、技术方案：
洗浴前开启水泵3，则水路底部残存的冷水沿回水管2，按箭头A方向流回到热水箱1中，而热水箱1中的热水不断经热水管8按箭头B方向流动并使温控器4逐步加热而升温，当其温度达到某一温度时，水泵3停止工作。此时水路中的水即可适合洗浴。

具体实施方案：
据附图所示：洗浴前开启水泵3，则水路底部的冷水即会按箭头A方向沿回水管2流回热水箱1中。同时，热水箱1中的热水亦会按箭头B方向沿热水管8流动，同时使温控器4逐步加热而升温，待其达到一定合适温度(可调)时，指示灯亮，水泵3停止工作，沐浴者即可通过沐浴阀7沐浴。如水温过高，则可通过冷水阀6来调节冷水管5中的冷水量。使冷水按箭头C方向流动。
同理，本装置亦可采用可调式计时器(如微波炉中的计时器)取代温控器4，用计时器来控制水泵3的工作时间。
优点：
1、节省日益枯竭的水资源；
2、节省日益涨价的用水费用；
3、沐浴者不会因等待热水而饱受寒冻和冷水溅洒之苦，有时甚至难免引发感冒之患；
4、提高人类对日益枯竭的水资源的认识和紧迫感及提高节约开支的意识，从而提高人类思想品德。

Claims (2)

1、本沐浴水水温控制(节水)装置的特征在于：沐浴水路中的水泵3使水路中残存的冷水通过回水管2循环回流至热水箱1中，通过温控器4(或计时器)控制水泵的工作时间，以达到控制开始沐浴时水温的目的。
2、按上述权利要求1所述，温控器或计时器的采用与否均属于本装置权利要求保护之列。
