Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于检测在燃油箱(2)中燃油液位的液位传感器(1),固定浮子(6)的杠杆臂(7)具有导向件(14)。导向件(14)与燃油箱(2)的装配口(3)共同作用,并以预设的方向偏转杠杆臂(7)。由此避免液位传感器(1)在燃油箱(2)中装配时的损伤。

Description

液位传感器
本发明涉及到一种用于检测机动车燃油箱中燃料的液位的液位传感器,其具有:固定浮子并跟随燃料液位移动的杠杆臂;用于在燃油箱中装配而设置的支架;以及在所述支架上的杠杆臂的支座。
这种类型的液位传感器大部分情况下具有在支架上设置的电位计或者磁性无源位置传感器用于检测杠杆臂的偏转,并且这种类型的液位传感器在实践中为人熟知。在当今的通常情况下非常扁和长的燃油箱中,杠杆臂同样也很长。为了装配,前面带有浮子的液位传感器穿过一个开的非常小的装配口插入到燃油箱中。接下来将支架固定在燃油箱中。在这种情况下,需要非常小心地将液位传感器穿过装配口插入燃油箱中,因为尤其可能会损伤杠杆臂。此外,在将液位传感器装入到燃油箱中时必须转动杠杆臂,以防止浮子撞击到燃油箱的内壁。
本发明的目的在于改进开头所述类型的液位传感器,从而使其可以特别简单地装配在燃油箱中。
根据本发明这样实现该目的,即杠杆臂具有在侧向突出于支架的导向件,该导向件在它远离支架的一侧具有一个带有导向曲面的轮廓。
利用这个设计,当导向曲面压抵装配口的边缘的时候,杠杆臂可以通过导向件偏转。利用导向曲面的轮廓可以基于根据本发明的液位传感器相对燃油箱的位置确定杠杆臂偏转的角度。因此在向燃油箱中装入根据本发明的液位传感器时不需要用手偏转杠杆臂。因此特别简单地实现了将根据本发明的液位传感器装配到燃油箱中。导向曲面的轮廓可以根据杠杆臂的形状和长度以及燃油箱的形状和长度简单地确定。
根据本发明的一个有利的改进方案,当导向件具有远离支架指向的弧形边缘时,在相同形状的燃油箱和杠杆臂时,导向件的结构变得特别简单。
当液位传感器在一侧利用支架的边缘以及在另一侧利用导向件的导向曲面沿着装配口的边缘滑动的时候,可以实现对杠杆臂特别可靠的导向。借此根据本发明的液位传感器可以直线插入到燃油箱中。此时杠杆臂自动转动到预期位置。根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,当支架在其远离杠杆臂的导向件的一侧具有带有光滑轮廓的边缘时,可以简单地实现这种杠杆臂的自动转动。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,当导向件在杠杆臂上具有一个锁定连接件时,可以简单地改装现有的液位传感器。
当导向件与杠杆臂一体制造时,根据本发明的液位传感器可以特别费用低廉地制造。
通常情况下,杠杆臂具有固定在塑料弯形物上的杠杆丝,其中杠杆丝上固定有(或者支承)浮子。塑料弯形物具有一个锁定部件用于连接杠杆丝。当向燃油箱中装配液位传感器时锁定部件抵触装配口的边缘,在已公开的液位传感器中,锁定部件经常受到被损伤的危险。当杠杆臂具有一个安装在支架上的塑料弯形物以及具有一个与塑料弯形物连接并固定有浮子的杠杆丝,并且当导向件设置在塑料弯形物上时,其有助于进一步降低根据本发明的液位传感器的个别的部件被损伤的危险。
当支架或者与支架固定连接的部件基本上具有燃油箱的装配口的宽度时,其有助于进一步简化根据本发明的液位传感器的装配。借此根据本发明的液位传感器在插入到燃油箱中时通过支架或者与支架连接的部件以及装配口的边缘来导向。因为导向件突出于支架,所以在将液位传感器插入到燃油箱中时杠杆臂被偏转。
当支架设置在设计为用于关闭燃油箱装配口的装配法兰上时,其有助于进一步简化根据本发明的液位传感器的装配。

图1中示出了在燃油箱2中装配时的液位传感器1。燃油箱2具有装配口3。液位传感器1具有在装配法兰4上固定的支架5。装配法兰4在装配完毕的状态下封闭燃油箱2的装配口3,从而使液位传感器1处于燃油箱2之中。液位传感器1具有一个支承(或者说固定)浮子6的杠杆臂7,这个杠杆臂通过支座8铰接在支架5上。杠杆臂7具有塑料弯形物9,连接有浮子6的杠杆丝10通过一个锁定连接件11固定在该塑料弯形物上。杠杆臂7的位置通过电位计12检测。在此杠杆臂7例如固定有一个触桥型接触片(图中未示出),该触桥型接触片与安置在支架5上的滑轨13共同作用。作为选择,杠杆臂7的位置也可以通过磁性无源位置传感器检测,其中杠杆臂7固定有磁体并且一个带有可被磁体偏转的弹簧触尖的电阻网络设置在支架5上。
塑料弯形物9(Bügel)具有一个突出于支架5并带有导向曲面15的导向件14。导向曲面15被设置在远离支架5指向的边缘16上。支架5在远离导向件14的一侧具有一个带有光滑轮廓的边缘17。为了在燃油箱2中装配液位传感器1,浮子6首先穿过装配口3插入到燃油箱2中。接下来将支架5插入到装配口3中时,导向件14抵触装配口3的边界,并且对应于导向曲面15的轮廓使得杠杆臂7偏转。杠杆臂7的位置在图1中示出,其中杠杆臂7利用装配口3的边界偏转。
如在图2中所示出的那样,在液位传感器1进一步插入时,导向件14从装配口3的区域离开。借此避免对杠杆臂7的运动的妨碍,借此避免了通过导向件14检测燃油箱2中燃料的液位。
图3中示出了在图1中示出的带有导向件14的液位传感器1的塑料弯形物9的放大立体图。在此可以看到,导向件14与塑料弯形物9一体制造。塑料弯形物9具有一个支座8的支承孔18,在图1中示出的杠杆丝10的被弯曲的端部穿过轴孔,并构成支承轴。用于固定杠杆丝10的锁定连接件11同样与塑料弯形物9一体制造。在一个未示出的实施例中,导向件14可以具有一个锁定钩并且可以与塑料弯形物9锁定。

Claims (8)

1.用于检测机动车燃油箱中燃料液位的液位传感器,具有:固定浮子并跟随燃油液位移动的杠杆臂;用于在燃油箱中装配而设置的支架;以及在所述支架上的杠杆臂的支座,其特征在于,所述杠杆臂(7)具有侧向突出于支架(5)的导向件(14),所述导向件在它远离支架(5)的一侧具有一个带有导向曲面(15)的轮廓。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液位传感器,其特征在于,所述导向件(14)具有一个远离所述支架(5)指向的弧形边缘(16)。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的液位传感器,其特征在于,所述支架(5)在它远离所述杠杆臂(7)的所述导向件(14)的一侧具有一个带有光滑轮廓的边缘(17)。
4.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的液位传感器,其特征在于,所述导向件(14)在所述杠杆臂(7)上具有锁定连接件。
5.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的液位传感器,其特征在于,所述导向件(14)与所述杠杆臂(7)一体制造。
6.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的液位传感器,其特征在于,所述杠杆臂(7)具有安装在所述支架(5)上的塑料弯形物(9)以及与塑料弯形物(9)连接的并固定浮子(6)的杠杆丝(10),并且所述导向件(14)设置在塑料弯形物(9)上。
7.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的液位传感器,其特征在于,所述支架(5)或者与所述支架(5)固定连接的部件基本上具有燃油箱(2)的装配口(3)的宽度。
8.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的液位传感器,其特征在于,所述支架(5)设置在设计用于关闭燃油箱(2)的装配口(3)的装配法兰(4)上。
