Abstract

本新型创新集束电极射频可控热针(见图2)是在集束电极射频热针的基础上进一步开发创新的。它是一种φ1的空心导杆4,前端周围均匀分布电极针1,在自然常态时电极针以伞形张开,伞形中心前端安置热电偶2,热电偶引线穿过空心导杆,用插座与控制器相连接。当电极针刺入肿瘤以伞形张开时,中心区热电偶紧贴肿瘤,温控器实时显示并控制射频输出能量,达到集束电极射频可控热疗的目的。

Description

集束电极可控热针
集束电极可控热针是一种用于射频肿瘤热疗机上的关键件。它直接穿刺肿瘤,将癌细胞热凝固灭杀。是近几年发展起来的一种非常有希望的肿瘤微创手术。目前这种技术美国医务界也认为还处于发展的初期,但发展非常迅速。集束电极可控热针是在集束电极热针的基础上进一步开发的新型创新热针。集束电极热针的缺点是热疗温度不能在线控制,即输出功率无法控制。我们知道微创热疗最关键的所在是温度。当癌细胞加温到42.5℃时开始热凝固灭杀(死亡)。一般正常细胞比癌细胞耐温高3~5℃。所以如何保护正常组织细胞,灭杀癌细胞实时温度控制是最最关键的主导因素。温控是热疗集束中最关键的,世界各国均在努力中。我们将集束电极中加入温控,一种新型创新热针称为集束电极可控射频热针。
新型创新热针的结构:
这种结构的先进性在集束电极的中心安置微型热电偶。电极活动末端与直径为φ1的细丝相连(称为导杆),导杆的另一端为可伸缩的手柄,活动手柄上装置热电偶引线插座与射频电极。导杆、活动手柄为一整体;电极与导杆在外套管内活动。外套管与固定手柄相连,(见图1、图2)。

具体实施方式:
详见图1和剖视图2。
导杆4为一中空金属管。导杆的前端外侧周围均匀安置电极针1,电极针与导杆成一整体,当电极针处于自然放松时外直经为5cm的伞形结构。电极针中心安置一微型热电偶。2,热电偶的引线穿过导杆与插座7相连。导杆本身直接与射频插座8相连,也与滑动手柄6相连。滑动手柄6上安置热电偶引线插座7,射频插座8。另外,外包绝缘层的套管3与固定手柄5相连。
固定手柄内有直线导航槽,导杆4和滑动手柄6穿在套管与固定手柄内。手柄沿着导航槽在一定范围内前后伸缩。集束电极跟着张开或收缩。
当电极张开时热电偶直线与肿瘤贴紧。实时反映肿瘤加热的温度。温控器控制输出功率。实现集束电极可控热疗。

Claims (1)

  1. 本发明创新点是用一细长的空心不锈钢管作导杆。导杆前端周围均匀分布集束电极,电极自然形成伞形,伞形外经约φ5cm。伞形集束电极能收入φ5的空心套管,放出仍然形成伞形。权利的主要所在是在伞形中心点前端有一热电偶,引线穿过空心导杆,通过插座与温控器相连,形成可控集束热针,有弹性的集束电极。可收入空心套管内(φ2)放出时张开成伞形状。
