一种多功能妇科疾病热凝固治疗器具
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械领域,尤其是一种妇科疾病治疗器具。
背景技术
子宫肌瘤(肌壁间和粘膜下肌瘤以及宫颈肌瘤)、功能失调性子宫出血(简称功血)、子宫内膜息肉、子宫颈息肉、子宫颈糜烂和子宫颈囊肿、阴道囊肿、外阴囊肿等疾病是最为常见的妇科疾患。在临床医疗中,对其治疗除以药物治疗为主外,传统的手术治疗为子宫切除或病灶挖除。前者复发率高,后者则因疾病而“开刀”和或丧失了生殖器官,并由此而带来其它诸多问题。近年来,逐渐兴起了生物热疗为基础的介入上述子宫疾病的新物理疗法,即以微波或射频电流等物理能作用到子宫病灶而使之变性、脱落、吸收,进而纤维化,由此达到治疗目的。该疗法的特点在于既避免了药物治疗复发率高的不足,又避免了传统手术的弊端,简便快速,治疗创伤微小,有望成为上述子宫疾病较为理想的治疗方法。另外,妇科癌症例如子宫颈癌、外阴癌和子宫内膜癌等患者就疹时,往往有难以控制的严重的病灶出血,应用加载前述物理热能的器具作用于癌灶表面的出血点,使之迅速止血,为后续的治疗创造有利条件,具有肯定的临床应用价值。
迄今为止,加载前述物理能的器具为呈子宫刮匙状的内膜热凝固刮匙,以及针状的穿刺器,在使用中尚存有一些弊端或不足,例如:刮匙导热金属表面极易在使用中附着由凝固变性的内膜组织所形成的结痂附层,该附层为电和热的绝缘层,既影响后续的热凝固效果,又不易清除和在清除附层的过程中易于损坏器具。另外当患者同时具有两种以上的子宫疾病时,例如子宫肌瘤合并功血,治疗期间需要频繁的变更不同的热凝固器具,不仅给治疗带来诸多不便,治疗器具反复进出子宫颈管也增加了患者的痛苦。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具备对上述多种妇科疾病均有治疗功用的有效而实用的利用射频电流或微波等物理能、经外阴、阴道和子宫腔途径对前述疾病实施热凝固消融治疗的器具,以克服以往热凝固治疗器具的弊端或不足。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案而实现的,它包括物理发生器和金属导杆,其特征在于:在金属导杆的表面贴附有绝缘层,在金属导杆的末端连接有绝缘手柄,绝缘手柄中空内有导线穿行,该导线的一端与金属导杆相连,另一端与物理发生器相连,在金属导杆的顶端连接有鹰嘴状端头,在端头与导杆的连接处设置有绝缘层。
本发明由于采用上述技术方案,具有以下优点:
1、端头是锐性和钝性相结合,可根据病变情况发挥穿刺或附贴功能,具有一器多用的功能,有效防止操作过程中反复更换不同治疗器具带来的不利情况。
2.端头为鹰嘴形状,其与子宫内膜有较充分的接触作用面积,避免了环圈状热凝固刮匙接触作用面积小的不足。
3.端头为鹰嘴形状,其凸凹面的设置,使其在应用时,可经简单的擦拭而予以清除所形成的病变组织结痂附层,避免了以往环圈状热凝固刮匙必须擦拭环圈内环及外环表面才能清除内膜组织结痂附层的烦琐。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明如下:
如图1所示,本发明包括物理发生器10和金属导杆1,在金属导杆1的表面贴附有绝缘层9,在金属导杆1的末端连接有绝缘手柄2,绝缘手柄2中空内有导线7穿行,该导线7的一端与金属导杆1相连,另一端与物理发生器10相连,在金属导杆1的顶端连接有鹰嘴状端头3,在端头3与金属导杆1的连接处设置有绝缘层8。该鹰嘴状端头3的底面6为月牙形如图4所示。一立面为凸面4,另一立面为凹面5,端头3由底面6向顶部逐渐变窄。此外,为了便于操作者判断端头3在宫腔内的方位,同时也能轻易发现绝缘层9表面的损伤情况,金属导杆1表面贴附的绝缘层9为有色绝缘层,其上标有刻度。为了便于适应子宫腔的生理弯度,金属导杆1的顶部略有弯曲,如图5所示。
本发明的治疗原理为微波或射频电流经端头3的贴附式透热作用而达到病变组织的受热变性,热温度在60至90摄氏度。
本发明的使用方法:
在实施治疗前,应对患者的病灶部位进行明确诊断,例如子宫方位、宫腔形态进行影象学(主要是B型超声波探测仪的检查)检查,以及其它诸如外阴病变、子宫颈病变活组织病理检查以及子宫内膜诊断性刮宫病理检查等。实施治疗时的基本操作步骤如下:①器具准备:使用前用器具应做消毒处理,通常取2%戊二醛液浸泡消毒。②放置器具:患者采取膀胱截石体位,使外阴、阴道、子宫颈病变直视显露。如为外阴、阴道、子宫颈的囊肿以及上述部位癌变组织的出血部位等能够直视的病变,可直接将本发明凸面4贴于病灶表面或将尖端穿刺入囊肿内;如为子宫颈糜烂和息肉病变,应将本发明的凸面4贴于糜烂面和息肉上。如病灶位于子宫内时,应适当扩张子宫颈管,根据子宫腔深度和弧度顺势将器具置入宫腔,如为子宫壁间肌瘤,应在B超监视下穿刺入瘤心;如为子宫粘膜下肌瘤,应将该本发明尖端密切接触瘤蒂部位;如为子宫粘膜下息肉或功血,应将本发明的凸面4贴于病变组织上。③选定相应的微波或射频电发生器的能量输出值并开启物理发生器10。④操作者持手柄2而使端头3于病灶表面或病灶内做有序移动,其间可间歇性地将端头3由病灶内取出,检查并清理端头3上内膜组织所形成的结痂附层。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有多功能、使用安全以及治疗效果好的特点。

Claims (5)

1、一种多功能妇科疾病热凝固治疗器具,它包括物理发生器(10)和金属导杆(1),在金属导杆(1)的表面贴附有绝缘层(9),在金属导杆(1)的末端连接有绝缘手柄(2),绝缘手柄(2)中空内有导线(7)穿行,该导线(7)的一端与金属导杆(1)相连,另一端与物理发生器(10)相连,在金属导杆(1)的顶端连接有鹰嘴状端头(3),在端头(3)与金属导杆(1)的连接处设置有绝缘层(8)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能妇科疾病热凝固治疗器具,其特征在于:该鹰嘴状端头(3)的底面(6)为月牙形,一立面为凸面(4),另一立面为凹面(5),端头(3)由底面(6)向顶部逐渐变窄。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种多功能妇科疾病热凝固治疗器具,其特征在于:在金属导杆(1)表面贴附的绝缘层(9)为有色绝缘层。
4、根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能妇科疾病热凝固治疗器具,其特征在于:在绝缘层(9)上标有刻度。
5、权利要求1所述的一种多功能妇科疾病热凝固治疗器具,其特征在于:金属导杆(1)的顶部略有弯曲。
