一种铰链结构,用于连接便携式电子装置的盖体和本体,包括主轴、弹簧、转动件和滑动件,所述转动件包括固定部和配合部,滑动件内设配合孔,其形状和转动件配合部的形状一致,转动件、滑动件和弹簧卡设在主轴上,弹簧一端抵持主轴,另一端将滑动件向转动件推顶,转动件可相对主轴转动,滑动件可相对主轴滑动,转动件的配合部可在容置于滑动件的配合孔中和露出配合孔外的位置间转换,主轴和便携式电子装置的盖体和本体中的一方配合,转动件的固定部和另一方配合。

铰链结构
【技术领域】
本发明是关于一种铰链结构,尤其是关于一种用于手机、PDA(PersonalDigital Assistant,个人数字助理)等便携式电子装置的铰链结构。
【背景技术】
目前,市场上所销售的便携式电子装置,如手机、PDA等,多为折叠式结构,即包括盖体和本体,采用铰链将盖体和本体可旋转的铰接在一起。
业界较常采用的一种铰链结构为压簧凸轮式,即采用凸轮和压缩弹簧为主要元件,达成盖体和本体的一定开合功能。图7所揭示的铰链即为此类型的铰链结构。该铰链包括一端为凸轮面的两凸轮柱60、62,柱状弹簧64和设置在便携式电子装置7本体72内的凸柱76。便携式电子装置7的盖体74一端设置贯穿的通孔742。凸轮柱60、弹簧64和凸轮柱62依次容纳在盖体74的通孔742中,两凸轮柱60、62在弹簧64的弹力推顶下略露出于盖体74的通孔742,探入本体72并和本体72内的凸柱76配合。采用上述铰链结构,仅需将盖体打开一较小角度,盖体即可在铰链作用下翻转到预定位置。闭合时与开启时作动原理相同,使用较为方便。但其缺点在于,该铰链结构未实现模块化,组装不便,因而造成制造成本升高。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种模块化且结构简单的铰链结构。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:本发明铰链结构包括主轴、弹簧、转动件和滑动件,所述转动件包括固定部和配合部,滑动件内设配合孔,其形状和转动件配合部的形状一致,转动件、滑动件和弹簧卡设在主轴上,弹簧一端抵持主轴,另一端将滑动件向转动件推顶,转动件可相对主轴转动,滑动件可相对主轴滑动,转动件的配合部可在容置于滑动件的配合孔中和露出配合孔外的位置间转换,主轴和便携式电子装置的盖体和本体中的一方配合,转动件的固定部和另一方配合。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明铰链结构结构简单,装配方便,可降低生产成本。

【具体实施方式】
本发明铰链结构用于便携式电子装置,在本实施例中以手机为例。
请参照图1和图2所示,本发明铰链结构包括主轴1、转动件2、滑动件3、弹簧4和C形环5。
主轴1一端设置非圆柱状的卡固部12,主轴1通过该卡固部12和手机本体配合。主轴1主体大致为圆柱状,其中部设由相互平行的两个平面削成的变形轴部14,主轴1邻近和卡固部12相对的另一端设置卡槽16,C形环5卡设在卡槽16内。
请一并参照图3所示,转动件2包括固定部22和配合部24,固定部22为圆柱状,其外周沿轴向延伸出两个凸块222,用以和手机盖体配合,使转动件2仅可相对盖体滑动,不可相对盖体转动。配合部24为扭转的柱状,其两端面为两个形状相同的椭圆,上述两个椭圆所在的平面相互平行且垂直于转动件2的轴线,每一椭圆的长轴和另一椭圆的短轴平行,两个椭圆之间由光滑曲面连接。转动件2上开设通孔26,使转动件2可套设在主轴1上,并可相对主轴1转动。
请一并参阅图4所示,滑动件3为圆柱体,其内设贯通的孔,该孔一部分为插孔32,其截面形状和主轴1的变形轴部14截面形状一致,从而使滑动件3套设在主轴1上仅可相对其滑动,不可相对其转动;另一部分为配合孔34,配合孔34的形状和转动件2的配合部24形状一致。
弹簧4是柱状弹簧,套设在主轴1上,一端抵持滑动件3,另一端抵持主轴1的卡固部12。
C形环5卡设在主轴1的卡槽16内,用以防止转动件2由主轴1上滑脱。
装配时,将主轴1未设卡固部12的一端依次插入弹簧4、滑动件3的插孔32和配合孔34,以及转动件2的通孔26,再将C形环5卡入主轴1的卡槽16,即装配完毕。
适用本发明铰链结构的手机(图未示)包括盖体和本体。盖体和铰链结构的转动件2配合,本体和主轴1的卡固部12配合。请参照图5所示,在盖体相对本体闭合时,本发明铰链结构处在图5所示的状态。此时,滑动件3和转动件2在弹簧4的推顶作用下紧靠在一起,转动件2的配合部24全部收容在滑动件3的配合孔34中。本发明铰链结构处在稳定状态。
在将手机盖体相对本体打开的过程中,对盖体施力,主轴1相对本体不发生转动,盖体带动转动件2相对本体转动,由于滑动件3的插孔32的形状和主轴1的变形轴部14的形状一致,滑动件3受主轴1限制只能相对主轴1滑动,不能相对其转动。转动件2转动时,其配合部24的形状迫使滑动件3沿主轴1滑动。当转动件2转过90度时,如图6所示,铰链结构达到临界状态,继续对盖体施力,使滑动件3越过此临界状态,停止对盖体施力,滑动件3在弹簧4的推力作用下相对转动件2滑移,转动件2受滑动件3的配合孔34形状限制继续转动,直到转动件2转过180度,滑动件3回到紧靠转动件2的位置,配合部24再次收入配合孔34中,铰链结构重新达到稳定状态。此时,盖体相对本体打开180度。也可对盖体和本体的结构做出相应设计,限制铰链结构旋转的角度,使盖体相对本体打开到大于90度小于180度的一定角度,此时,滑动件3停留在尚未紧靠转动件2的位置。
在将盖体相对本体由打开状态闭合时,对盖体相对本体施力。盖体带动转动件2反向旋转,滑动件3沿主轴1滑动,当转动件2转过临界位置后,停止对便携式电子装置盖体施力,转动件2在弹簧4和滑动件3的配合孔34的作用下继续转动,滑动件3沿主轴1轴向移动,直到回到紧靠转动件2的位置,达到稳定状态,盖体相对本体闭合。

Claims (10)

1.一种铰链结构,用于连接便携式电子装置的盖体和本体,其特征在于:该铰链结构包括主轴、弹簧、转动件和滑动件,所述转动件包括固定部和配合部,滑动件内设配合孔,其形状和转动件配合部的形状一致,转动件、滑动件和弹簧卡设在主轴上,弹簧一端抵持主轴,另一端将滑动件向转动件推顶,转动件可相对主轴转动,滑动件可相对主轴滑动,转动件的配合部可在容置于滑动件的配合孔中和露出配合孔外的位置间转换,主轴和便携式电子装置的盖体和本体中的一方配合,转动件的固定部和另一方配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述配合部是扭转的柱体,其两端面形状为椭圆。
3.如权利要求2所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述配合部两端面的椭圆中,每一椭圆的长轴和另一椭圆的短轴平行,两个椭圆之间由光滑曲面连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述转动件上开设通孔,并通过该通孔套设在主轴上。
5.如权利要求4所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述主轴一端设置非圆柱状的卡固部,主轴通过该卡固部和便携式电子装置的盖体和本体其中一方配合。
6.如权利要求5所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述主轴中部设变形轴部。
7.如权利要求6所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述滑动件为圆柱体,其内设贯通的孔,该孔一部分为插孔,其截面形状和主轴的变形轴部截面形状一致,另一部分为配合孔。
8.如权利要求7所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述弹簧一端抵持主轴的卡固部。
9.如权利要求8所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述铰链结构进一步设置C形环,通过该C形环将转动件、滑动件和弹簧卡设在主轴上。
10.如权利要求9所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述主轴一端设置和C形环配合的卡槽。
