Abstract
本发明介绍了一种颈椎椎体间固定融合垫具,该垫具具有带中心孔2的柱状本体4,所述本体4取材新鲜健康的哺乳动物骨骼制作,其截面呈圆形,圆柱形的本体4上、下底面分别呈弧面外凸并分布有凸齿1,本体4之柱面上径向开有通孔3。本品具有较大的机械强度,可用于颈椎前路椎体间的支撑固定和融合。用骨骼材料制成的本融合垫具接骨器具有无毒、无致癌性与无过敏反应的优点,与人体组织相容性好。如使用专用工具安装将十分方便,是一种理想的C3~C7椎体间固定融合器。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医疗用接骨器具技术领域。
背景技术
骨科医疗实践中,遇到摘除颈椎间盘突出后出现的脊柱不稳定,或退行性颈椎间盘病变脊柱不稳定,或I0~II0脊柱滑脱等症状,往往采取在椎体间放置用金属材料制成的内固定支架-Cage进行治疗处理。而如TFC、BAK等内固定物,因承载面小,填充接骨后会引起下沉与滑脱等并发症,故已被最近流行的SynCage C和Solis CervicalCage所代替。然而,不论前者还是后者,这些内固定物均为金属框架结构的异物,不可不在框架内进行填充植骨。而高分子聚合物Solis虽然能降解,但是仍然被认为不够理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的,就是要提供一种既可作为颈椎椎体间的支撑固定物,又可作为椎体间植骨的填充物的固定融合器。
本发明的技术解决方案是,一种颈椎椎体间固定融合垫具,参见图1-2,具有带中心孔2的柱状本体4,所述本体4取材新鲜健康的哺乳动物骨骼制作,取材新鲜健康的哺乳动物骨骼制作的本体4截面呈圆形,圆柱形的本体4上、下底面分别呈弧面外凸并分布有凸齿1,本体4之柱面上径向开有通孔3。
本发明的这种颈椎椎体间固定融合垫具取材新鲜健康的哺乳动物骨骼机械加工成如上述其本体呈圆柱形,圆柱形的本体4上、下底面分别呈弧面外凸并分布有凸齿1,(见图1)。按图1-2所示规格进行车、钳、刨、铣中一种以上必要的机械加工即可获得上述颈椎椎体间固定融合垫具成品。成品经灭菌处理后备用。本颈椎椎体间固定融合垫具具有较大的机械强度,可用于颈椎前路椎体间的支撑固定和融合。用骨骼材料制成的本融合垫具接骨器具有无毒、无致癌性与无过敏反应的特点,与人体组织相容性良好,可缓慢地吸收融合。如使用专用工具进行安装将十分方便,是一种理想的C3~C7椎体间固定融合器。
本发明的成品投入医疗使用时,可遵循下述方式。将椎间盘摘除后,清净椎体软骨面,用专用推进器伸入颈椎椎体间固定融合垫具通孔3和中心孔2,以螺杆固定垫具,将垫具送入椎体间隙,注意位置摆放适当,垫具上、下的弧状面和凸齿可使垫具和椎体终板紧密接触,然后旋开螺杆退出推进器,以让自体骨日后长入垫具上的通孔3和中心孔2,以利于骨的融合。
应该指出的是,包括同种和异种骨骼加工成的颈椎椎体间固定融合垫具都应落在本发明的保护范围之内。
本发明采用骨骼组织作材料,无免疫抗原性,其抗压强度大,完全可承受头部重量,尤其适合于颈椎前路椎体间的支撑固定和融合需要。
本发明取材方便,质量安全可靠,易于安装应用。以生物材料取代金属材料,符合人体生理需要。
本发明的上述本体4其截面也可以如图3所示呈六边形这样的多边形,或如图4所示呈矩形亦或如图5所示呈椭圆形,效果一致。
本发明取材新鲜健康的哺乳动物骨骼,包括牛骨、猪骨和其它哺乳动物骨骼,即异种和同种的骨骼制成。

具体实施方式
实施例1:本例采用牛骨骨骼组织作材料,经车制成Φ20mm×6mm规格的圆柱形本体4,中心孔孔径Φ6mm。将上、下底面分别铣制加工成外凸的弧面,外凸的弧面上铣制出排列均匀的凸齿1,再在本体4之柱面上径向开一通孔3,孔径Φ1mm。
实施例2:本例采用猪骨骨骼组织作材料,经车制成Φ18mm×5mm规格的圆柱形本体4,中心孔孔径Φ4mm。将上、下底面分别铣成外凸的弧面,外凸的弧面上铣制出排列均匀的凸齿1,再在本体4之柱面上径向开一通孔3,孔径Φ1.4mm。并将本体4刨制成六边形柱体。
由此构成的本发明的颈椎椎体间固定融合垫具经试制试用被证明整体效果良好,质量可靠,安全实用,疗效显著。
Claims (2)
1、一种颈椎椎体间固定融合垫具,具有带中心孔(2)的柱状本体(4),其特征在于,所述本体(4)取材新鲜健康的哺乳动物骨骼制作,取材新鲜健康的哺乳动物骨骼制作的本体(4)截面呈圆形,圆柱形的本体(4)上、下底面分别呈弧面外凸并分布有凸齿(1),本体(4)之柱面上径向开有通孔(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的颈椎椎体间固定融合垫具,其特征还在于,所述本体(4)截面呈多边形或矩形或椭圆形。
