本发明属于机械制造类,具体是一种组合式静压导轨及其装配方法,该组合式静压导轨将一组滑块座连接在一块滑块座连接板上,多块滑块座连接板由螺栓固定在面板上,每块滑块座与其对应的滑块座连接板之间有粘胶剂层,各滑块座与面板由螺栓紧固,本发明装配时,由于先将一组滑块座连接在滑块座连接板上,再将多块滑块座连接板由螺栓连接到同一面板上,从而使滑块座分成几个单元,滑块座与滑块座连接板之间设粘胶剂层,当其中有导轨轴发生变形需要调整时,只需将面板与相应的滑块座连接板拆离,简单方便,经济实用。

技术领域
本发明属于机械制造类,具体是一种组合式静压导轨及其装配方法。
背景技术
在静压导轨实际制造与装配过程中,将多个滑块调平后固定在滑块座上,由于滑块、滑块座的接触面的平面度存在无法克服的加工误差,导致滑块与轴间的间隙不均匀,影响导轨精度,为此,本人申请的专利号为“200420065328.3”的名称为“一种静压导轨”的实用新型专利,公开了一种将多根轴的各滑块用连接螺钉固定到同一滑块座上、并在滑块座与各滑块之间设一层粘胶剂层的静压导轨,同时在本人申请的申请号为“200410048664.1”名称“一种静压导轨的装配方法”的发明专利申请中,公开了相应的静压导轨的装配方法,但如果其中有导轨轴变形需要调整时,因为各滑块与滑块座间有粘胶剂层相连,粘胶剂层粘着牢固,滑块很难与滑块座顺利拆离,一般需破坏整个滑块座,从而使变形导轨轴的拆卸与更换非常不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对以上不足,提供一种结构更合理、性能更可靠、而且拆卸方便的组合式静压导轨,并公开其相应的装配方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明一种组合式静压导轨,包括基座、多根轴、滑块、滑块座,其特征在于:一组滑块座连接在一块滑块座连接板上,多块滑块座连接板由螺栓固定在同一面板上,每块滑块座与其对应的滑块座连接板之间有粘胶剂层,各滑块座与面板间由螺栓紧固。
本发明的组合式静压导轨的装配方法是:先将一组滑块紧固到一滑块座上,建立静压系统并供油使各滑块与滑块座组合浮在导轨上;将多块滑块座连接板由螺栓紧固到同一面板上;在滑块座与滑块座连接板上涂上粘胶剂,并将一组滑块座与一块滑块座连接板压紧,待粘胶剂固化后用螺栓将面板与各滑块座紧固。
本发明由于先将一组滑块座连接在滑块座连接板上,再将多块滑块座连接板连接在同一面板上,从而使滑块座分成几个单元,滑块座与滑块座连接板之间设粘胶剂层,当其中有导轨轴发生变形需要调整时,只需将面板与相应的滑块座连接板拆离,简单方便,经济实用。

具体实施方式
一种组合式静压导轨,如图1、2所示,包括基座1、多根轴2、滑块3、滑块座4,其特征在于:一组滑块座4连接在一块滑块座连接板6上,多块滑块座连接板6由螺栓8固定在同一面板7上,每块滑块座4与其对应的滑块座连接板6之间有粘胶剂层5,各滑块座4与面板7间由螺栓9紧固。
一种组合式静压导轨的装配方法如下:A、将一组滑块3紧固到一滑块座4上,建立静压系统并供油使各滑块3与滑块座4组合浮在导轨上;B、将多块滑块座连接板6由螺栓8紧固到同一面板7上;C、在滑块座4与滑块座连接板6上涂上粘胶剂,并将一组滑块座4与其对应的滑块座连接板6压紧,待粘胶剂固化后用螺栓9将面板7与各滑块座4紧固。

Claims (2)

1、一种组合式静压导轨,包括基座(1)、多根轴(2)、滑块(3)、滑块座(4),其特征在于:一组滑块座(4)连接在一块滑块座连接板(6)上,多块滑块座连接板(6)由螺栓(8)固定在同一面板(7)上,每块滑块座(4)与其对应的滑块座连接板(6)之间有粘胶剂层(5),各滑块座(4)与面板(7)间由螺栓(9)紧固。
2、一种组合式静压导轨的装配方法,其特征在于:先将一组滑块(3)紧固到一滑块座(4)上,建立静压系统并供油使各滑块(3)与滑块座(4)组合浮在导轨上;将多块滑块座连接板(6)由螺栓(8)紧固到同一面板(7)上;在滑块座(4)与滑块座连接板(6)上涂上粘胶剂,并将一组滑块座(4)与滑块座连接板(6)压紧,待粘胶剂固化后用螺栓(9)将面板(7)与各滑块座(4)紧固。
