Abstract

一种用于将垃圾填埋场产生的渗滤液予以雾化、以便蒸发处理的装置。它是先将渗滤液旋转由轴向流动变成周向流动，再通过节流部分，将渗滤液加速，高速旋转的液流在离心离作用下，在喷口扩展段形成液膜，液膜脱离喷孔时，在表面张力、周围气动力的综合作用下，碎裂成细小的液滴，完成整个雾化过程。通过这种方式雾化的渗滤液具有空间分布均匀、雾化力度极适合蒸发、空间位置便于控制等特点。

本发明是一种将垃圾填埋后的渗滤液予以雾化、以便于蒸发的装置。
背景技术
目前，垃圾填埋后产生的渗滤液有一种比较新颖的处理方式：将渗滤液予以雾化，在蒸发炉里面通过外界高温烟气加热予以蒸发，彻底地解决渗滤液目前存在的问题。众所周知，在相同的外部热源下，液体的蒸发速度与其表面积成正比，而总体积的相同液体其表面积与液滴直径成反比。所以本发明针对垃圾填埋渗滤液杂质含量高、成分不稳定等特点，提供了一种将垃圾填埋渗滤液予以雾化成小液滴，便于在高温烟气中完全蒸发的装置，这样可使渗滤液蒸发更加彻底、速度更快，并且减少蒸发过程中有毒气体产生。
发明内容
本发明的解决其技术问题所采用的原理是：将垃圾填埋渗滤液升压、初步过滤后，通过总管、支管，进入雾化器，在旋流器的作用下，使渗滤液旋转起来，形成一个适当的环量，在然后通过喷口喷出，形成雾锥。在环量的作用下，这个雾锥中的所有液滴既存在沿圆周方向的动量，也有喷口轴向上的动量。由于液滴具有切向动量，增加雾化后的小液滴在蒸发炉里的运行轨迹的长度、延长了与液滴周围高温烟气的接触时间，从而很好地保证了液滴完全蒸发；同时由于雾化后的小液滴与周围的高温烟气有适当的相对速度，并且在离心力的作用下，有较强的穿透能力，所以非常容易控制雾化后的小液滴的空间位置，从而进一步加速了渗滤液的蒸发速度。
渗滤液通过这种方式雾化后，在空间形成一个空心的雾锥，同时在雾锥中所有雾滴的运动作用下，会对周围的空气形成抽吸与引射作用，导致雾锥内部的气体(一般是高温烟气)透过液雾进入雾锥外部，从而大大增加了单位时间内与雾锥接触的高温烟气量，这样极有利于液雾的蒸发。同时由于雾锥的大小仅受喷嘴几何结构的影响，极有利于液雾的空间位置与分布等特点。
根据本发明第一方面，涉及一种渗滤液物化装置，由渗滤液导入体1，雾化器壳体2，喷头3组成，还包括渗滤液导入体1，雾化器壳体2，喷头3形成一个环形空隙4，喷头3中包含多个切向通孔，渗滤液经环形空隙4和切向通孔后5旋转进入圆锥形旋流室6中，然后从喷口7喷出。
根据本发明的第二方面的渗滤液雾化装置，所述切向通孔为4个。
根据本发明第三方面的渗滤液雾化装置，包括喷口外还有一个直径逐渐扩大的喷口扩展段8。
根据本发明第四方面的渗滤液雾化装置，包括喷口扩展段8的外缘为圆角，以便形成液膜。
根据本发明第五方面的渗滤液雾化装置，其特征在于渗滤液导入体(1)通过焊接或螺纹连接在渗滤液的总管或支管上，雾化器壳体(2)通过螺纹与导入体(1)连接，并与喷头(3)周围的环形凸台将喷头(3)紧固在渗滤液导入体上。
本发明第六方面涉及渗滤液雾化方法，其特征在于先将渗滤液旋转由轴向流动变成周向流动，再通过节流部分，将渗滤液加速，高速旋转的液流在离心力作用下，在喷口扩展段形成液膜，液膜脱离喷孔时，在表面张力、周围气动力的综合作用下，碎裂成细小的液滴，完成整个雾化过程。

具体实施方式
如图2所示，来自总管、支管并具有一定压力的渗滤液从a-a截面进入雾化器，这时渗滤液是经导入体(1)内的圆孔沿轴线方向流动，液体没有环量。当渗滤液进入到b-b截面时，渗滤液被图中所示两个通孔的外表面阻挡，不能继续沿轴向前进，只好进入由导入体(1)、壳体(2)与喷头(3)形成的环形空隙中4中，液体的流动方向将从轴向改为径向，然后从喷头上的旋流槽(图3中所示的四个切向通孔5)进入圆锥形旋流室6，渗滤液从c-c截面以后就产生了一个环量，在旋流室中一边旋转一边向前流向喷口。由于液体在流动的过程中环量几乎不变，液体进入喷孔以后由于旋转半径减小，周向速度将会增加，加之喷孔的截面积较小，液体在这里节流，所以液体在喷孔里截面积最小处的周向速度和轴向速度都达到最大值，然后随着喷孔呈喇叭形状的扩张，高速旋转的渗滤液在喷孔的扩展段沿内壁形成一层均匀的液膜，液膜从d-d截面离开雾化器时，在液体的表面张力、外部气流的干扰等作用下碎裂成细小的液滴。
渗滤液导入体(1)可以通过焊接、螺纹连接在渗滤液的总管或支管上，雾化器壳体(2)通过螺纹与导入体(1)连接，并与喷头(3)周围的环形凸台将喷头(3)紧固在渗滤液导入体上。

Claims (6)

1.一种渗滤液物化装置，由渗滤液导入体1，雾化器壳体2，喷头3组成，其特征在于渗滤液导入体1，雾化器壳体2，喷头3形成一个环形空隙4，喷头3中包含多个切向通孔，渗滤液经环形空隙4和切向通孔后5旋转进入圆锥形旋流室6中，然后从喷口7喷出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的渗滤液雾化装置，其特征在于所述切向通孔为4个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的渗滤液雾化装置，其特征在于喷口外还有一个直径逐渐扩大的喷口扩展段8。
4.根据权利要求1所述的渗滤液雾化装置，其特征在于喷口扩展段8的外缘为圆角，以便形成液膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的渗滤液雾化装置，其特征在于渗滤液导入体(1)通过焊接或螺纹连接在渗滤液的总管或支管上，雾化器壳体(2)通过螺纹与导入体(1)连接，并与喷头(3)周围的环形凸台将喷头(3)紧固在渗滤液导入体上。
6.一种根据权利要求1的渗滤液雾化方法，其特征在于先将渗滤液旋转由轴向流动变成周向流动，再通过节流部分，将渗滤液加速，高速旋转的液流在离心力作用下，在喷口扩展段形成液膜，液膜脱离喷孔时，在表面张力、周围气动力的综合作用下，碎裂成细小的液滴，完成整个雾化过程。
