Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及射频识别系统(以下称为“RFID系统”)中用于轮胎的射频识别标签设备,特别地,本发明涉及用于轮胎的射频识别标签设备。
背景技术
最近,无所不在的RFID(ubiquitous RFID)技术正在发展。所述术语“无所不在”表示用户可以不考虑所在位置和计算机或网络自由地访问网络的无线电通信环境。所述RFID是成为无所不在的计算(ubiquitous computing)革命的关键的重要因素,所述无所不在的计算革命可以通过嵌入无线电芯片(radio chip)代替传统的条形码,来存储产品或日用品中关于产品或日用品的历史信息,实现对日常生活所需的产品的历史信息中的数据的发送和接收。因此,所述RFID可适用于每个产品和日用品中的历史信息、分配、总量控制、防盗等。
尤其地,所述RFID所适用的领域的一个例子可以包括轮胎。所述RFID置于机动车辆的轮胎中,且所述RFID不仅可以用于轮胎的历史信息、分配、总量控制、防盗等,还可以解决由轮胎所引起的事故发生时而产生的纠纷。
所述用于轮胎的RFID系统包括位于轮胎中用于存储轮胎的甚至特征信息的RFID标签(或应答器)、用于执行读取和译解轮胎的特征信息功能的RFID读出器、主机、网络和应用程序。
图1是表示通常射频识别标签设备的示意图。图2a是在轮胎中插有通常的用于轮胎的射频识别标签的情况下轮胎的正视图。图2b是在轮胎中插有通常的用于轮胎的射频识别标签的情况下轮胎的正面剖视图。以下,将参考图1和图2描述所述用于轮胎的RFID标签设备以及将所述标签设备插入轮胎中的方法。
附图中标号10表示RFID标签。所述RFID标签10包括无线电芯片1、天线2和柔性底座3。
所述天线2-1和2-2产生由读出器发送的射频信号以将所述射频信号供给无线电芯片1,并将无线电芯片1输出的无线电信号传送至空中。典型地,上述射频信号是超高频带中的射频。所述无线电芯片1具有用于存储轮胎的历史信息、分配、总量控制等特征信息的存储器,接收来自天线2-1和2-2的射频信号并对所述信号整流,通过整流电压对轮胎的特征信息进行调制,并通过由读出器发送的无线电信号将所述特征信息输出至天线2-1和2-2。通过天线2-1和2-2发送的无线电信号被发送至读出器。所述特征信息在由读出器传送的射频信号中的重新发送通常称为反向散射。
这样构成的用于轮胎的RFID标签10如图2a和2b所示插入轮胎20中。优选地,所述RFID标签10排列在不受轮胎20的摩擦力影响且不因轮胎20的弯曲而弯曲的位置。进一步地,优选地使所述RFID标签插入轮胎20中而不移动。
然而,所述轮胎20由橡胶制成而所述RFID标签10的构造为由树脂制成的盒状或如图1所示的柔性底座3。因此,由于安装在机动车轮胎20中的RFID标签10采用与轮胎的材料完全不同的材质构成,所以所述RFID标签与由橡胶制成的轮胎20间的附着力降低。这样,目前在此只有二维的条形码在技术上是在实际中可以应用的。
如上所述,由于轮胎与所述RFID由不同种类材质构成,所以导致产生轮胎与所述RFID间的附着力降低的问题。
进一步地,由于轮胎与所述RFID标签间的附着力降低,可能引起设备方面的长期变化,如金属天线或底座的变化。结果是,可能引起可以被认为是RFID性能的指示的RF特性的降低。
进一步地,由于设备存在除了围绕轮胎的橡胶层之外外轮胎没有其他起支撑作用的元件的问题,因此当所述RFID标签在轮胎中移动时,很可能向橡胶层施加异类材质的刺激,这可能引起例如轮胎爆炸的故障。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种可以增加轮胎的射频识别标签与轮胎之间的附着力并通过在射频识别标签上形成不同形状的孔洞来提高天线的阻抗特性的射频识别标签设备。
为了实现以上目的,根据本发明提供了一种射频识别系统中用于轮胎的射频识别标签设备,所述设备具有用于向外围区域产生强射频信号的读出器,所述设备包括:具有多个有预定形状的孔洞的底座;置于底座中的无线电芯片,所述芯片存储轮胎的特征信息,并在接收到射频信号时执行对所述特征信息的调制,并将调制后的特征信息在来自读出器的射频信号中输出;和置于底座中的具有相对于无线电芯片对称一致地弯曲的形状的天线,所述天线用于接收射频信号并将所述射频信号提供给无线电芯片,并接收来自无线电芯片的包含特征信息的无线电信号并将所述无线电信号传送至空中。

具体实施方式
现在参考附图详细描述本发明的优选实施方式。在以下描述中,只描述根据本发明对于理解实施所需要的部分,而省略其他细节以免模糊本发明的实质主题。
图3是根据本发明的第一实施方式的用于轮胎的射频识别标签设备的示意图。图4是根据本发明的第二实施方式的用于轮胎的射频识别标签设备的示意图。图5a是在第一实施方式的用于轮胎的射频识别标签插入轮胎的情况下轮胎的平面透视图。图5b是在第一实施方式的用于轮胎的射频识别标签插入轮胎的情况下轮胎的侧面透视图。图6a至6d是根据本发明的实施方式的射频识别标签中所形成的孔洞的不同形状。
下面,参考附图解释本发明。标号300表示根据本发明的RFID标签。本发明的RFID标签300包括底座305、无线电芯片301、偶极天线303(303-1和303-2)和孔洞307。
所述偶极天线303、无线电芯片301和孔洞307位于底座305上。所述偶极天线303相对于位于底座305中心的无线电芯片301对称一致地弯曲。所述偶极天线303向读出器发送并接收来自读出器的无线电信号。所述偶极天线303的大小与无线电信号的频率密切相关。所述无线电信号使用不同载波频率发送,此处用于轮胎的当前RFID系统使用900兆赫兹的UHF频带的载波。并且,为了保证合适的增益和距离范围,所述偶极天线303要求有最小的几何形状,如图3所示。并且,所述用于轮胎的偶极天线303的形状和尺寸由轮胎的材料、如图5所示轮胎表面到RFID标签所在的部分的深度、偶极天线在轮胎横向上的位置和由读出器发送的电子波能量的量决定。
所述孔洞307可以位于底座305的任何位置。只是所述孔洞307的排列不应损坏偶极天线303和无线电芯片301。所述孔洞307可以排列在由偶极天线303的弯曲形状所形成的弯曲部分的区域内,如图3的第一实施方式所示。所述孔洞307的排列式样还可以有选择地形成使其相对于无线电芯片301是对称的。所述孔洞307的数量也可以有选择地确定使所述孔洞307相对于无线电芯片301是对称的。
所述孔洞307形成在底座305上,轮胎的橡胶层在轮胎的硫化过程中通过孔洞307垂直连接,因此形成如图5b所示的支撑杆。由于所述支撑杆穿过底座305上的孔洞307而形成,所以具有不同材料的RFID标签300和轮胎之间的附着力增强,且能够确保所述RFID标签300在轮胎中不移动。具体地,所述穿过孔洞307所形成的支撑杆防止了由轮胎在运动中所表现出的周期性弯曲—拉伸而引起的长期变化,并将天线的位置和形状保持在最初且最适宜的状态。
所述形成在底座305上的孔洞307形状可以为如图3所示的圆形,如图4和图6a所示的十字形,如图6b所示为图钉形,如图6c所示为虫形和如图6d所示为哑铃形。
由偶极天线303所产生的感应电压在底座305上产生表面波。所述表面波根据底座305的材质类型和轮胎橡胶的类型可以被吸收和反射,且由于对表面波的吸收和反射可以改变偶极天线303的阻抗特性。
因此,偶极天线303的阻抗特性可以根据孔洞307的位置、间距和数量而很容易地改变。现在参考图7进行描述。
图7是不具有孔洞的传统的RFID标签的每频宽的导纳特性和本发明的具有孔洞的RFID标签的导纳特性。
标号701代表显示不具有孔洞的传统的RFID标签的天线阻抗特性的波形,而标号703代表显示本发明的具有孔洞307的RFID标签的天线阻抗特性的波形。
如图7所示,可以看出代表显示根据本发明的天线阻抗特性的波形703比显示传统技术中的天线阻抗特性的波形701具有更好的天线特性。
如上详细描述,在本发明中,围绕RFID标签的上下表面的处于非硫化状态的混合橡胶层在轮胎的硫化过程中通过孔洞相接,由此形成支撑杆。所述支撑杆可以防止在连续运动中由轮胎特性的一个方面所所表现出的周期性的弯曲—拉伸而引起的长期变化,并将天线的位置和形状保持在天线最初且最适宜的状态,从而即使是在长期使用中,也能保持并增强整体的射频特性。
进一步地,在本发明中,可以根据通过在RFID标签的底座上形成孔洞的方式所形成的孔洞的位置和排列式样来控制天线的阻抗。
Claims (15)
1、一种射频识别系统中用于轮胎的射频识别标签设备,所述设备具有用于向外围区域产生强射频信号的读出器,所述设备包括:
具有多个有预定形状的孔洞的底座;
置于底座中的无线电芯片,所述芯片存储轮胎的特征信息,并在接收到射频信号时执行对所述特征信息的调制,并将调制后的特征信息在来自读出器的射频信号中输出;和
置于底座中的具有相对于无线电芯片对称一致地弯曲的形状的天线,所述天线用于接收射频信号并将所述射频信号提供给无线电芯片,并接收来自无线电芯片的包含特征信息的无线电信号并将所述无线电信号传送至空中。
2、如权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述多个孔洞排列于天线的弯曲部分之间。
3、如权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述多个孔洞排列于天线的一侧。
4、如权利要求2所述的设备,其中,所述多个孔洞相对于无线电芯片对称地形成。
5、如权利要求4所述的设备,其中,所述孔洞的形状为圆形。
