Abstract
本发明涉及空气清洁过滤器。空气过滤器由聚合物合成树脂薄膜所制造,并在其表面上具有多个凸起,通过使用诸如10-40kV电晕放电器的充电装置进行电学充电。薄膜被卷起以在空气流动的方向上提供空气路径。薄膜的厚度是从0.1-1mm的范围,并且各凸起的高度的范围是0.1-5mm。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及空气清洁过滤器,具体而言涉及带有静电的空气清洁过滤器。
背景技术
随着工业的开发,石油已经广泛使用,这样大量的气体从工业设备中排放。此外,大量的灰尘或者微粒由于城市的设施的膨胀所产生,由此产生空气污染的环境问题。
典型地,机械过滤方法和静电过滤方法被用于收集这样的排放气体或者微粒。机械过滤方法使用纤维过滤器,诸如纺织织物或者非纺织织物,其不过滤具有微小尺寸的微粒(例如,具有尺寸小于10微米的微粒)。此外,微粒被聚集在纤维过滤器中,这样压力损耗增加,寿命周期缩短。
静电过滤方法使用高频放电,能够获得较高的微粒收集效率。但是,这样的静电过滤方法导致较高的电源的消耗并导致稳定性、修复和维护的问题。此外,这样的静电过滤方法可以产生大量的臭氧,导致呼吸和头痛的困难。
韩国专利No.310274公开了一种无功率(non-power)静电过滤器,具有优越的收集效率。根据所述无功率静电过滤器,诸如织物纤维或者非织物纤维的纤维过滤器通过使用高聚物树脂所形成,所述高聚物树脂包括聚丙烯或者聚乙烯。此外,纤维过滤器通过高压发生器充以静电以通过使用静电来收集微粒。
但是,这样的无功率静电过滤器使用与传统的机械过滤方法中的机械过滤器相同方式的编织织物或者非编织织物,允许空气垂直流动到非功率静电过滤器,这样增加了压力损耗。此外,当通过使用扇来收集空气时,功率消耗可能增加,并产生较大的噪音。如果非功率静电过滤器的厚度增加以改良过滤效率,压力损耗可能增加更多,无功率静电过滤器对过滤效率有限制。由于过滤效率的这样的限制,无功率静电过滤器不能过滤微小的微粒,这样无功率静电过滤器不能净化容纳在微小微粒中的酸性气体或者碱性气体中所产生的臭气。
发明内容
因此,本发明有鉴于上述的现有技术的问题而提出,并且本发明的一方面是提供一种空气清洁过滤器,所述空气清洁过滤器能够改良过滤效率同时减小压力损耗。
为了首先上述目的,本发明提出了一种空气清洁过滤器,包括:由高聚物合成树脂所形成的薄膜并带静电;以及多个形成在薄膜上的凸起,其中薄膜缠绕为圆柱形以提供平行于空气流动方向的空气通道。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本发明的空气清洁过滤器包括高聚物合成树脂薄膜1,诸如聚丙烯或者聚乙烯,其通过诸如10-40KV电晕放电装置的充电装置进行充电,并形成多个凸起2。薄膜1以圆柱形缠绕以提供平行于空气流动方向的空气通道3。
薄膜1的厚度优选地是0.1-1mm用于保持其强度。凸起2的高度可以设置在大约0.1-5mm范围之内,这依赖于空气的条件、空气量(吸入空气)或者扇的R.P.M。凸起2的高度可以根据薄膜1的宽度设置,这样压力损耗可以调节。
即,使得薄膜1的宽度变得越窄,凸起2的高度越低。此外,如果薄膜1的宽度变大,凸起2的高度变得更大。
此外,由于空气清洁过滤器通常容纳在壳体中,凸起的高度在根据包括壳体的体积和形状的壳体的结构在设置了薄膜1的宽度之后被确定。
优选地,在薄膜1上不规则地形成凸起2以允许通过空气通道3的空气不规则地与凸起2碰撞同时形成旁路空气通道导致空气彼此碰撞,由此提高空气过滤效率。
根据本发明,空气被引入到平行于空气流动方向的空气通道3中,这样空气清洁过滤器可以过滤容纳在这样的空气中的微细微粒同时净化容纳在微细微粒中的酸性气体或者碱性气体的臭气,诸如活性碳或者沸石的多孔除臭剂,以及诸如Ag或者TiO2的能够杀除细菌的杀菌器在挤压薄膜1时优选地分散在薄膜1上。此外,优选地制造较宽的薄膜并将较宽的薄膜切割为使用中预定尺寸的几个薄膜。
根据本发明,空气清洁过滤器被容纳在壳体中并且扇被安装在壳体的后部部分上以平行于空气通道3吸入将被清洁的空气。当空气通过空气通道3,在薄膜1中永久充电的薄膜1的静电可以与微粒相作用,这样微粒通过空气清洁过滤器所过滤并且容纳在微粒中的气体的臭气被移除。由于将被清洁的空气平行于空气通道3流动,压力损耗变得减小。此外,由于空气通道3中的空气的传输距离变得增加,薄膜1和微粒之间的充电可以被改良,由此增加了过滤效率。
根据本发明,如果薄膜1的宽度变窄,凸起2的高度变低,并且,如果薄膜1的宽度变得放大,凸起2的高度变高,这样空气清洁器可以用不同的尺寸来设计。
尽管对本发明的一些实施例进行了说明,普通技术人员可以理解在不背离本发明的精神和原则的情况下可以对本发明进行修改和变化,其范围由所附权利要求书所限定。
工业应用性
从前述可见,根据本发明,高聚物合成树脂薄膜是带静电的,并且形成多个凸起。此外,高聚物合成树脂薄膜以圆柱形缠绕以提供平行于空气流动方向的空气通道,其方式是空气可以通过空气通道平行于空气通道流动。相应地,本发明的空气清洁过滤器可以减小压力损耗同时提高过滤效率。此外,本发明的空气清洁过滤器可以过滤微小微粒,这样来自容纳在这样的微粒中的酸性气体或者碱性气体的臭气可以被有效地净化。
此外,由于凸起的高度可以根据过滤器的宽度来调节,就可以设计具有不同尺寸的空气清洁器同时减小压力损耗,功率消耗以及噪音。
Claims (4)
1.一种空气清洁过滤器,包括:
由高聚物合成树脂所制造的薄膜并充以静电;以及
多个凸起,所述多个凸起被形成在薄膜上,其中薄膜被缠绕成圆柱形以提供平行于空气流动方向的空气通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气清洁过滤器,其特征在于,凸起被不规则地形成在薄膜上。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的空气清洁过滤器,其特征在于,凸起的高度根据薄膜的宽度可调节。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空气清洁过滤器,其特征在于,多孔除臭剂和杀菌器被喷射在薄膜上。
