Abstract

具备移动式天线结构的移动移动终端属于移动通信装置领域,其特征在于:在有滑盖在机身的上面滑动的向上滑动型的移动通信终端中,在滑盖的后面一侧设有收容槽,而在与收容槽相对应的天线的某个位置设有结合于收容槽的凸起,并使用两者相互结合。当打开滑盖时,开线将随着滑盖上移,向垂直于机身方向凸出,从而能较大程度上提高天线的收发灵敏度,而且在开线形成最佳放射状态后,天线也随着滑盖下移而复原,大大地提高了通话质量。

具备移动式天线结构的移动通信终端
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具备移动天线结构的移动通信终端,尤其是一种当滑盖向上滑动时,通过结合于设置在上述滑盖后面的收容槽的凸起,将天线一并向上拉起的具备移动式天线结构的移动通信终端。
背景技术
一般来说,无线数据通讯(wireless data communication)是指移动中的用户利用可进行无线接收/发送信息的便携式终端,对文字、数字、影象等各种数据进行无线交换的通讯功能。例如,利用蜂窝式电话、便携式电脑、传真机、信用卡查询机等各种终端,在移动过程中进行双向资料交换或检索的移动通讯体系。上述无线数据通讯一般通过专用数据网、蜂窝网、个人计算机服务即PCS、电话中继站即TRS、通信终端-2即CT-2等无线通讯网进行,而近来所制造的如上所述移动通信终端也具备多种结构,如折叠式或向上滑动型(Slide-up)等。
如图1所示,上述现有向上滑动型移动通信终端7,包括滑盖71,它能够上下滑动,并在其机身73的上面具备有LCD面板70;机身73,它的两侧具备能够使上述滑盖71上下滑动所需的轨道72;天线74,它位于上述机身73的一侧,并对RF信号进行发送/接收处理。
在此,上述天线74通常使用螺旋状(Helical)天线和单极(Monopole)天线。还有,按键75,它位于上述滑盖71或机身73的一侧,从而让使用者能够输入功能设置信号。
另外,如上所述的现有向上滑动型移动通信终端运行状况如下:当使用者需要进行通话时,首先将上述终端7的滑盖71向上推,这时,上述滑盖71沿着位于滑盖71的后面相结合的机身73的轨道72向上移动。之后,通过形成于上述滑盖71或机身73上的按键75输入对方电话号码,从而要求基站系统10分配信道。上述终端7的信道分配要求信号将通过天线74传送到基站系统10,这时,使用者通过将终端7贴近自己的耳朵确认基站系统10所返回的通话连接音。然后,当上述基站系统10分配信道时,通过贴近于耳朵的终端7与对方进行通话。此时,为保持上述终端7更好的发送/接收状态,往往将上述机身73一侧的天线74向上拔出。
但是,如上所述的现有向上滑动型移动通信终端,需要通过手动方式将天线进行拉出或插入,因此,终端使用者为保持良好的通话质量,需要每次通话时都要用手动方式将天线拔出,所以带来很多不便。另外,因为终端使用者因嫌麻烦一般在不拉出天线的状态下进行通话,因而降低其通话质量。
因此,本发明的目的在于弥补现有技术上的不足从而提供一种具备移动式天线结构的移动通信终端,它在滑盖的后面形成收容槽,而在与上述收容槽相对应的天线某个位置形成凸起,并使上述两个结构相互结合,因此当打开滑盖时,能够将天线一并拉出。
另外,本发明的另一目的在于提供一种具备移动式天线结构的移动通信终端,它能够使附着在终端的天线在形成最佳放射状态之后复原,从而大大提高通话质量。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种具备移动式天线结构的移动通信终端,其特征在于:在有滑盖在机身的上面滑动的向上滑动型移动通信终端中,在上述滑盖的后面一侧设置有收容槽,而在与上述收容槽相对应的天线的某个位置设置有能够结合于收容槽的凸起。
如上所述,本发明在滑盖部的后面形成收容槽,而在与上述收容槽相对应的天线某个位置形成凸起,并使上述两个结构相互结合,因此当打开滑盖时,能够将天线一并拉出并凸起至机身的外部,从而具有较大程度地提高天线发送/接收灵敏度的效果。
另外,根据本发明,附着在终端的天线形成最佳放射状态之后复原,从而具有大大提高通话质量的效果。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。
如图2-图6所示,本发明的终端包括滑盖部91,它能够上下滑动,并在机身93的上面具备有LCD面板96;机身93,它的两侧具备能够使上述滑盖91上下滑动所需的轨道92。
另外,在上述滑盖90的后面一侧设置有收容槽96,而在与上述收容槽96相对应的天线94的某个位置设置有能够结合于收容槽的凸起98。
另外,上述收容槽96和凸起98可形成凹凸状。
在此,上述天线94是通常把螺旋状天线941和单极天线(monopole)942电连接形成一个天线,而且也可以分离使用。另外,在上述滑盖91或机身93的一侧具备输入使用者功能设置信号的按键部95。
下面对具备上述结构的本发明的作用和效果进行说明。
首先,当使用者需要进行通话时,首先将上述终端9的滑盖91向上推,这时,上述滑盖91沿着位于滑盖91的后面相结合的机身93的轨道92向上移动。
在此,当上述滑盖91向上部移动时,结合于设置在滑盖91后面的收容槽96的凸起98也一并向上移动,此时,如果上述凸起98向上移动,则与上述凸起98相连接的天线94也一并向上移动。
另外,如果上述滑盖91沿着机身93上的轨道92完全向上打开时,结合于设置在上述滑盖91后面的收容槽96的凸起98也一并向上移动。此时,如果上述凸起98完全移动到上部,如图3所示,固定于上述凸起98的天线94也完全凸出于机身4的上部并形成最大限度的放射形状。
在此,上述终端9的使用者通过形成于滑动91或机身93上的按键95输入对方电话号码,并向基站系统10要求分配信道。这时,分配信道要求信号通过形成最大限度的放射性状的天线94传送到基站系统10,而此时,使用者通过将终端9贴近自己的耳朵确认基站系统10所返回的通话连接音。而且,当上述基站系统10分配信道时,通过贴近于耳朵的终端9与对方进行通话。
与此相反,当结束上述终端9的通话时,终端9的使用者将滑盖91向下拉,而上述滑盖91沿着结合于滑盖91后面的机身93的轨道92向下移动。
在此,如果上述滑盖91向下移动,结合于设置在上述滑盖91后面的收容槽96的凸起98也一并向下移动,此时,如果上述凸起98向下移动,固定于上述凸起98的天线94也一并向下移动。
另外,如果上述滑盖91沿着机身93的轨道92完全向下移动,结合于设置在滑盖91后面一侧的收容槽96的凸起98也一并完全移动到下方。此时,如果上述凸起98完全移动到下方,如图4所示,固定于上述凸起98的天线94也将复原到机身93的原来位置。
另外,如图5所示,能够将如上所述的本发明的天线94,通过将单极天线941和螺旋状天线942电连接并一体形成的方式使用。与此相反,如图6的(a)-(c)所示,也可以将上述本发明的天线94分离成单极天线941和螺旋式天线942使用,比如,如图6的(a)所示,当滑盖91向上移动时,作为单极天线941使用,而当上述滑盖91处于关闭状态时,如图6的(c)所示,作为螺旋状天线942使用。

Claims (3)

1、一种具备移动式天线结构的移动通信终端,其特征在于:在有滑盖部在机身的上面滑动的向上滑动型移动通终终端中,在上述滑盖的后面一侧设置有收容槽,而在与上述收容槽相对应的天线的某个位置设置有能够结合于收容槽的凸起。
2、根据权利要求1所述的具备移动式天线结构的移动通信终端,其特征在于:上述收容槽和凸起各自凹凸形成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的具备移动式天线结构的移动通信终端,其特征在于:上述天线由可分离的螺旋状天线和单极天线构成。
