技术领域
本发明涉及一种骨结合板,例如一种股板。
背景技术
已知的用于修复骨折的、特别是修复股骨骨折的骨结合板中有多种使用合适形状的单体的骨结合板,这样的板具有多个孔洞允许螺钉插入到骨中。已知有多种结合板和紧固螺钉装置。
例如,WO97/08999公开的第一类型的板具有用于骨钉通道的孔,在该孔中骨钉的头部直接抵靠所述的结合板。第二种类型的结合板具有套管,该套管容纳有螺纹销用于将先插入到骨中的骨钉相对于结合板锁定,例如EP0649635公开了这种结合板。
使用上述类型的结合板遇到的问题是当所述骨钉与骨结合时难以牢固地将骨钉和所述结合板固定。
在WO01/91660中提出了上述问题的解决办法,该方法教导了使用旋入结合板上的螺纹孔的内部中空套筒。根据这篇文献的教导,所述锁定套筒具有锥形孔,该锥形孔的表面与穿过该套筒的骨钉的锥形表面配合。可供选择地,由于阻挡所述骨钉头部的径切面,所述套筒是可变形的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种骨结合板,允许可靠和持久锁定穿过该骨结合板的骨钉,使其制造起来更容易并且不那么昂贵,同时所述结合板形状多变适用于多种用途。
此目的和其它目的是通过所附权利要求中描述的骨结合板实现的。
本发明的主要特征在于提供了一种在其内表面和外表面都具有螺纹的可以移走的套筒或者套管,并且具有密封塞以锁定骨钉头部或者与骨钉结合的螺纹销。
以这种方式,所述的骨结合板易于制造,在其整个长度上厚度恒定,这样能够显著节省制造时间和制造所需材料。
除此之外,根据本发明,所述结合板上的孔可以制成倾斜的或者是歪的,这样就能够廉价地制造特定形状的结合板。
另一优点在于,尽管所述套筒的外径是固定的,以旋入到所述结合板的孔中,而所述套筒的内径可以根据将要装入套筒中的骨钉的尺寸而不同。
本发明的非最后一个优点还在于,所述的骨结合板的使用中可以是两个骨钉直接旋入到所述结合板中,也可以在通过的螺纹销锁定之前或者之后,骨钉已经被旋入到所述结合板中。

具体实施方式
如附图中清楚地示出的,板1具有多个螺纹孔3,同样数量的套筒5旋入该螺纹孔中用作骨钉7的通道;所述骨钉通过同样数量的螺纹塞9被锁定在预定位置,所述螺纹塞9旋入所述套筒5中并且将所述骨钉7的头部锁定在所述套筒中,从而锁定在所述板中。有利的是,套筒5具有间断的径向突出的边缘从而形成多个扇形区11,由此可以用合适的工具来转动所述的套筒。
优选地,套筒5的长度与该板1的厚度大约相等,不过该套筒仍可以具有不同的长度并且可以沿着骨钉伸出板1。
所述板1还包括螺纹套管13,该套管13可以旋入到板1的孔15中。所述套管13用作骨钉17的通道。
根据本发明,所述套管13具有略呈(截头)锥形的内孔19,该内孔19的截面面积从所述的朝向外侧的板朝着骨骼的方向逐渐增大,而且所述骨钉17的(不带螺纹的)茎部包括一个略呈(截头)锥形的部分21用于使上述两个锥形部分,即孔的内表面19和骨钉的茎部21之间的接触结合。
一个(部分)螺纹销或者螺栓23与骨钉17头部钻出的轴向孔25结合,用以加强所述锥形表面19和21之间的接触结合,当旋转螺栓23时,所述的骨钉17被转动而被拉向板1。另外,容纳所述螺栓23的头部27的空腔29被螺纹塞31封闭。所述螺纹塞31用于锁定螺栓23,并且它类似于旋入套筒5的用于将所述骨钉头部锁定在板1中的螺纹塞9。

Claims (9)

1.一种骨结合板(1),具有多个螺纹孔(3;15),该螺纹孔中旋入同样数量的套筒或者套管(5;13)用作骨钉(7;17)的通道;所述的骨钉通过同样数量的螺纹塞(9;31)锁定就位,所述螺纹塞(9;31)旋入所述套筒或者套管(5;13)中从而将所述的骨钉(7;17)阻挡在所述的板(1)中。
2.如权利要求1所述的板,其中,所述的螺纹塞(9;13)将所述骨钉(7;17)的头部锁定在所述的套筒(5)中。
3.如权利要求1所述的板,其中,所述的螺纹塞(9;31)将相应的螺纹销或者螺栓(23)的头部锁定在所述的套筒或者套管(5;13)中,所述的螺纹销或者螺栓(23)与设在所述骨钉(7;17)头部中的螺纹孔(25)结合。
4.如权利要求2所述的板,其中,所述套筒或者套管(5;13)具有(截头)锥形内表面,所述(截头)锥形内表面的横截面面积从所述的朝向外侧的板朝着骨骼的方向逐渐增大,所述(截头)锥形内表面与所述骨钉的互补的(截头)锥形外表面互相配合,从而由于所述锥形表面之间的Cupertino而使所述骨钉锁定在所述套管内。
5.如权利要求1所述的板,其中,所述套筒或者套管(5;13)包括间断的径向突出的边缘从而形成多个扇形区(11),由此可以用合适的工具转动所述套筒。
6.如权利要求1所述的板,其中,所述套筒或者套管(5;13)的长度大约等于所述板(1)的厚度。
7.如权利要求1所述的板,其中,所述套筒或者套管(5;13)的长度大于所述板的厚度并且延伸出用于安装到所述套筒或者套管(5;13)中的骨钉的一部分长度。
8.如权利要求1所述的板,其中,所述板是一个骨板。
9.如权利要求1所述的板,其中,所述螺纹孔(3;15)相对于所述板的平面是倾斜的。
