一种抗菌止痒的中药液
                          技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗菌、止痒的中药液，可加入儿童类的花露水、具有抗菌功能的膏霜、浴露、香皂、洗洁精、洗手液内等。
                          背景技术
市场上的抗菌消炎类的日化产品上还尚未有以天然植物为原料的产品生产，一般生产厂家匀采用的是化学方法生产合成的抗菌剂，其毒性较大。
                          发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌止痒的中药液，产品使用安全有效。
本发明的技术方案是：一种抗菌止痒的中药液，它包括下列各重量配比的中草药：金银花10～30％、苦参10～25％、大黄20～25％、茴香2～5％、鱼腥草20～35％、辣椒3～5％。
它还包括丁香3～6％、野菊花5～10％。
本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
通过下列的试验，说本发明具有止痒效果。
试验材料：
1、动物：豚鼠60只，体重：250-350克，雌雄各半
2、磷酸组胺：国药集团化学试剂有限公司F040811
3、洁尔阴(阳性对照)：成都恩威制药有限公司
试验结果：
四份加有本发明的水溶液对磷酸组胺致痒反应的影响

由表可见，本发明的四种水溶液(A、B、C、D)均有提高豚鼠致痒阀的作用，与空白对照组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.01)。
通过下列试验，说明本发明的毒性很小
测试项目：1、皮肤刺激试验：7天；2、口急性毒性试验；
试验方法：参照《化妆品卫生规范》2002卫生部卫生法制与监督司
试验动物：1 豚鼠；
          2 实验室温度：20～40℃，相对湿度60％--70％
          3 禁食时间：小鼠在给药前禁食16H
试验样品：1 将受试物用蒸馏水配制成20％的液供口服毒性试验
          2 将受试物直接供皮肤刺激试验
试验结果：
经口急性毒性试验
动物一次分别经口服5000mg/kg(0.5ml/20g体重)本发明的四种溶液后，小鼠活动增加及不安，4H后小鼠开始逐步进食饮水，6H后小鼠恢复正常。连续观察七天，未见明显动物毒性反应及动物死亡。
七天皮试试验，分别对四只小鼠每天涂抹，均无红斑或水肿出现。
通过下列试验，说明本发明具有抑菌效果：
试验方法：
样品配制：将含有本发明的液体1∶2依次对倍稀释
1、菌种：选用标准菌种
2、培养基：M11琼脂
3、方法：琼脂稀释法
试验结果：
  菌种   最低抑菌浓度(MIC)
  金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC25923   ≤1∶160
  绿浓杆菌ATCC27853   ＞1∶20
  大肠杆菌ATCC25922   ≤1∶80
试验结论：
本发明对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌标准菌株具有抑菌作用。
                          具体实施方式
一种抗菌止痒的中药液，它包括下列各重量配比的中草药
金银花11％、苦参15％、大黄20％、茴香5％、鱼腥草33％、辣椒3％、丁香3％、野菊花10％。可以采用水煮法获取其混合物的溶液，也可以先收集各中草药的挥发油，后再用乙醇溶液提取，最大限度地保留各中草药的有效物含量。

1、一种抗菌止痒的中药液，其特征在于：它包括下列各重量配比的中草药
金银花10～30％、苦参10～25％、大黄20～25％、茴香2～5％、鱼腥草20～35％、辣椒3～5％。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌止痒的中药液，其特征在于：它还包括丁香3～6％、野菊花5～10％。
