Abstract

本发明公开了一种回收能源的制冷系统,由压缩机(1)传热室(7)冷凝散热器(4)热力膨胀阀(3)蒸发器(2),传热室(5)珀尔帖器件(6)传热热管(9)组成,工作时制冷系统的压缩机(1)高压排气输出的制冷剂流经高温传热室(7)再流向冷凝散热器(4)等压冷却后经热力膨胀阀(3)节流(减压)再流入蒸发器(2),在蒸发器蒸发之后流经低温传热室(5)再流回制冷压缩机,传热室(7)与传热室(5)之间安装珀尔帖器件(6),制冷系统工作时的高压输出的热流体流经珀尔帖器件(6)的热端,制冷系统工作时的低压回气的低温流体流经珀尔帖器件(6)的冷端,珀尔帖器件(6)形成温差效应输出电流。

回收能源的制冷系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械制冷技术,特别是一种回收能源的制冷系统。
技术背景
现有的机械制冷技术由压缩制冷剂、等压降温、膨胀节流、蒸发吸收热量实现降温目的,现有的压缩机压缩制冷机出口温度通常在90℃左右,然后通过散热冷却至50℃左右,再经膨胀节流减压在蒸发器蒸发,蒸发之后由制冷机的吸气口吸回制冷机内,再经压缩至高温高压,周而复始循环作功,通常制冷机输出的热量是制冷机制冷作功的能力加上电机的功率,这些热量不仅没有被利用还要消耗散热所需的作功。我国已有数千万台家用系列空调机和室内空调系统、商业制冷系统,这些机械制冷系统消耗大量的电能,工作时对环境释放大量的热量,这些废热如被利用其经济效益、能源效益十分可观。
发明内容
本发明是利用制冷机高压排气出口(排气温度90℃)的温度与制冷机低压回气口(回气温度0℃左右)的温度温差作用于珀尔帖温差发电效应,将制冷机高压排气出口排出的90℃制冷剂热气体流过珀尔帖器件的热端,制冷机低压回气口回流的气体流过珀尔帖器件的冷端,当珀尔帖器件的两端持续流过高温流体和低温流体,珀尔帖器件即产生电流输出,制冷机连续工作时珀尔帖器件即连续输出电流,连续输出的电流可用于驱动其它电器。本发明还可以以另技术一方案实现;将制冷机高压排气出口排出的90℃制冷剂热气体首先流过传热热管再流过珀尔帖器件的热端,制冷机低压回气口回流的气体流过珀尔帖器件的冷端,当珀尔帖器件的两端持续流过高温流体和低温流体,珀尔帖器件即产生电流输出,制冷机连续工作时珀尔帖器件即连续输出电流,

实施例1
参照附图1制冷系统的压缩机(1)高压排气输出的制冷剂流经高温传热室(7)再流向冷凝散热器(4)等压冷却后经热力膨胀阀(3)节流(减压)再流入蒸发器(2),在蒸发器蒸发之后流经低温传热室(5)再流回制冷压缩机,制冷系统工作流程按上述流程周而复始,传热室(7)与传热室(5)之间安装珀尔帖器件(6),制冷系统工作时的高压输出的热流体流经珀尔帖器件(6)的热端,制冷系统工作时的低压回气的低温流体流经珀尔帖器件(6)的冷端,珀尔帖器件(6)的两端持续热、冷流体流过时,珀尔帖器件(6)即形成温差发电效应,发电效应输出的电流经导线(8)输出,在制冷系统连续工作时珀尔帖器件(6)即连续输出电流,连续输出的电流是制冷系统工作时排放的废热和回气端的余冷源所产生的作功。
实施例2
参照附图2制冷系统的压缩机(1a)高压排气输出的制冷剂流经高温传热热管(9)传热室(7a)再流向冷凝散热器(4a)等压冷却后经热力膨胀阀(3a)节流(减压)再流入蒸发器(2a),在蒸发器蒸发之后流经低温传热室(5a)再流回制冷压缩机,制冷系统工作流程按上述流程周而复始,传热室(7a)与传热室(5a)之间安装珀尔帖器件(6a),制冷系统工作时的高压输出的热流体流经珀尔帖器(6a)件的热端,制冷系统工作时的低压回气的低温流体流经珀尔帖器件(6a)的冷端,珀尔帖器件(6a)的两端持续热、冷流体流过时,珀尔帖器件(6a)即形成温差发电效应,发电效应输出的电流经导线(8a)输出,在制冷系统连续工作时珀尔帖器件(6a)即连续输出电流,连续输出的电流是制冷系统工作时排放的废热和回气端的余冷源所产生的作功。

1、回收能源的制冷系统,由压缩机(1)传热室(7)冷凝散热器(4)热力膨胀阀(3)蒸发器(2),传热室(5)珀尔帖器件(6)组成其特征在于传热室(7a)与传热室(5a)之间安装珀尔帖器件(6)。
2、回收能源的制冷系统,由压缩机(1)传热室(7)冷凝散热器(4)热力膨胀阀(3)蒸发器(2),传热室(5)珀尔帖器件(6)传热热管(9)组成其特征在于传热室(7a)与传热室(5a)之间安装珀尔帖器件(6)和传热热管(9)。
